Claims (15)

  1. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt mit einem Papier- oder Polymerträger und auf der Oberfläche des Trägers einem Sicherheitselement mit einer Mehrfarbabdeckung in der Form eines periodischen Rasters, hergestellt in zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Farben, die relativ zu der Trägeroberfläche kontrastieren, und einem dreidimensionalen Raster, das in der Form einer Einprägung mit einer Mehrfachperiode hergestellt und relativ zu der Abdeckung so angeordnet ist, dass das dreidimensionale Raster zumindest teilweise auf der Abdeckung angeordnet ist, wobei das dreidimensionale Raster zumindest teilweise räumlich in der gleichen Weise ausgerichtet ist wie das Raster der Mehrfarbabdeckung und zusammen mit demselben ein latentes Bild bildet, das nicht wahrnehmbar ist, wenn das Produkt im rechten Winkel zu der Oberfläche betrachtet wird, und sichtbar wird, wenn sich der Betrachtungswinkel verändert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das latente Bild aus zwei identischen grafischen Elementen unterschiedlicher Farbe besteht, die gebildet sind durch einen gegenseitigen Versatz von Abschnitten des dreidimensionalen Rasters und des Rasters der Mehrfarbabdeckung um eine Entfernung, die ein Mehrfaches einer Hälfte der Periode des Rasters ist, und die relativ zueinander in der gleichen Ebene in einer Entfernung positioniert sind, was ein Betrachten eines stereoskopen Bildes des grafischen Elements mit der Verwendung einer Anaglyphenbrille und/oder von Farbfiltern ermöglicht.
  2. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine obere optisch transparente Schicht aufweist, wobei das dreidimensionale Raster auf der Oberfläche der transparenten Schicht gebildet ist, und die Mehrfarbabdeckung unterhalb derselben angeordnet ist, wodurch eine scheinbare Bewegung und/oder Verschiebung der Bilder bereitgestellt wird.
  3. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die latenten Bilder, die das stereoskope Bild bilden, in der Form identischer Figuren vorliegen, die relativ zueinander in der gleichen Ebene um eine Entfernung zwischen 0,5 und 10 mm versetzt sind.
  4. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die latenten Bilder, die das stereoskope Bild bilden, in der Form identischer Figuren vorliegen, die zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Elemente des Bilds aufweisen, die relativ zueinander in jeder Figur in Bezug auf eine andere Figur in der gleichen Ebene in zueinander entgegensetzten Richtungen versetzt sind, um den stereoskopen Effekt einer unterschiedlichen Entfernung der Elemente in Bezug auf den Beobachter zu bilden.
  5. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Produkt eine Banknote, eine Banderole, eine Briefmarke, ein Pass, ein Reisedokument, ein Führerschein, ein Ausweis, ein Sicherheitspapier, eine Kunststoffkarte, ein Etikett, eine Verpackung und ein Zahlungsbeleg ist.
  6. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mehrfarbraster zusätzliche optisch variable Eigenschaften aufweist, die sich zeigen, wenn das Dokument in unterschiedlichen Winkeln betrachtet wird.
  7. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Mehrfarbraster durch ein Druckverfahren hergestellt ist.
  8. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass Abschnitte des dreidimensionalen Rasters, die das stereoskope Bild bilden, in der Form geometrischer Figuren, Guilloche-Elemente, grafischer und alphanummerischer Zeichen hergestellt sind, eine Codierung bilden oder eine beliebige Kombination daraus darstellen.
  9. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mehrfarbabdeckung durch Materialien gebildet ist, die in dem IR-Bereich des optischen Spektrums eine unterschiedliche Absorption aufweisen.
  10. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass Abschnitte des dreidimensionalen Rasters, die das stereoskope Bild bilden, Informationen und/oder ein Foto zur persönlichen Identifizierung aufweisen.
  11. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Träger zumindest an einem Abschnitt des Mehrschicht-Sicherheitselements transparent ist.
  12. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 8, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das latente stereoskope Bild gegen das Licht betrachtet wird, wenn das Produkt geneigt wird.
  13. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zur Verbesserung des visuellen stereoskopen Effekts die Mehrfarbabdeckung durch Materialien gebildet ist, die bei Tageslicht eine Lumineszenz zeigen.
  14. Ein Mehrschichtprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Mehrfarbabdeckung durch Materialien gebildet ist, die in dem IR-Bereich des optischen Spektrums eine unterschiedliche Absorption aufweisen, wobei das Bild durch eine Teilentfernung der Abdeckung durch Laserstrahlung mit einer Wellenlänge gebildet ist, die in dem Spektralbereich dessen Absorption liegt.
  15. Ein Verfahren zum Verifizieren der Authentizität eines Mehrschichtprodukts gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ein Durchführen zumindest zweier Beobachtungstypen aufweist, wobei ein erster Beobachtungstyp durch Platzieren des Produkts im rechten Winkel und Feststellen der Abwesenheit eines Bilds erfolgt und ein zweiter Beobachtungstyp durch eine Anaglyphenbrille oder durch unterschiedliche Filter für das rechte und das linke Auge erfolgt, wobei jedes Filter eine selektive Durchlässigkeit in dem Spektralbereich einer der Abdeckfarben aufweist; wobei der zweite Beobachtungstyp ein Platzieren des Produkts in einem anderen Winkel als dem rechten Winkel und ein Sehen des zu Beginn latenten stereoskopen Bilds des grafischen Elements aufweist, dessen Anordnungsebene visuell fehlausgerichtet zu der Ebene des Produkts erscheint.
