Definitions

  • Shipping bags are used in various forms for shipping purposes. Such shipping bags, in contrast to conventional shopping bags often have a closable opening, the shipping goods should usually not be recognizable and must also be protected during transport. Often such shipping bags have no handle hole. Plastic bags, as they are usually provided in the supermarket, on the other hand, often have a grip hole. However, there are also shipping bag with handle eg from the DE 10 2009 007 985 known.
  • handle holes are usually avoided. They are implemented, if they exist, by punching the handle hole into the shipping bag shipping area of the shipping bag.
  • a major disadvantage of conventional shipping bags is that they are often not sufficiently weather-protected, for example, to be able to withstand rainfall.
  • Shopping bags are usually open in the direction of the handle holes and thus unsuitable as a shipping bag. In shipping bags without handle holes this problem is solved by these are completely sealed.
  • Handle holes are deliberately avoided in order not to impair the sealing of the goods. Through a grip hole, the contents of the ambient conditions, in particular the ambient humidity, exposed, which is absolutely unavoidable with shipping bags.
  • handles may be glued or welded to the outer surface of a shipping bag. This requires a costly further manufacturing step, in particular a further weld or bond line. Due to the high circulation at Toyota tentn, the production costs here are to be calculated particularly carefully.
  • the bag front wall and bag back wall are usually made of a thin material to reduce said manufacturing costs and to protect the environment.
  • Handle holes or externally mounted handles are usually not stable enough attached in these cases to allow safe transport by wearing the handle hole or handle. It is disadvantageous that finger holes are usually not sufficiently stabilized by the surrounding material. Regularly, they are even attached to weak points, such as the opening of a mailer. Thus, the problem of low load capacity is thereby exacerbated. This is particularly unacceptable for a mail-order company, especially given the fact that, for example, expensive branded apparel for ladies and / or gentlemen are often shipped in such mailer bags.
  • the closure load of a mailer can unintentionally open due to the tensile load; of the DE 20 2012 010643 U1 is to be taken from a shipping bag according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is to design a shipping bag so that the above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome.
  • the shipping bag with handle hole to allow a simple, accident-free and protected transporting the contents.
  • the production cost of the shipping bag according to the invention should be low.
  • the invention was also based on the object of making available a bag with which the contents can be protected against manipulation and damage, in particular against uncontrolled access by unauthorized third parties. Furthermore, the invention has the object to provide shipping bag available, which are very user-friendly and can still be produced without problems, cost and process optimized. Finally, the invention was based on the object to make shipping bag available that ensure the mail order retailer optimum ease of use.
  • the grip hole weakening zone is formed by a circumferential weakening line describing a grip hole, in particular a perforation line, or by a not completely circumferential weakening line, in particular a perforation line.
  • a grip hole weakening zone may accordingly constitute a weakened zone, for example in the form of a perforation line, for forming a grip hole in the sense of the present invention.
  • a perforation line for forming a grip hole in the sense of the present invention.
  • the weakening or perforation line is not completely circumferential but omits an area, the material of the bag pushed out of the weakening area can remain on the bag itself releasing the handle hole and does not contribute to the contamination of the environment and is not to be disposed of separately , Rather, it can be recycled as part of the shipping bag after use together with the rest of the bag. Designs for handle holes can therefore be easily transferred to grip hole weakening zones.
  • the connecting element in the sense of the present invention connects two material layers.
  • a connection element can be, for example, a sewing seam or a weld seam.
  • a first weld is preferably a plastic shipping bag with at least one first weld.
  • the connector may comprise a glue line. In such a bond line, two layers of material are connected to one another by a line-shaped or strip-shaped, preferably continuous, applied adhesive.
  • the connecting element, in particular the first weld seam and / or the bond line preferably extend from the first bag edge to the opposite second bag edge.
  • the shipping bag is a plastic shipping bag.
  • the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall preferably comprises at least one thermoplastic material.
  • the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall is formed or consists of at least one thermoplastic material.
  • Particularly suitable plastics are known to be polyesters and / or polyolefins. Plastics, in particular the above-mentioned plastics, are as a rule more tear-resistant than alternative materials such as, for example, paper.
  • plastic bags are very light and preferably waterproof, which is advantageous in shipping.
  • At least one bag wall in particular the bag front wall and / or bag back wall, made of plastic, which is impermeable to water and / or light.
  • Opaque means here that the light intensity is significantly reduced by the respective bag wall, preferably at least 30%, in particular at least 50% and more preferably at least about 70%.
  • the impermeability serves to protect the shipping items, especially against weather-related influences such as rain, snow or humidity.
  • the reduction in light intensity also serves to protect, for example from UV fading, but is also important to meet the requirements of postal secrecy where appropriate. Due to the folding connection, the front wall of the bag and the rear wall of the bag are made of the same material, in particular of the same thermoplastic material.
  • the invention thus provides that the front wall of the bag and the rear wall of the bag are based on a contiguous section of a contiguous strip of material, in particular a coherent plastic film, wherein the bag front wall and bag back wall are preferably formed from a continuous section of a continuous plastic film and delimited only by a folding edge. Said folding edge also forms the lower edge of the bag front wall and bag rear wall.
  • This is designed as a cross-sectionally V-shaped fold (also V-fold). Therefore, the lower edge of the bag front wall is connected to the lower edge of the bag rear wall via a cross-sectionally V-shaped fold.
  • the V-shaped fold is not to be understood as limiting the angle between the legs.
  • the bag front wall and bag rear wall abut each other.
  • the handle hole weakening zone and the resulting handle hole have an average distance of less than 5 cm, in particular less than 4 cm and particularly preferably less than 3 cm from the lower edge of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall. This is preferred because a small distance facilitates embracing. Nevertheless, the distance is preferably greater than 0.5 cm, in particular 1 cm. This has the advantage that the stability of the film area between the handle hole weakening zone or the resulting handle hole and lower edge of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall is sufficiently high.
  • the connecting element preferably extends starting from the lower edge of the front wall of the bag and / or the rear wall of the bag, in particular so that the first and second connecting points are located at the lower edge of the bag front wall and / or the bag rear wall. Further, it is preferred if said attachment points or ends are respectively spaced from the first bag edge and the second bag edge connected to the lower edge, in particular spaced at a distance greater than 1 cm, preferably greater than 2 cm.
  • the welds do not coincide with the first and second side edges, but are, in particular slightly, spaced therefrom.
  • the first bag edge comprises a first weld which extends at a first average distance from the first side edges of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and the second bag edge comprises a second weld which is at a second average distance from the second side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall runs.
  • the first average distance and the second average distance are equal.
  • the first mean distance and / or the second mean distance is less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm and preferably less than 1 cm. Welds that are not directly on the side edges often have increased stability.
  • the shipping bag has at least one opening (first opening) to the goods receiving area.
  • it is an opening which is arranged in the first bag section.
  • the first opening in the first bag section is located in the bag front wall or in the first bag section in the bag rear wall.
  • the first opening between the bag front wall and the bag rear wall is located in the first bag section.
  • the first opening is disposed on the opposite side of the end of the bag wall where the grip hole weakening zone or the resulting handle hole is located.
  • the first opening is arranged between the upper edges of the front and back.
  • a corresponding shipping bag can be made easier.
  • the bag front wall has a first length which corresponds to the mean distance between the upper edge and lower edge of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall has a second length which corresponds to the average distance between upper edge and lower edge of the bag rear wall.
  • the first length is shorter than the second length, so that the bag rear wall protrudes at the upper end of the bag over the bag front wall. This is advantageous since the protruding portion of the bag rear wall can be folded over in order to close the first opening preferably.
  • the bag front wall preferably has a first width which corresponds to the average distance between the first and second side edges of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall preferably has a second width which corresponds to the average distance between the first and second side edges of the bag back wall.
  • the width of the bag front wall is less than the length of the bag front wall and the width of the bag rear wall is less than the length of the bag rear wall.
  • the at least one opening to the goods receiving area of the shipping bag, in particular the bag rear wall, at least one fastening means, said at least one fastening means, in particular after folding the bag rear wall on the bag front wall, is designed to close an opening to the goods receiving area.
  • the bag front wall may also have at least one fastening means to close said opening.
  • the first opening can be closed with at least one adhesive strip.
  • This would preferably extend along the upper bag end, in particular along (and optionally spaced from) the upper edge.
  • the adhesive strip extends from the first edge of the bag to the second edge of the bag. Adhesive strips allow a fast and secure sealing.
  • the closable opening with a fastening means preferably with at least one adhesive strip, in particular irreversibly closable, wherein preferably the bag rear wall on the inside and / or the bag front wall outside said fastening means, in particular so that these with the bag front wall or the bag rear wall for conditioning come if a section of the bag back wall is folded onto the front wall of the bag.
  • the at least one fastening means comprises two spaced-apart adhesive strips with a destructible zone, in particular a weakening line, between said adhesive strips.
  • they are substantially parallel adhesive strips, with a destructible foil region extending between said adhesive strips.
  • the first opening is located between the upper edge of the bag front wall and the upper edge of the bag rear wall.
  • the adhesive strip which is closer to the upper bag end, can be used to first close the bag, in particular the first opening.
  • the destructible film area can be destroyed to reopen the mailer.
  • a second opening is created between the top edge of the bag front wall and the destructible film area, which may be aligned substantially parallel to the original opening (first opening).
  • the former (now closed) first opening and the newly obtained second opening in the immediate vicinity ie on average not more than 7 cm, preferably 5 cm apart.
  • the second adhesive strip which is further spaced from the upper bag end, can now optionally be used to close this second opening as well.
  • the said film region comprises at least one line of weakness or weakening zone between spaced-apart adhesive strips.
  • the shipping pouch has only a first opening or opening and a second opening such that the receiving area for shipping articles is trapped by closing the first opening or first or second opening and no moistening / contamination / contamination by further openings ,
  • a weakening zone in particular a line of weakness in the form of a perforation line, does not yet constitute an opening for receiving and removing goods within the meaning of the invention, but only an area in which, if appropriate, a third opening is particularly damaged by destruction of said weakening zone easy to generate.
  • the first opening and, if appropriate, the second opening usually point downwards when worn on the handle hole, it is advantageous to use an irreversible closure for the first and possibly the second opening, since an accidental reopening is usually precluded.
  • the irreversible closing of the first opening is particularly advantageous when at least one such third opening, for example, due to weakening zones, in particular lines of weakness, can be easily formed.
  • the bag front wall and / or bag back wall comprises a weakening zone, wherein the destruction of the weakened zone releases the at least one third opening. This allows the third opening to be formed to take a shipping item.
  • the weakening zone may be a weakening line, which is preferably linear or curved.
  • a third opening does not imply that the second opening described above must necessarily be present as well.
  • the first, second and / or third opening can be closed with at least one adhesive strip.
  • the third opening is preferably not in the immediate vicinity of the first opening.
  • said weakening zone in particular weakening line, is arranged to form the third opening in the bag back wall or bag front wall.
  • the film strip is a continuous plastic film strip of the production process, which is subdivided into the shipping bag segments at a later date. Said time is preferably coincident with the welding of the side edges. Preferably, it is a method for producing the shipping bag according to the invention, as described in the patent claims and the description.
  • the invention relates to the use of a mailer according to one of the preceding claims, for the transport of goods to be shipped, in particular shipping the online trade.
  • the tensile strength of the grip holes is increased compared to conventional shipping bags. It is also of particular advantage that the proportion of rejects in the production can be significantly reduced with the shipping bags according to the invention. It is believed that this is due to the fact that no incomplete punching process of the handle hole can give rise to production interruptions. Also grip hole edges are avoided, so that an intervention in the grip holes during production can be avoided. In addition, air movements can no longer cause the bag section, in which the grip hole is provided, inflates in parts and thus leads to production stoppages. Furthermore, the mail order company using the shipping bags according to the invention or the mail order company using this bag are also accompanied by increased process reliability. For example, the filling and / or transport, in particular the transport on conveyor belts, are much less prone to error.
  • FIG. 1 a) and b) show various embodiments of the upper half 1 of the shipping bag, wherein each of the bag front wall 2 and an opposite at the upper bag end 12 slightly longer bag back wall 3 is visible.
  • the upper half 1 of the shipping bag has an upper bag end 12, a first bag edge 4 and a second bag edge 5.
  • the upper edge 10 of the bag front wall is lower than the upper edge 11 of the bag rear wall.
  • the closable opening lies between said upper edges 10 and 11.
  • the first side edge 6 of the bag front wall 2 abuts the first side edge 8 of the bag back wall 3, the latter being slightly longer towards the upper bag end 12.
  • the second side edge 7 of the bag front wall 2 abuts against the second side edge 9 of the bag rear wall 3, the latter being slightly longer in the direction of the upper bag end 12.
  • the first bag section 16 is also shown.
  • the second bag section is not visible since it is arranged on the lower half of the shipping bag (cf. FIG. 2 a) to c) ).
  • FIG. 1 a shows an embodiment of the upper half 1 of the shipping bag with two adhesive strips 14 and 15 as fastening means. Between the said adhesive strips 14 and 15, a destructible line 13 in the form of a weakening line (here a perforation line) is provided.
  • the line 13 can be severed, for example, by means of a pair of scissors. The destruction of the line 13 also destroys the area between the adhesive strips 14 and 15 in the sense of the invention.
  • FIG. 1 b shows the top half 1 of the shipping bag with only one adhesive strip 15 as a fastener.
  • the side edges of the bag rear wall 3 are bevelled in the region above the upper edge 10, so that side edges 8 and 9 are not linear over the entire length of the bag. This may be advantageous since the side edges 8 and 9 of the bag rear wall 3 can not protrude laterally in the area above the upper edge 10.
