Definitions
- the invention relates to an insole for shoes, e.g. An insole with an elongated, in the middle of the insole in the longitudinal direction of the sole from the heel area in the midfoot area extending, form stiffening, which is also referred to in the field as joint stiffening.
- Insoles have a significant impact on the wearing and durability of shoes. From DE GM 8621262 and DE GM 8000603 give examples of particular embodiments of insoles.
- insoles of the type mentioned above use as stiffening a beaded sheet metal strip which is inserted into a depression on the underside of the insole forming material layer and riveted to the material layer.
- stiffening an optionally produced as a plastic injection molded part stiffening material cohesively be embedded in the insole, as can be seen from the DE-PS 1760160 evident. The stiffening ensures stiffness of the footbed to the ball area, which is then flexibly bendable to allow a rolling movement while running.
- the invention has for its object to provide a comparison with the prior art new insole for shoes, resulting in improved wearing properties of the shoe.
- the soles of the invention solving this problem is characterized by a weakening in the metatarsal area, the torsional stiffness of the insole around its longitudinal axis.
- this invention solution provides for a significant improvement in the feeling of support, as can adapt by the increased torsional flexibility of the insole of the shoe easily changes the foot position, in particular changes in the heel position with respect to the position of the football.
- the more flexible insole counteracts unfavorable deformations of the shoe upper, in particular a gaping of the shoe.
- the weakening of the material layer can be at least one incision, a region with a material recess or / and a region with a material that is less rigid than the surrounding material.
- the indentation forming the weakening is expediently a marginal incision which runs transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to the longitudinal axis of the insole.
- a plurality of mutually parallel incisions are provided.
- a desired torsional flexibility can be achieved.
- the incision in particular marginal incision, can reach up to the shape of stiffening.
- the incision may even extend continuously over the entire width of the material layer forming the insole, wherein segments formed between adjacent incisions are each to be connected to the stiffening of the form.
- the incision on the one longitudinal side of the insole in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the insole is arranged offset to an incision on the other longitudinal side of the insole.
- cuts can be exactly opposite each other.
- a material recess formed on the underside of the insole can be filled by a material projection, the shoe sole to be connected to the insole.
- the abovementioned weakening is preferably arranged in an area of the insole in which the shoe sole to be connected to the insole is lifted off the ground by a more or less high heel.
- An insole 1 of an in Fig. 2 Shoe 2 shown by dashed lines in outline, which has a material layer preferably consisting of a plastic-bonded fiber press, comprises a first insole section 3 which extends over the entire heel area and further to approximately at the foot pads.
- the first insole section 3 is adjoined by a second insole section 4, which extends to the footbed tip, and which consists of a more flexible material than the first insole section 3. 5, the insole sections 3, 4 are glued together over beveled edge regions in such a way that they flush over one another.
- the first insole portion 3 includes a reinforcing rail 6 that extends from the footpad area to about the middle of the heel area.
- the reinforcing rail 6 consists of a sheet steel strip with a running in the strip longitudinal direction flat bead.
- the sheet steel strip is used in a correspondingly shaped recess 7 in the bottom of the insole portion 3 and riveted at 8 and 9 with the material layer of the insole portion 3.
- the reinforcing rail 6 could be integrally integrated into the insole and, for example, be made in one piece with the insole.
- Fig. 1 can recognize the insole 2 in the region of the reinforcing rail 6 to the longitudinal edges of the insole open, transverse to the longitudinal direction of the insole extending edge recesses 10.
- each four longitudinal recesses 10 are provided on each longitudinal side of the reinforcing rail 6, wherein the incisions are arranged offset on one side to the incisions on the other side in the rail longitudinal direction.
- upper 11 of the shoe 1 pulled over the shoe last is enclosed and held with its lower edge between the insole 2 and a shoe sole 12 facing the ground.
- the reinforcing rail 6 stabilizes the position of the footbed in the area between a heel 13 and the ball of the foot area where the shoe sole 12 is raised from the ground.
- edge incisions 10 results for the shoe 1 a significantly improved bearing feel by the edge cuts reduce the torsional stiffness of the insole 2 with respect to the longitudinal axis 14 of the insole 2 and the reinforcing rail 6 and the footbed of the shoe 1 changed foot positions, in particular changed Positions of the heel in relation to the ball of the foot, easier to adjust.
- the stabilization of the footbed caused by the reinforcing rail 6 with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shoe is hardly affected by the incisions 10.
- Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of an insole 2a, in which for weakening the insole side of a reinforcing rail 6a instead of edge incisions 10 continuously weakened areas 15 are provided.
- the regions 15 may be formed by a local reduction in the thickness of the ply material used for the insole.
- the weakened regions 15 are formed by a material having a lower strength than the surrounding layer material.
- the insole With sufficient strength of a material layer forming the insole, the insole can of course be made without special stiffening.
- a weakening which reduces the torsional rigidity of the insole in the metatarsal area can also be formed by e.g. two stiffening strands in the sole longitudinal direction to each other at a distance and stiffeners formed in particular at both longitudinal edges of the insole and the stiffeners against each other are twisted.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
