Claims (6)
- Turbulatorrippe (10) für eine Rohrrippenanordnung geeignet für einen Wärmetauscher, wobei die Turbulatorrippe (10) ein Wellblech mit einer Vielzahl von benachbarten Falzen (21, 22) zwischen einer ersten Querseite des Blechs und einer zweiten Querseite des Blechs umfasst, wobei jeder Falz eine feste Falzhöhe aufweist, die durch benachbarte Falzlinien (11, 12) begrenzt ist, und jeder Falz eine Falzlänge in Längsrichtung des Blechs aufweist, wobei der Endfalz (23), der den Rand des Blechs wenigstens einer Querseite des Blechs bildet, eine reduzierte Falzhöhe (hr) im Vergleich zu der festen Falzhöhe aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung von zwei benachbarten Falzen (21, 22) im Wesentlichen die Form eines V aufweist, wobei die Anordnung des wenigstens einen Endfalzes (23) mit der reduzierten Falzhöhe (hr) und dessen benachbarten Falzes (24) im Wesentlichen die Form eines kegelstumpfartigen V aufweist.
- Turbulatorrippe (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Falzhöhe (hr) des Endfalzes (23) auf beiden Querseiten des Blechs in Bezug auf die feste Falzhöhe (h) reduziert ist.
- Turbulatorrippe (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Falzhöhe der Falze in Richtung zu wenigstens einer Querseite des Blechs abnimmt.
- Anordnung eines Rohrs (30, 40) für einen Wärmetauscher und eine Turbulatorrippe (10), wobei die Anordnung eine Turbulatorrippe (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Wärmetauscher, umfassend die Anordnung nach Anspruch 4.
- Rippenformrolle (60) zum Formen einer Turbulatorrippe für eine Rohrrippenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Rolle (60) eine Vielzahl von Falzeinbuchtungen (61) umfasst, wobei die Falzeinbuchtungen (61) im Wesentlichen dreieckig geformt sind, wobei die Rippenformrolle (60) geeignet ist, mit einer zweiten Rippenformrolle (70) zusammenzuwirken, um eine Rippenformfräse zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenformrolle (60) wenigstens eine erste (62) und eine benachbarte zweite Falzeinbuchtung (63) umfasst, die ein kegelstumpfartiges oberes Ende aufweisen.
