Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale aus dem unabhängigen Anspruch gelöst, wobei das obere freie Ende des Tragebügels mit einem von der Rohrwand isolierten Kontaktorgan versehen ist und in eine Niederspannungsstromschiene einsetzbar ist, welche ein Hohlprofil aufweist, dessen freie Schenkel einen Pol bilden und ein zweiter Pol an der Innenseite des Steges elektrisch isoliert angeordnet ist, wobei der Widerstandsheizdraht mit einem Anschluss an dem Kontaktorgan und mit einem anderen Anschluss mit der Rohrwandung verbunden ist. Damit können die Tragbügel einzeln je nach Bedarf in die Stromschiene eingehängt werden, wobei auch je nach Art des zu trocknenden Kleidungsstückes die entsprechenden Bügel zu wählen sind. Die Stromversorgung für den Widerstandsheizdraht wird dabei dadurch geschlossen, dass der Tragbügel in die Stromschiene eingehängt wird, wobei das isolierte Kontaktorgan mit dem an der Innenseite des Steges elektrische isoliert angeordneten Pol und die Rohrwandung mit den freien Schenkel der Stromschiene in Kontakt gerät. Weiters können an den freien Rändern der Schenkel parallel zum Steg vorspringende Leisten vorgesehen sein, die an der Außenseite des eingesetzten Endes der Tragbügel anliegen und gegebenenfalls zur formschlüssigen Anlage profiliert sind. Damit wird eine bessere Anlage der Rohrwandungen an den Rändern der Stromschiene erreicht, da eine punktförmige Verbindung der Rohrwandung mit dem Schenkelrand stattfindet, wobei aufgrund des höheren Druckes in diesem Punkt ein sehr guter Stromübergang erfolgt. Die Profilierung ermöglicht dabei ein Festlegen der einzelnen Bügel im gegenseitigen Abstand. Es kann allerdings auch das Hohlprofil an der Oberseite durch einen weiteren Steg zwischen den Schenkeln geschlossen sein, wobei in dem weiteren Steg Bohrungen oder Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme der eingesetzten Enden der Tragbügel vorgesehen sind.
