  • L'invention concerne un article textile de lingerie comprenant au moins un élément de maintien propre à maintenir ledit article de lingerie lorsqu'il est porté, ledit élément de maintien étant constitué d'une matière textile pourvue sur sa surface interne destinée à venir en contact avec la peau d'un revêtement discontinu de matière élastomérique propre à empêcher le glissement dudit article de lingerie.
  • Par article textile de lingerie, on entend tout article de type sous-vêtement féminin ou masculin conçus avec des éléments de maintien susceptibles d'être agrémentés d'une matière élastomère de type silicone par exemple, pour procurer une fonction anti-glissement à l'article de lingerie et notamment les soutiens-gorge, en particulier de type sans bretelles, et les articles chaussants de type collants, bas, mi-bas, chaussettes ou encore chaussettes hautes.
  • Ainsi, il est par exemple connu de prévoir sur un haut de bas ou encore sur les parties de dos d'un soutien-gorge sans bretelles, dit « strapless », une enduction de silicone notamment du type taquant, c'est-à-dire d'une consistance entre collante et poisseuse, (« tacky » selon la terminologie anglo-saxonne ») destinée à maintenir l'article de lingerie en place sans glisser en fonction des mouvements du corps. Dans le cas du haut de bas, cette enduction se fait de préférence sur toute la surface intérieure du haut de bas, sous forme d'un dépôt surfacique continu, qui peut avoir quelques centimètres de largeur et une certaine épaisseur pour un effet anti-glissement optimal. En ce qui concerne les soutiens-gorge « strapless », ils sont classiquement agrémentés de bandes continues de silicone s'étendant le long du pourtour des parties de dos du soutien-gorge, avec par exemple deux bandes de silicone disposées sur le pourtour supérieur de la partie de dos et une bande de silicone sur le pourtour inférieur.
  • Or, l'usage du silicone dans ces conditions s'est révélé être directement lié à l'apparition de réactions cutanées plus ou moins sévères chez les utilisatrices. En effet, le silicone étant un élastomère imperméable, les bandes de silicone enserrant la peau fonctionnent en induisant un phénomène néfaste d'occlusion de la peau, empêchant celle-ci de réguler sa quantité en eau en bloquant les échanges avec le milieu extérieur. Ce phénomène d'occlusion favorise une transpiration excessive, suivie d'une macération de la peau dont la surface se trouve ainsi fragilisée. Au surplus, les mouvements du corps induisent un effet de cisaillement des bandes de silicone sur la peau, du fait de la différence d'élasticité entre la peau et le silicone, mais aussi en raison des frottements du silicone sur la peau. Ces frottements, additionnés au phénomène d'occlusion, deviennent rapidement sources d'irritations cutanées, pouvant se traduire par l'apparition de rougeurs, de microcoupures, voire de cloques (décollement de l'épiderme et du derme).
  • On a déjà pensé à réduire au maximum la surface occupée par les bandes de silicone sur la partie de dos du soutien-gorge, pour limiter les effets indésirables mentionnés ci-dessus, mais au détriment toutefois des propriétés anti-glissement du soutien-gorge.
  • Le document de brevet US 2008/0236417 fait connaître un bord d'article chaussant siliconé destiné à maintenir l'article chaussant en place sans glisser, et qui présente un revêtement discontinu de silicone à la surface intérieure du bord destiné à venir en contact avec la peau. Ce revêtement discontinu est formé d'un motif répété de points et de segments de silicone arrangés en formant des sortes d'étoiles, déposés sur la surface du bord de l'article chaussant en utilisant une technique d'impression par sérigraphie. Les points et segments de silicone sont déposés de façon à recouvrir une partie substantielle de la surface du bord de l'article chaussant procurant ainsi une surface de contact significative du silicone avec la peau sous-jacente, tandis que les espaces laissés entre eux permettent de conserver une certaine respirabilité de la peau. Toutefois, la capacité d'adhérence procurée par la présence de ce motif de silicone n'est pas optimale, ce qui empêche d'espérer l'utiliser pour agrémenter une partie de dos de soutien-gorge sans bretelles, article pour lequel les attentes des utilisatrices en termes de maintien et de confort sont très élevées.
  • Le document JP 2002 129404 A fait connaître un produit de fil qui peut contenir une adaptation au corps et une élasticité d'un tissu sur une longue période.
  • EP 2335 504 A2 fait connaître un substrat pour maintenir un article vestimentaire sur une partie du corps d'un utilisateur.
  • Aussi, un but de l'invention est de pallier les inconvénients précédemment évoqués et de proposer un article textile de lingerie muni d'éléments de maintien siliconé qui procurent des propriétés mécaniques d'adhérence sur la peau notablement améliorées, tout en empêchant néanmoins les phénomènes d'occlusion de la peau et en réduisant considérablement la compression et les frottements sur la peau, amenant encore plus de confort et plus de confiance au porter.
  • La présente invention est définie dans les revendications. A cette fin, l'article textile de lingerie, par ailleurs conforme à la définition générique qu'en donne le préambule ci-dessus, est essentiellement caractérisé en ce que ledit revêtement discontinu de matière élastomérique comprend un motif de protubérances de matière élastomérique en forme de grain de riz présentant une distribution d'orientation omnidirectionnelle dans le repère de la surface interne de l'élément de maintien, lesdites protubérances comprenant des dimensions et une répartition telles que la densité de protubérances par unité de surface de l'élément de maintien est au moins de 10 protubérances par centimètre carré, de préférence comprise entre 10 et 40 protubérances par centimètre carré.
  • Ainsi l'invention réside dans la combinaison d'une forme particulière des protubérances de matière élastomérique déposées à la surface interne de l'élément de maintien, d'une distribution d'orientation spécifique de ces protubérances au sein du motif dans le repère de la surface interne de l'élément de maintien et d'une densité relativement élevée de protubérances par unité de surface. C'est cette combinaison de caractéristiques propres aux protubérances, que sont leur forme, leur orientation et leur densité, qui permet d'assurer les avantages d'amélioration notable de l'adhérence et de confort au porter, sans pour autant avoir à faire face aux aspects négatifs de l'emploi du silicone qui ont été évoqués plus haut.
  • De manière avantageuse, la densité de protubérances peut être comprise entre 25 et 36 protubérances par centimètre carré.
  • De manière avantageuse, lesdites protubérances peuvent présenter une longueur d'au moins 1,5 mm, de préférence comprise entre 2 et 3 mm.
  • De manière avantageuse, lesdites protubérances peuvent présenter une largeur d'au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence comprise entre 1 et 1,5 mm.
  • De manière avantageuse, lesdites protubérances peuvent présenter une épaisseur d'au moins 0,3 mm, de préférence comprise entre 0,5 et 1 mm.
  • La distance entre deux protubérances adjacentes est préférentiellement comprise entre 0,5 et 2 mm ;
  • De manière avantageuse, la distribution d'orientation relative entre protubérances adjacentes est telle que chaque protubérance présente une orientation sensiblement différente de celles des protubérances adjacentes respectives.
  • De manière avantageuse, la matière élastomérique est du silicone ou du polyuréthane.
  • L'article de lingerie est avantageusement un soutien-gorge notamment sans bretelles, comprenant deux bonnets reliés par leur côté extérieur respectif à des parties de dos du soutien-gorge constituant ledit élément de maintien du soutien-gorge.
  • L'article de lingerie peut aussi avantageusement être un article chaussant terminé par un bord-côte ou une ceinture constituant ledit élément de maintien dudit article chaussant.
  • D'autres particularités et avantages de l'invention ressortiront à la lecture de la description faite ci-après d'un mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention, donné à titre indicatif mais non limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • la Figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un soutien-gorge conforme à l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue agrandie du détail D entouré à la figure 1, vu de dessus.
  • Un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention concerne un soutien-gorge sans bretelles de type connu en soi. Le soutien gorge 1 sans bretelles de l'invention comprend ainsi deux bonnets 2 de forme concave du côté de leur face interne (sensiblement hémisphérique), qui sont reliés entre eux sur leur côté extérieur à des parties latérales 3 formant le dos du soutien-gorge lorsqu'elles sont attachées l'une à l'autre grâce à un dispositif d'attache non représenté. Ces parties latérales 3 de dos constituent ainsi l'élément de maintien du soutien-gorge, propres à pallier l'absence du maintien habituellement procuré par les bretelles et sont notamment conçues pour empêcher le soutien-gorge de glisser au bout d'un certain temps de porter. Pour ce faire, la surface interne 31 des parties de dos 3 du soutien-gorge 1 destinée à venir en contact avec la peau est constituée d'une matière textile élastique revêtue d'une impression à base de silicone ou de polyuréthane, formant un revêtement discontinu 4 s'étendant préférentiellement dans les deux dimensions de la surface interne 31, de façon à recouvrir une partie substantielle de cette dernière. Le revêtement discontinu est de préférence appliqué par sérigraphie sur la matière textile destinée à former la surface interne 31 des parties de dos 3.
  • La matière textile élastique servant de support au revêtement 4 de silicone, présente avantageusement une grande élasticité et possède de préférence un taux d'allongement élastique supérieur ou égal à 150%, avantageusement compris entre 150% et 300%. Par ailleurs, la matière textile choisie présente préférentiellement une faible densité procurant une grande capacité à laisser circuler l'air au travers de ses fibres. Par exemple, la matière textile support utilisé sera constitué majoritairement de fibres de polyamide et d'élasthanne.
  • A noter que selon le type d'article de lingerie concerné par la présente invention, la matière textile de l'élément de maintien servant de support au revêtement 4 de silicone n'est pas nécessairement élastique et peut, par exemple, être constitué d'un tricot souple sans allongement notoire.
  • La figure 2 montre une vue de dessus agrandie du détail D du revêtement 4 de silicone déposé sur la surface interne 31 des parties de dos 3. Comme illustré, le revêtement 4 comprend un motif de points de silicone constituant des protubérances 41 en forme de grain de riz, ou de forme générale sensiblement oblongue, à la surface interne 31 des parties de dos 3 du soutien-gorge 1. La forme de grain de riz des protubérances 41 est particulièrement adaptée pour optimiser la surface de peau en contact avec le silicone, favorisant ainsi une bonne adhérence. Les protubérances 41 de silicone en forme de grain de riz présentent préférentiellement des dimensions sensiblement constantes et chaque protubérance 41 présente avantageusement les caractéristiques géométriques suivantes :
    • une longueur d'au moins 1,5 mm, avantageusement comprise entre 2 et 3 mm, avec une préférence pour environ 2 mm ;
    • une largeur d'au moins 0,5 mm, avantageusement comprise entre 1 et 1,5 mm, avec une préférence pour environ 1 mm ;
    • une épaisseur d'au moins 0,3 mm, avantageusement comprise entre 0,5 et 1 mm, avec une préférence pour environ 1 mm.
  • On choisit par ailleurs un motif de protubérances ayant une densité prédéterminée de protubérances 41 par unité de surface à l'état non étiré de la matière textile élastique servant de support, qui est au moins de 10 points par centimètre carré, avantageusement comprise entre 10 et 40 points et de préférence comprise entre 25 et 36 points par centimètre carré.
  • Avantageusement, les protubérances 41 de silicone ne sont pas reliées les unes aux autres, de façon à ne pas entraîner de mouvements de cisaillement sur la peau. On prévoit également que la distance minimum, respectivement maximum, entre protubérances 41 adjacentes au sein du motif de protubérances est préférentiellement égale à 0,5 mm environ, respectivement 2 mm environ.
  • Le motif de protubérances 41 en forme de grains de riz, tout en améliorant l'adhérence, permet ainsi de procurer une répartition optimale de la surface de peau laissée libre entre les protubérances, en évitant des points d'occlusion trop rapprochés.
  • La forme en grain de riz et les dimensions particulières retenues pour les protubérances 41, ainsi que leur répartition avec une densité relativement élevée à la surface interne 31 des parties de dos 3 du soutien-gorge, permettent d'obtenir une surface élevée de contact avec la peau, propre à optimiser l'adhérence sur la peau, mais qui n'est néanmoins pas excessive pour garder une grande respirabilité de la partie de dos du soutien-gorge, du fait que les échanges entre la peau et l'extérieur peuvent s'effectuer facilement au travers des nombreux espaces laissés libres entre les protubérances 41, évitant ainsi les irritations de la peau.
  • Chaque protubérance 41 en forme de grain de riz présente également une orientation propre au sein du motif définie par la direction que prend l'axe longitudinal de la protubérance considérée dans le repère de la surface interne 31.
  • Selon l'invention, la distribution d'orientation des protubérances 41 est omnidirectionnelle dans le repère de la surface interne 31, au sens où l'on doit pouvoir trouver des protubérances 41 au sein du motif dont les orientations respectives définissent une pluralité de directions différentes dans le plan de la surface interne 31, de préférence au moins 4 directions différentes, avantageusement au moins 5 directions différentes. Dit autrement, les protubérances 41 présentent des orientations respectives dans le plan de la surface interne 31 qui alternent entre une pluralité de directions différentes considérées dans le plan de la surface interne, de préférence entre au moins 4 directions différentes et avantageusement entre au moins 5 directions différentes.
  • En outre, la distribution d'orientation relative entre protubérances adjacentes est telle que chaque protubérance considérée au sein du motif présente une orientation qui est sensiblement différente de celles des protubérances adjacentes respectives.
  • Ainsi, cette distribution d'orientation omnidirectionnelle des protubérances 41 permet avantageusement de créer un effet de « tirage » sur la peau mieux réparti lorsque le soutien-gorge est porté, qui est particulièrement favorable pour préserver la peau des irritations.

  • Outre l'aspect d'amélioration de l'adhérence tout en limitant les phénomènes d'occlusion et de cisaillement, le motif de protubérances 41 de silicone tel qu'il vient d'être décrit fournit avantageusement un effet esthétique supplémentaire tout à fait remarquable, dans la mesure où les protubérances constituent en même temps des éléments décoratifs dont l'effet esthétique peut être assimilable à des strass.

Claims (11)

  1. Article de lingerie (1) comprenant au moins un élément de maintien (3) propre à maintenir ledit article de lingerie lorsqu'il est porté, ledit élément de maintien (3) étant constitué d'une matière textile pourvue sur sa surface interne (31) destinée à venir en contact avec la peau d'un revêtement discontinu (4) de matière élastomérique propre à empêcher le glissement dudit article de lingerie, caractérisé en ce que ledit revêtement discontinu (4) de matière élastomérique comprend un motif de protubérances (41) de matière élastomérique en forme de grain de riz orientées dans au moins quatre directions différentes dans le repère de la surface interne (31) de l'élément de maintien (3), lesdites protubérances (41) comprenant des dimensions et une répartition telles que la densité de protubérances par unité de surface de l'élément de maintien (3) est au moins de 10 protubérances par centimètre carré.
  2. Article de lingerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la densité de protubérances (41) est comprise entre 25 et 36 protubérances par centimètre carré.
  3. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites protubérances (41) présentent une longueur d'au moins 1,5 mm, de préférence comprise entre 2 et 3 mm.
  4. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites protubérances (41) présentent une largeur d'au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence comprise entre 1 et 1,5 mm.
  5. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites protubérances (41) présentent une épaisseur d'au moins 0,3 mm, de préférence comprise entre 0,5 et 1 mm.
  6. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux protubérances (41) adjacentes est comprise entre 0,5 et 2 mm.
  7. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distribution d'orientation relative entre protubérances adjacentes est telle que chaque protubérance (41) présente une orientation sensiblement différente de celles des protubérances adjacentes respectives.
  8. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière élastomérique est du silicone ou du polyuréthane.
  9. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un soutien-gorge notamment sans bretelles, comprenant deux bonnets (2) reliés par leur côté extérieur respectif à des parties de dos (3) du soutien-gorge constituant ledit élément de maintien du soutien-gorge.
  10. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un article chaussant terminé par un bord-côte ou une ceinture constituant ledit élément de maintien dudit article chaussant.
  11. Article de lingerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel la densité de protubérances (41) par unité de surface est entre 10 et 40 protubérances (41) par centimètre carré.
