Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a window or a door with a glass rebate gluing according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Glazing rebate bonds are known from the prior art. So in the EP 1 373 672 B1 A sash for a window or a door is disclosed, wherein in the area of a cover pane of the insulating glazing facing the rebate surface of the sash frame, a circumferential boundary web for the adhesive layer is provided at a distance from the rebate surface.
  • the frame profile should be suitable for the installation of insulating glazing with different glazing thicknesses. This is achieved by arranging a plurality of webs or lips, which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the profile extension and extend along the profile extension, which can limit the introduction of adhesive, so that only the amount of adhesive required in each case is filled in on the rebate base of the frame profile and the adhesive layer only extends to a defined position in the fold base. According to the invention, a pane of insulating glazing is not wetted by adhesive.
  • a material such as an elastomer is provided as the material for the webs or lips.
  • the frame profile and the webs or lips are subsequently applied to the frame profile, for example by extrusion.
  • the webs or lips can also be made of the same material with the frame profile.
  • EP 2 639 395 A1 is the full gluing of the insulating glass pane. With the solution after EP 2 639 395 A1 is the manufacture of the webs or lips from an elastomer material in a separate manufacturing step complex and therefore expensive. During assembly, the frame profile for the insulating glazing to be assembled must also be prepared first. This is done, for example, by cutting out excess webs or lips from the frame profile and is therefore time-consuming and therefore expensive.
  • the EP 2 685 043 A1 a wing of a window or a door and a glazing block and a method for its production are disclosed.
  • the glazing block has an adhesive reservoir filled with adhesive.
  • the glazing and the frame rebate of the sash are cohesively connected to one another only in the region of the glazing blocks inserted into the frame rebate.
  • the adhesive is introduced into the adhesive reservoir after assembly of the glazing blocks.
  • glazing blocks ensures that the static loads of a glazing are optimally distributed in a frame, thereby influencing or ensuring that the sash functions properly. To do this, however, the glazing blocks must be aligned in the rebate base of the frame profile or its position adjusted. This usually takes place in an iteration process, which is, however, disadvantageously hindered when the adhesive has already been activated.
  • the WO 2010/020280 A1 shows an object according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention has the task of creating a window or a door with an improved glass rebate bond.
  • the present invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1.
  • the glass rebate element has the cushion, which is made entirely or partially of a resilient material.
  • the invention is therefore initially based on the idea of creating a glazing rebate element for glazing rebate bonding, that due to its resilient properties, no other function takes place than in its assembled state, in conjunction with the glass rebate, to form an adhesive reservoir via which the glazing rebate bonding of glazing takes place.
  • the bond can be formed on the window frame in the case of fixed glazing or on the window frame in the case of a window with a movable sash.
  • the shell which is in any case formed in sections on the cushion, advantageously prevents excess adhesive from the adhesive reservoir from reaching the side of the glass rebate facing the glass holding strip or allowing excess adhesive to flow through in the direction of the glass holding strip.
  • the contour of the shell is guided to the level of the glass rebate in such a way that the shell contacts the bottom of the glass rebate or the associated sash profile or the associated frame profile in this area and excess adhesive flows through in this direction this prevents the glass retaining bar.
  • the glazing rebate element is always inserted into the glazing rebate after the glazing has been finally sealed with glazing blocks, which is readily possible due to the flexible design of the material of the glazing rebate element. This does not hinder the assembly process of the glazing blocks.
  • the shell it is possible for the shell to contact the bottom of the glass rebate or the sash profile or the window frame profile in the assembled state of the glass rebate element on the side of the glass rebate facing the glass retaining strip. Alternatively, it is also possible for the shell to be in the assembled state of the glass rebate element not contacting the bottom of the glass rebate on the side of the shell facing away from the glass holder.
  • a window 1a is shown.
  • a window 1a is described below for the sake of simplicity.
  • the term window can be replaced by that of the door. The following description also applies analogously to doors.
  • the window 1a has a window frame 2a and a casement 3a.
  • the frame 2a is composed of miter-cut sections of a frame profile 4a.
  • the sash 3a is also composed of miter-cut sections of a sash profile 5a. In the case of a door, the frame 2a would not be closed around the circumference but would be open on one side.
  • the casement profile 5a has a glass rebate 6a.
  • the circumferential glass rebate 6a of the casement 3a has glazing blocks 7 on its vertical side and on its horizontal side.
  • Fig. 1 also shows schematically fitting parts 8 such as locking bars or corner deflections.
  • the glazing blocks 7 are therefore provided, due to their properties are suitable for supporting or for absorbing and transmitting static forces, in particular the weight forces of the glazing 9.
  • the sash frame profile 5a is here - purely by way of example - a sash frame profile 5a which is produced from a plastic material in an extrusion process.
  • the sash profile 5a has a Z-shaped cross-sectional geometry, the "Z" being rotated through 90 °.
  • the sash profile 5a has a central hollow chamber 12.
  • the central hollow chamber 12 has a reinforcement profile 13a with which the area moment of inertia or the second order area moment of the casement profile 5a is increased, so that the casement profile 5a is stiffened by the reinforcement profile 13a.
  • the reinforcement profile 13a is preferably produced from a steel material by a forming process.
  • the sash profile 5a also has other hollow chambers.
  • the sash profile 5a also has a glass rebate 6a.
  • the sash frame section 5a has a vertically extending extension 14 located on the side of the sash frame section 5a facing the glazing rebate, the free end of which has a groove 15 into which a sealing section 16 is inserted.
  • the sealing profile 16 nestles against the glazing 9 —here with a three-pane structure, in Fig. 2a shown before its installation in the glass rebate 6a and thus seals the glass rebate 6a against the surroundings.

  • the sash frame section 5a also has a vertically extending extension 18 on the side of the sash frame section 5a facing away from the glazing rebate, the free end of which has a groove 19 into which a sealing section 20 is inserted.
  • Fig. 2b it is shown how the glazing block 7 is used to align the glazing 9 in the glass rebate 6a.
  • the glazing block 7 is positioned between the block bridge 17 and the glazing 9, so that it is ensured that the glazing 9 is inserted on all sides with a sufficient distance from the glazing rebate base
  • Initial cost of the glazing 9 in the casement profile 5a is selected such that a sealing of the inter-pane spaces of the glazing 9 and the spacing strips of the glazing is in each case below the sealing profile 16 and a casement 3a (for example made from miter-cut sections of the casement profile 5a (not shown here) is also included built-in glazing 9 can be opened properly.
  • Fig. 2c the casement profile 5a is shown with inserted glazing 9 and glazing block 7 on which the glazing 9 is supported.
  • the glazing blocks 7 are usually installed in an iteration process, so that the assembly step follows Fig. 2b if necessary, it is repeated several times until the state as in Fig. 2c shown, is finally achieved.
  • this assembly process is disadvantageously hampered if a glazing rebate bonding according to the prior art is to be carried out in the area of the glazing blocks 7 and the adhesive required for this has already been activated.
  • a window 1a is shown in section.
  • a window 1a is shown in section.
