Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣及其制作工艺，包括内衣内层和内衣外层，内衣内层与内衣外层之间设有弹性胶条。制作工艺具体包括以下步骤：1)打印弹性胶条形状；2)压烫胶条；3)裁剪余边；4)制成成衣。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：结构简单，制作方便，在提供足够支撑力和收束力的同时，不会勒皮肤，弹性胶条能够代替传统的橡筋、钢圈、定型纱等，具备优质的支撑性能，实现塑形效果，具有极佳的弹性和回弹力，无需顾虑尺码，设计和制作更为方便，耐水洗不易变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工技术领域，具体是指一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有内衣、塑形衣等普遍存在特定部位支撑力不足的问题，还存在特定部位收束力不足的情况，常见解决办法是用结构性的切割和缝线，借助钢圈、橡筋、定型纱、拉架、硬质布料等辅料进行制作，然而这样会出现勒皮肤、穿戴洗涤后易变性的情况，因此一种新型高弹轻质舒适型内衣亟待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决背景技术中提到的问题，提供一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣及其制作工艺。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣，包括内衣内层和内衣外层，所述内衣内层与内衣外层之间设有弹性胶条；
所述弹性胶条包括边界弹性胶条、局部支撑弹性胶条和局部压缩弹性胶条。
作为一种优选方案，所述边界弹性胶条位于内衣边界轮廓处，所述局部支撑弹性胶条位于内衣胸部和臀部下方，所述局部压缩弹性胶条位于腰腹区域、臀部周围、腿部、手臂周围。
作为一种优选方案，所述弹性胶条的材质为蜜凝胶、硅胶、衣物胶黏剂中的一种。
一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)打印弹性胶条形状：设置打印图案、路径和喷胶头尺径，在铝性钢板上打印出所需形状；
2)压烫胶条：将提前打印好的胶水形状，低温压烫到裁切好内衣内层布料裁片上，再将内衣外层布料裁片低温压烫至带有胶条的内衣内层布料裁片上，然后将整体过高温定型；
3)裁剪余边：用飞边机将弹性胶条外侧多余的布料裁减掉；
4)制成成衣：车缝上服装辅料。
作为一种优选方案，所述辅料为肩带、排扣、装饰物。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：结构简单，制作方便，在提供足够支撑力和收束力的同时，不会勒皮肤，弹性胶条能够代替传统的橡筋、钢圈、定型纱等，具备优质的支撑性能，实现塑形效果，具有极佳的弹性和回弹力，无需顾虑尺码，设计和制作更为方便，耐水洗不易变形。

结合附图，一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣，包括内衣内层1和内衣外层2，所述内衣内层1与内衣外层2之间设有弹性胶条3；
所述弹性胶条3包括边界弹性胶条301、局部支撑弹性胶条302、局部压缩弹性胶条303。
所述边界弹性胶条301位于内衣边界轮廓处，所述局部支撑弹性胶条302位于内衣胸部和臀部下方，所述局部压缩弹性胶条303位于腰腹区域、臀部周围、腿部、手臂周围。
所述弹性胶条3的材质为蜜凝胶、硅胶、衣物胶黏剂中的一种。
一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)打印弹性胶条3形状：设置打印图案、路径和喷胶头尺径，在铝性钢板上打印出所需形状；
2)压烫胶条：将提前打印好的胶水形状，低温压烫到裁切好内衣内层1布料裁片上，再将内衣外层2布料裁片低温压烫至带有胶条的内衣内层1布料裁片上，然后将整体过高温定型；
3)裁剪余边：用飞边机将弹性胶条3外侧多余的布料裁减掉；
4)制成成衣：车缝上服装辅料。
所述辅料为肩带、排扣、装饰物。

1.一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣，包括内衣内层和内衣外层，其特征在于：所述内衣内层与内衣外层之间设有弹性胶条；
所述弹性胶条包括边界弹性胶条、局部支撑弹性胶条、局部压缩弹性胶条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣，其特征在于：所述边界弹性胶条位于内衣边界轮廓处，所述局部支撑弹性胶条位于内衣胸部和臀部下方，所述局部压缩弹性胶条位于腰腹区域、臀部周围、腿部、手臂周围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣，其特征在于：所述弹性胶条的材质为蜜凝胶、硅胶、衣物胶黏剂中的一种。
4.一种高弹轻质舒适型内衣的制作工艺，其特征在于，具体包括以下步骤：
1)打印弹性胶条形状：设置打印图案、路径和喷胶头尺径，在铝性钢板上打印出所需形状；
