Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a carrying bag, in particular a carrying bag for storing articles in a working environment.

In a work environment with changing workplaces and / or with workplaces used by several people, such as offices, educational institutions, workshops, field service, etc., it has proved expedient for users to use their personal work utensils (eg notebook, documents, office supplies, tools) , etc.) each store in a separate storage element and take this to their respective workplace and tidy up when not in use and can preferably wegzubete. It is the object of the present invention to provide an improved carrying case for personal work utensils that provides the user with improved comfort at the respective work station.

The carrying bag according to the invention comprises a pocket element for receiving objects, which has an access opening on an upper side in the position of use of the pocket element, and a dimensionally stable supporting frame, on which a position in use the pocket element upper edge region of the pocket element is fastened such that the access opening of the pocket element is accessible through the support frame. On the support frame, a dimensionally stable retaining clip is provided with a first projection and a second projection, with which the carrying bag can be hooked to a plate-shaped furniture element such that the first projection contacts an upper side of the furniture element and the second projection contacts an underside of the furniture element.

The dimensionally stable support frame gives the carrying bag overall stability and, together with the retaining clip provided thereon, also forms a suspension device on a plate-shaped furniture element. The user can thus easily and conveniently hang the carrier bag without additional auxiliary measures or auxiliary devices on a plate-shaped furniture element at its respective workplace. The carrying bag can be suspended by means of the retaining clip on a plate-shaped furniture element such that the first projection of the retaining clip contacts an upper side of the furniture element and the second projection of the retaining clip contacts an underside of the furniture element. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the dimensionally stable retaining clip is integrally formed on the dimensionally stable support frame. Alternatively, the retaining clip can also be configured as a separate component and firmly connected to the support frame.

Preferably, the first projection and the second projection of the retaining clip extend in substantially the same direction away from the support frame and / or the first projection and the second projection of the retaining clip extend substantially parallel to each other. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first projection of the retaining clip on its contact side on a first soft component for contacting the furniture element and / or has the second projection of the retaining clip on its contact side on a second soft component for contacting the furniture element. The soft components serve on the one hand as slip resistance for securely attaching the carrying bag to a furniture element and also the protection of the furniture element or its surfaces. The soft components are preferably formed from a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). In one embodiment of the retaining clip made of a plastic material, the soft components are preferably integrally formed on the projections of the retaining clip by means of a 2K injection molding process.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support frame and the first projection of the retaining clip extend substantially in the same plane. Preferably, the first projection of the retaining clip is formed as a continuation of the holding frame.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the retaining clip is provided on one side of the support frame and the support frame is formed on the two adjacent sides each with at least one step. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the pocket element is configured in a multi-layered manner. The pocket element preferably has a layer of a reinforced synthetic felt, preferably a natural fiber-reinforced polypropylene felt and / or a layer of a mesh fabric. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the carrying bag also has a carrying strap, which is attached to the support frame and / or the pocket element (preferably releasably). The carrying strap is preferably designed to be adjustable in length or is provided to the user in different lengths.

Preferably, this strap surrounds the closed narrow sides of the bag member. If the bag element of two Bag shells is composed, the carrying strap preferably covers a connection between the two bag shells.

The carrying case is used to store personal working utensils of the user. It can be taken by the user during his work to his workplace and hung there on a plate-shaped furniture element, and they can preferably be locked away outside his working hours. The carrying bag of the invention is thus particularly advantageous for work on changing workplaces and / or for workplaces which are used by several users at different times. Such work environments can be found, for example, in offices, in schools, in the field, etc.

The carrying bag 10 has a dimensionally stable pocket element 12, which is composed of two dimensionally stable shell elements 12a, 12b and has an access opening 14 on its upper side in the position of use. The two shell elements 12a, 12b are preferably configured identical to one another. They may, for example, be connected to one another via a zipper connection, a clamping or press fit of suitable connecting elements or the like.

For example, the pocket member 12 is sized to accommodate a narrow A4 folder and / or a 15 inch notebook.

The two pocket shells 12a, 12b of the pocket element 12 are preferably designed in a multilayered manner and pressed as a sandwich construction of different materials. They have, for example, a central layer of a natural fiber reinforced polypropylene felt (NFPP felt), an inner layer of a mesh fabric and an outer cover layer. The cover layer is used, inter alia, the design is made for example of fabric, felt, leather, plastic or the like.

In order to park the carrying bag 10 with this pocket element 12, the pocket element 12 has several feet 40 on its lower side in the position of use. These feet 40 are preferably formed integrally with the shell elements 12a, 12b.

The upper edge region of the pocket element 12, which surrounds the access opening 14 of the pocket element 12 in the position of use of the pocket element, is fastened to a dimensionally stable support frame 16. In this case, the access opening 14 of the pocket member 12 is freely accessible through the support frame 16 for the user. Optionally, the carrying case 10 may further include a lid member for closing the access opening 14, which may be detachably inserted into the support frame 16.

The dimensionally stable support frame 16 gives the carrying bag 10 additional stability. The support frame 16 is made for this purpose, for example, from a (high) solid plastic material, for example in an injection molding process.

On the support frame 16 also a dimensionally stable retaining clip 18 is provided, preferably integrally formed thereon. With the help of this dimensionally stable retaining clip 18, the carrying case 10 can be hung without special additional devices on a plate-shaped furniture element 20 such as a worktop of a desk, a shelf, etc.

As exemplified in Fig. 3 illustrated, the carrying bag 10 can be securely suspended by means of the retaining clip 18 to plate-shaped furniture elements 20 of different plate thicknesses. In the illustrated embodiment, the retaining clip 18 is dimensioned so that it can be hung on plate thicknesses of a maximum of 25 mm (a mm), but even at smaller plate thicknesses of only 13 mm (b mm) still remains suspended stable.

While the carrying bag 10 or its support frame 16 is aligned horizontally when suspended on a furniture element 20 with the maximum plate thickness (here: 25 mm) in the suspended state, the carrier bag 10 tilts at smaller plate thicknesses, for example up to about 20 ° ( z °) from the horizontal, as in Fig. 3 indicated.

In order to hang the carrier bag 10 in this way on a plate-shaped furniture element 20, the retaining clip 18 has in this embodiment in side view approximately a C-shape. The retaining clip 18 has in particular an upper first projection 22 and a lower second projection 24 which extend substantially parallel to one another and extend in the same direction away from the support frame 16. The two projections 22, 24 are connected to each other via a connecting portion 26. In this embodiment, the lower second projection 24 extends farther away from the support frame 16 than the upper first projection 22.

For the purpose of slip resistance and protection of the surfaces of the furniture element 20, a first soft component 28 is provided on the first projection 22 and a second soft component 30 is provided on the second projection 24. The two soft components are arranged on mutually facing sides of the projections 22, 24 to the plate-shaped furniture element 20 between them (cf. Fig. 3 ). The two soft components are formed, for example, from a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and can be formed on the retaining clip 18, for example by means of a 2K injection molding.

In order to be able to tidy up the carrying bag 10 when not in use in a preferably lockable storage cabinet, the support frame 16 is formed on the two opposite longitudinal sides, which adjoin the end face with the retaining clip 18, each with a step 41. These steps 41 each form a simple shape of a support, with which the support frame 16 and thus the entire carrying bag 10 can be pushed in a simple and stable manner on a corresponding guide rail, for example in a cabinet or a cabinet. Due to the steps 41 in the support frame 16 can also be prevented in this context that the side surfaces of the pocket member 12 rub against the inner walls of the storage cabinet or the like and so wear.

The carrying case 10 also has a carrying strap 32. This is preferably provided interchangeably on the carrying case 10, so that the carrying case 10 can be optionally equipped with carrying straps 32 of different lengths depending on the user. The strap 32 is attached to the support frame 16 and the pocket member 12 so that it surrounds the closed narrow sides of the pocket member 12 and thereby covers the connecting line between the two pocket elements 12a, 12b.

As in Fig. 3 indicated, the edge of the plate-shaped furniture member 20 when hanging the carrying bag 10 by the cover layer of the multi-layered bag elements 12a, 12b and the strap 32 is protected.
