It is an object of the present invention to provide a writing case, which solves the disadvantages mentioned above.
This object is achieved by a writing case according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are given in the dependent claims.
The writing case according to the present invention comprises a base body, which comprises a bottom part and at least two side tabs arranged opposite one another via the bottom part, which are pivotably articulated on the bottom part via a flexible hinge portion, and a lid part, wherein the lid part comes to rest on the bottom part and in the folded state of two side flaps at least partially interposed between the bottom part and the side flaps and by means of a between the cover part and the side flaps applied magnetic force is held on the side flaps, and in the folded state of only one of the side flaps over the flexible hinge portion in relation to the bottom part is pivoted on both sides. Once the left-side longitudinal edge portion of the lid part is opened, the left-hander can easily lift this section with his left hand and thereby unfold the lid part over the flexible hinge portion of the right side (closed) side flap. The inner surface of the unfolded lid part opens up now on the right side in relation to the writing pad.
