Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verdünnung einer, für die Herstellung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einen anderen Faserstoffbahn geeigneten Faserstoffsuspension mit einer Verdünnungsflüssigkeit, welche nach einer Reinigungsvorrichtung zur Entfernung von Störstoffen aus der Faserstoffsuspension angeordnet ist.
  • Im Konstantteil von Papiermaschinen wird die im Wesentlichen von aufbereiteten Fasern und Füllstoffen gebildete, hochkonsistente Faserstoffsuspension mit dem in der Papiermaschine aufgefangenen Siebwasser verdünnt und anschließend dem Stoffauflauf Eine derartige Anlage ist zum Beispiel aus der EP 1 595 998 A1 bekannt.
  • Das insbesondere aus dem Former der Papiermaschine stammende Siebwasser enthält einen relativ hohen Gasanteil. Um den Prozess der Herstellung der Faserstoffbahn sowie deren Qualität nicht zu beeinträchtigen, ist daher häufig eine Entgasung erforderlich.
    Zur Minimierung des Aufwandes für die Reinigung soll die Stoffdichte der zu reinigenden Faserstoffsuspension möglichst hoch sein. Daher ist oft eine Nachverdünnung nötig. Die Nachverdünnung erfolgt dabei über eine Mischvorrichtung, die Teil eines Siebwassersammelbehälters ist. Von dort muss die Faserstoffsuspension dann über eine Pumpe zur Entgasungsvorrichtung gefördert werden.
    Dies erfordert eine große Pumpleistung und Umbauten sind sehr aufwendig.
    Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher eine einfache und umfassende Vermischung bei der Verdünnung zu ermöglichen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wurde die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Dies führt vor allem beim Versprühen der Fluide zu einer intensiven Vermischung und bereits zu einer Vorentgasung.
    Außerdem kann der Mischbehälter sehr nah zur Reinigungsvorrichtung positioniert werden, was zu einer sehr kompakten Anordnung führt. Des Weiteren kann der Mischbehälter so gleichzeitig als Transportraum der verdünnten Faserstoffsuspension zu einer folgenden Einheit dienen. Im Extremfall wird der Mischraum selbst von einer Verbindungsleitung gebildet.
  • Im Interesse einer intensiven Reinigung der Faserstoffsuspension und der Behandlung großer Mengen an Faserstoffsuspension ist die Reinigungsvorrichtung von mehreren, vorzugsweise parallel geschalteten Hydrozyklonen gebildet. Hydrozyklone sind gut geeignet, um durch Zentrifugalkräfte Schwerteile und Leichtteile in Faserstoffsuspensionen zu konzentrieren und über den Auslauf bzw. den Abscheider abzuleiten.
  • Um eine gute Vermischung der Fluide und die Anordnung von möglichst vielen Suspensions- und/oder Verdünnungs-Düsen zu ermöglichen, ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Mischbehälter eine längliche Form hat und vorzugsweise zylindrisch ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Ende den Auslass der Mischvorrichtung bildet. Insbesondere da die Reinigungsvorrichtung von mehreren oder gar einer Vielzahl von Hydrozyklonen gebildet wird, kann die gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension jedes Hydrozyklons so über eine, vorzugsweise separate Suspensions-Düse in den Mischbehälter geführt werden.
  • Da die Faserstoffsuspension im Mischbehälter in Richtung Auslass strömt, ist es für eine stufenweise Zuführung von gereinigter Faserstoffsuspension vorteilhaft, wenn die Suspensions-Düsen in Längserstreckung des Mischbehälters nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
  • Damit die eingedüsten Fluide an einer Begrenzungswand des Mischraums abprallen und zusätzlich versprüht werden, was Vermischung und Entgasung zusätzlich fördert, sind die Suspensions-Düsen und/oder die Verdünnungs-Düsen am Boden des Mischbehälters oder an einer Seitenfläche des Mischbehälters angeordnet und zur Mitte oder nach oben ausgerichtet
  • Des Weiteren kann die Vermischung der Fluide noch dadurch unterstützt werden, dass möglichst jeder Suspensions-Düse eine Verdünnungs-Düse zugeordnet ist. Auch hierbei ergibt sich eine stufenweise Verdünnung der zum Auslass fließenden Faserstoffsuspension.
  • Dabei kann die, einer Suspensions-Düse zugeordnete Verdünnungs-Düse in Richtung Auslass folgen oder aber die einer Suspensions-Düse zugeordnete Verdünnungs-Düse so angeordnet sein, dass sich die Strahlen beider Düsen treffen, was für zusätzliche Verwirbelung sorgt.
  • Zur Minimierung des Aufwandes sowie des Raumbedarfs wird die verdünnte Faserstoffsuspension vom Auslass des Mischbehälters möglichst unmittelbar in eine Entgasungsvorrichtung geführt.
    Da die Faserstoffsuspension die Mischvorrichtung durchströmen kann, wird die Weiterführung derselben zur Entgasungsvorrichtung kaum beeinträchtigt. Infolgedessen ist auch keine Pumpe zwischen Mischvorrichtung und Entgasungsvorrichtung erforderlich.
  • Die Verdünnungsflüssigkeit sollte zumindest im Wesentlichen von Siebwasser gebildet werden.
  • Nach der Entgasungsvorrichtung wird die Faserstoffsuspension dann mit Vorteil von einer Stoffauflaufpumpe zum Stoffauflauf der Maschine gefördert.
  • Nachfolgend soll die Erfindung an mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden.

  • Bei dem in Figur 1 gezeigten Konstantteil einer Papiermaschine wird die Faserstoffsuspension 1 mit hohem Druck in einen Siebwasser-Sammelbehälter 10 eingedüst und durch die Vermischung mit dem Siebwasser 3 vorverdünnt. Von dem in Einströmrichtung der Faserstoffsuspension folgenden Auslauf dieser Mischvorrichtung 2 wird die vorverdünnte Faserstoffsuspension 1 mittels Suspensions-Pumpe 7 zu einer Reinigungsvorrichtung gefördert, die von einer Vielzahl von Hydrozyklonen 4 gebildet wird. Wie in Figur 2 und 4 gezeigt, werden dabei mehrere parallel geschaltete Hydrozyklonen 4 zu einer kompakten Cleanerstufe zusammengefasst.
  • Die hier beschriebenen Hydrozyklone 4 dienen der Reinigung einer Faserstoffsuspension 1 mit einer Stoffdichte zwischen 2 und 3% von Schwerteilen. Wegen der hohen Stoffdichte kann die Reinigungsvorrichtung kleiner ausgeführt werden.
  • Das feststehende Gehäuse des Hydrozyklons 4 umschließt eine längliche Kammer mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt.
    An einem Ende der Kammer befindet sich ein Einlauf, über den die zu reinigende Faserstoffsuspension 1 tangential mit einem Druck von bis zu 4 oder sogar 6 bar in einen zylindrischen Einlaufabschnitt der Kammer eingedüst wird. Hierdurch wird die Faserstoffsuspension 1 auf eine kreisförmige Bahn gebracht, wobei die Faserstoffsuspension 1 gegen die Wand der Kammer gedrückt wird.
  • Durch die dabei wirkenden Zentrifugal- und Fliehkräfte reichern sich die Schwerteile an der Wand der Kammer und die Leichtteile in der Mitte der Kammer an.
    Auf diese Weise gelangen die Schwerteile an der Wand der Kammer spiralförmig zum gegenüberliegenden, hier dem unteren Ende der Kammer mit dem Schwerteil-Abscheider, über den die Schwerteile aus dem Hydrozyklon 4 abgeführt werden.
  • Um Verstopfungen des Schwerteil-Abscheiders entgegenzuwirken, wird im Bereich des Schwerteil-Abscheiders über eine Zuleitung Verdünnungsflüssigkeit in die Kammer geleitet.
    Dies erlaubt den störungsfreien Einsatz des Hydrozyklons 4 auch bei hohen Stoffdichten, wie hier angestrebt.
  • Die in der Mitte der Kammer vorhandene, von den Schwerteilen gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension 1 wird als Leichtteil-Komponente über den Leichtteil-Abfluss abgeführt.
  • Die so gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension 1 gelangt unmittelbar nach der Reinigungsvorrichtung in eine weitere Mischvorrichtung 6. Diese Mischvorrichtung 6 wird im Wesentlichen von einem zylindrischen Mischbehälter 14 gebildet, in den über Suspensions-Düsen 11 die gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension 1 eingebracht wird. Zur Verdünnung wird über mehrere Verdünnungs-Düsen 12 außerdem Verdünnungsflüssigkeit 3 aus dem Siebwasser-Sammelbehälter 10 in den Mischbehälter 14 eingedüst. Hierzu wird das Siebwasser von einer Verdünnungs-Pumpe 8 vom Siebwasser-Sammelbehälter 10 zur weiteren Mischvorrichtung 6 gefördert.
    Um im Mischbehälter 14 eine umfassende Vermischung zu erreichen, wird einerseits die gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension 1 der Hydrozyklone 4 separat eingedüst und anderseits jeder Suspension-Düse 11 eine Verdünnungs-Düse 12 zugeordnet.
    Wie in Figur 3 zu erkennen, können die Suspensions-Düsen 11 und die Verdünnungs-Düsen 12 auf gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des Mischbehälters 14 angeordnet werden. Dies führt dazu, dass die Strahlen der Suspensions-Düsen 11 jeweils mit dem Strahl der zugeordneten Verdünnungs-Düse 12 zusammentreffen. Die vom Zusammentreffen ausgehende Verwirbelung führt zu einer intensiven Vermischung.
    Demgegenüber befinden sich bei Figur 5 die Suspensions-Düsen 11 und die Verdünnungs-Düsen 12 im Boden des Mischbehälters 14. Die von diesen Düsen 11,12 ausgehenden Strahlen sind dabei nach oben gerichtet, so dass sie an der Innenwand der Mischbehälters 14 abprallen. Hierbei können die Suspensionsdüsen 11 und die jeweils zugeordnete Verdünnungs-Düse 12 bezüglich der Zylinderachse des Mischbehälters 14 hintereinander oder wie hier dargestellt nebeneinander angeordnet werden.
  • Da der Strom der Faserstoffsuspension 1 möglichst wenig von der weiteren Mischvorrichtung 6 beeinträchtigt wird, gelangt die Faserstoffsuspension 1 gemäß
    Figur 4 ohne zusätzliche Pumpe von der Nachverdünnung über den Auslass 13 des Mischbehälters 14 direkt zu einer Entgasungsvorrichtung 5.
  • In der Entgasungsvorrichtung 5 erfolgt die Entgasung in bekannter Weise durch die Verbindung mit einer Unterdruckquelle 15. Die so entgaste Faserstoffsuspension 1 wird dann mittels Stoffauflaufpumpe 9 zum Stoffauflauf der Papiermaschine befördert.
  • Die Erfindung ermöglicht somit auch eine einfache Nachrüstung bestehender Anlagen mit einer Nachverdünnung.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verdünnung einer, für die Herstellung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einen anderen Faserstoffbahn geeigneten Faserstoffsuspension (1) mit einer Verdünnungsflüssigkeit (3), bestehend aus einer aus mehreren Hydrozyklonen (4) gebildeten Reinigungsvorrichtung zur Entfernung von Störstoffen aus der Faserstoffsuspension (1), einer Mischvorrichtung (6) mit einem Mischbehälter (14) mit einem Auslass (13), und einer Entgasungsvorrichtung (5), wobei die gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension (1) jedes Hydrozyklons (4) über eine Suspensions-Düse (11) in den Mischbehälter (14) geführt wird, in den auch die Verdünnungsflüssigkeit (3) über zumindest eine Verdünnungs-Düse (12) geleitet wird, wobei die Suspensions-Düsen (11) und/oder die Verdünnungs-Düsen (12) am Boden des Mischbehälters (14) oder an einer Seitenfläche des Mischbehälters (14) angeordnet sind und der Auslass (13) des Mischbehälters (14) ohne Pumpe unmittelbar in die mit einer Unterdruckquelle in Verbindung stehende Entgasungsvorrichtung (5) führt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung von mehreren parallel geschalteten Hydrozyklonen (4) gebildet wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischbehälter (14) eine längliche Form hat und vorzugsweise zylindrisch ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Ende den Auslass (13) der Mischvorrichtung (6) bildet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gereinigte Faserstoffsuspension (1) jedes Hydrozyklons (4) über eine separate Suspensions-Düse (11) in den Mischbehälter (14) geführt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Suspensions-Düsen (11) in Längserstreckung des Mischbehälters (10) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass möglichst jeder Suspensions-Düse (11) eine Verdünnungs-Düse (12) zugeordnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einer Suspensions-Düse (11) zugeordnete Verdünnungs-Düse (12) in Richtung Auslass (13) folgt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einer Suspensions-Düse (11) zugeordnete Verdünnungs-Düse (12) so angeordnet ist, dass sich die Strahlen beider Düsen (11,12) treffen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdünnungsflüssigkeit (3) zumindest im Wesentlichen von Siebwasser gebildet wird.
