- the cutting according to the cutting line 50 may be executed in a further production process after completion of the forming of the metal sheet by means of rolls 60 and 70.

Claims (6)
- Ailette de turbulateur (10) pour un ensemble tube-ailette conçu pour un échangeur thermique, l'ailette de turbulateur (10) comprenant une feuille ondulée avec une pluralité de plis adjacents (21, 22) entre un premier côté transversal de la feuille et un second côté transversal de la feuille, chaque pli ayant une hauteur de pli fixe délimitée par des lignes de pli adjacent (11, 12) et chaque pli ayant une longueur de pli s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la feuille, le pli d'extrémité (23) formant le bord de la feuille d'au moins un côté transversal de la feuille ayant une hauteur de pli (hr) réduite comparée à la hauteur de pli fixe, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de deux plis adjacents (21, 22) prend essentiellement une forme de V, où l'ensemble de l'au moins un pli d'extrémité (23) avec hauteur de pli (hr) réduite et son pli adjacent (24) prennent essentiellement la forme d'un V tronqué.
- Ailette de turbulateur (10) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la hauteur de pli (hr) du pli d'extrémité (23) sur les deux côtés transversaux de la feuille est réduite par rapport à la hauteur de pli fixe (h).
- Ailette de turbulateur (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la hauteur de pli des plis diminue en direction d'au moins un côté transversal de la feuille.
- Ensemble d'un tube (30, 40) pour un échangeur thermique et une ailette de turbulateur (10), dans lequel l'ensemble comprend une ailette de turbulateur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Échangeur thermique comprenant l'ensemble selon la revendication 4.
- Rouleau (60) formant ailette pour former une ailette de turbulateur pour un ensemble tube-ailette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le rouleau (60) comprend une pluralité de dents de pliage (61) ; les dents de pliage (61) prenant pour l'essentiel une forme triangulaire, le rouleau (60) formant ailette étant conçu pour coopérer avec un second rouleau (70) formant ailette pour former un laminoir formant ailette, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (60) formant ailette comprend au moins une première (62) et une seconde dent de pliage (63) adjacente ayant une extrémité supérieure tronquée.
