Arrière-plan de l'inventionBackground of the invention

Flexible guides are known, in particular for accurately positioning a component. These guides are known to have a nonlinear restoring force, with a non-linearity defect of the order of one percent, which equates to a few hundred seconds per day. Such a design, which also has great advantages, has the disadvantage of being poorly isochronous.

The documents CH 509 617 and CH 509 618 in the name of OMEGA Louis Brant & Frère SA describe a resonator with a plurality of long elastic and sinuous blades, with two perforated plates, parallel, connected to one another and to a frame at two diametrically opposite points of their contour, each plate being formed by a plurality of rings, or multiple zigzag arms, each connecting one of these points of connection to a central mass. These plates vibrate in phase opposition perpendicular to their planes, and each has a generally circular shape. As the case may be, each plate is formed of a succession of concentric rings connected by fasteners offset by 90 °, or each zigzag arm is formed of a series of concentric arcuate elements.

The document CH 481 411 in the name of MOVADO describes a resonator with long flexible blades in the form of loops joining a network of masses.

The documents FR 1 442 041 and FR 1 421 123 in the name of Horloger Electronics Center also describe systems similar to the previous one.

The document EP 2 151 722 A1 in the name of ROLEX describes a hairspring balance spring, which comprises at least two coplanar blades, secured by at least one of their respective homologous ends and wound in spirals with an angular offset able to neutralize the lateral forces that can be exerted on its central axis when one end of each blade is angularly displaced about said central axis relative to its other end.

Résumé de l'inventionSummary of the invention

The object of the invention is to propose a resonator, in particular a paraxial type resonator, one or more masses of which are movable in two linear and orthogonal degrees of freedom, which is naturally more isochronous than the already-guiding flexible resonators already studied.

A cet effet, l'invention concerne un résonateur d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1.For this purpose, the invention relates to a clock resonator according to claim 1.

The invention also relates to a watch movement comprising a plate supporting, directly or indirectly via a fixed structure, at least one such resonator.

Description détaillée des modes de réalisation préférésDetailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments

The invention uses, as flexible guides, very long spiral arms, to prevent displacements on a first axis X disturbing the restoring force on a second axis Y orthogonal to the first axis X, and vice versa.

To avoid the angular rigidity being too low, which is likely to cause parasitic rotations of the mass or masses of the resonator, concentrate the mass as close as possible to the center, to reduce the inertia, and therefore increase the frequency of rotation, which avoids any harmful excitation.

Different variants, similar to the various known embodiments of balance springs, make it possible to improve the isochronism of such a resonator.

  • le nombre de tours de la spirale, y compris le nombre de tours fractionnaires ;
  • le pas de la spirale, qui peut être non constant, variable le long de la spirale ;
It is thus possible to vary, without limitation:
  • the number of turns of the spiral, including the number of fractional turns;
  • the pitch of the spiral, which can be non-constant, variable along the spiral;
  • the thickness of the spiral, which can be variable along the spiral, in order to make this resonator the most isochronous possible (potential energy perfectly quadratic in x and y, therefore proportional to x 2 + y 2 )
  • the number of spiral arms.

The figures illustrate non-limiting examples of embodiment of the invention.
