Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un outil de vissage pour des boulons et/ou des écrous filetés, lequel outil de vissage comprend une ouverture intérieure (8) ayant un profil polygonal (3) avec douze pointes (2), dans lequel- un premier évidement (1) est formé avec six pointes (2) et un point de gravité centrique (4) dans un matériau de bloc,- un deuxième évidement (7) est formé dans le matériau de bloc, lequel deuxième évidement (7) est formé avec une forme, qui est identique à celle du premier évidement (1) et avec un point de gravité (4) identique,- dans lequel le deuxième évidement (7) est formé dans le matériau de bloc de façon tournée de 30° par rapport au premier évidement (1), de sorte que douze pointes (2) sont formées dans l'ouverture intérieure (8), lesquelles pointes sont distribuées à intervalles réguliers l'une par rapport à l'autre sur la périphérie de l'ouverture intérieure (8),- dans lequel les pointes (2) sont formées de manière convexe par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) et les zones entre des pointes (2) adjacentes sont formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8), caractérisé en ce qu'- ensuite des zones de transition (6) entre chaque pointe (2) et les zones adjacentes aux pointes (2) et formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) sont arrondies.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier (1) et le deuxième évidement (7) sont formés avec une première distance S1 entre des zones opposées (5) entre deux pointes adjacentes (2) et avec une deuxième distance S2 entre des zones de transition (6) opposées, dans lequel la distance S1 est formée de manière correspondante comme la moitié de la somme d'une ouverture de clé minimale et maximale selon ISO 691 classe de tolérance 1.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance S2 est formée avec l'ouverture de clé maximale selon ISO 691 classe de tolérance 1.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les zones (5) entre les six pointes du premier évidement (1) et les six pointes (2) du deuxième évidement (7) sont formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arrondissement des zones formées en tant que des zones de transition (6) entre chaque pointe (2) et les zones adjacentes aux pointes (2) et formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) est réalisé avec un rayon, qui est essentiellement concordant avec le rayon des zones de transition (6) entre les pointes et les zones adjacentes à celles-ci de chaque évidement (1, 7).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le rayon des zones arrondies est formé de sorte qu'il est divergent du, notamment plus faible que le rayon des zones (5) entre deux pointes du premier respectivement du deuxième évidement (1, 7).
- Outil de vissage pour des boulons et/ou des écrous filetés, lequel outil de vissage comprend une ouverture intérieure (8) ayant un profil polygonal (3) avec douze pointes (2), dans lequel l'ouverture (8) est disposée dans un matériau de bloc et le profil polygonal (3) est formé d'un premier évidement (1) avec six pointes (2) et un point de gravité centrique (4) ainsi que d'un deuxième évidement (7), lequel deuxième évidement (7) comprend une forme, qui est identique à celle du premier évidement (1), et un point de gravité (4) identique, dans lequel le deuxième évidement (7) est disposé dans le matériau de bloc de façon tournée de 30° par rapport au premier évidement (1), de sorte que douze pointes (2) sont formées dans l'ouverture intérieure (8), lesquelles pointes sont distribuées à intervalles réguliers l'une par rapport à l'autre sur la périphérie de l'ouverture intérieure (8), dans lequel les pointes (2) sont formées de manière convexe par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) et les zones entre des pointes adjacentes sont formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8), caractérisé en ce que les zones de transition (6) entre chaque pointe (2) et les zones adjacentes aux pointes (2) et formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) sont arrondies et dans lequel le premier et le deuxième évidement sont formés avec une première distance S1 entre des zones opposées entre deux pointes adjacentes et avec une deuxième distance S2 entre des zones de transition opposées, dans lequel la distance S1 est formée de manière correspondante comme la moitié de la somme d'une ouverture de clé minimale et maximale selon ISO 691 classe de tolérance 1.
- Outil de vissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les zones (5) entre les six pointes (2) du premier évidement (1) et les six pointes (2) du deuxième évidement (7) sont formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8).
- Outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'arrondissement des zones formées en tant que des zones de transition (6) entre chaque pointe (2) et les zones adjacentes aux pointes (2) et formées de manière concave par rapport à l'ouverture intérieure (8) est réalisé avec un rayon, qui est essentiellement concordant avec le rayon des zones de transition (6) entre les pointes et les zones adjacentes à celles-ci de chaque évidement (1, 7).
- Outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le rayon des zones arrondies est formé de sorte qu'il est divergent du, notamment plus faible que le rayon des zones (5) entre deux pointes (2) du premier (1) respectivement du deuxième évidement (7).
