Description

    Hintergrund der Erfindung
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ofen mit einem innenliegenden Brennraum zum Verbrennen von Brennmaterial und einer den Brennraum nach außen hin verschließenden, durchsichtigen Scheibe.
  • Öfen beziehungsweise Feuerstätten für Brennmaterial, wie zum Beispiel Holz, Kohle oder Gas, sind seit langem bekannt. Solche Öfen weisen einen innenliegenden Brennraum auf, in dem das Brennmaterial aufzunehmen und zu verbrennen ist. Beim Verbrennen entsteht ein Feuer, das heißt eine Flammenbildung unter Abgabe von Wärme und Licht, wobei insbesondere die Wärme zum Erwärmen beziehungsweise Erhitzen eines den Ofen umgebenden Außenraums genutzt wird. Abgase der Verbrennung werden in einen zugehörigen Kamin abgeführt. Wenn es sich bei dem Außenraum insbesondere um einen Wohnraum handelt, weisen solche Öfen in modernen Ausführungsformen zusätzlich eine den Brennraum zum Außenraum hin verschließende, durchsichtige Scheibe auf. Eine solche Scheibe schützt vor einem Abzug von erwärmter Luft aus dem Außenraum in den Kamin hinein und vor einem unerwünschten Funkenflug aus dem Brennraum in den Außenraum. Zusätzlich kann das Feuer dann den Außenraum erhellen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen.
  • Ein Problem solcher Öfen kann es aber sein, dass der Außenraum während des Verbrennungsvorgangs zu stark erwärmt wird. Wieviel der Außenraum erwärmt werden soll, hängt vom Empfinden eines jeweiligen Benutzers ab.
  • Aus FR 2 771 031 A1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer durchsichtigen Scheibe bekannt, die einen Brennraum eines Ofens nach außen hin verschließt. An ihrer zum Brennraum gewandten Seite bildet sich beim Verbrennungsvorgang eine Rauchpartikel-Schicht an der Scheibe. Die Scheibe kann dann dadurch gereinigt werden, dass sie mittels Reflexion von beim Verbrennen entstehenden Infrarotstrahlen bis zur Zersetzung der Schicht aufzuheizen ist. Für ein solches Aufheizen ist an der Scheibe außen ein Aufheizelement vorgesehen. Das Aufheizelement umfasst eine an der Scheibe angeordnete infrarotstrahlenreflektierende Metallfolie, an die sich eine thermisch isolierende Platte anschließt.
  • Aus US 2005/0224072 A1 ist ein Ofen mit einer Brennkammer bekannt, die mittels einer Glastür verschlossen ist. Oberhalb der Glastür ist ein Auslassgitter vorgesehen, aus dem mittels des Verbrennungsvorgangs erwärmte Luft aus dem Ofen austritt. Zum Schützen von Objekten, die sich im direkten Weg der erwärmten Luft befinden, wie zum Beispiel dem Kaminsims, ist außenseitig vor dem Auslassgitter ein Hitzedeflektor angeordnet. Der Hitzedeflektor ist plattenförmig gestaltet und derart schräg vor dem Auslassgitter angebracht, dass er die erwärmte Luft von den zu schützenden Objekten weglenkt.
  • Aus EP 2 105 673 A1 ist ein Ofen mit einer Brennkammer bekannt, die mittels einer selbstreinigenden Scheibe zu verschließen ist. Die selbstreinigende Scheibe umfasst eine thermische Barriere zum Reduzieren des Wärmeverlusts der durch die Scheibe aus der Brennkammer dringenden Verbrennungswärme. Die thermische Barriere kann eine thermisch isolierende Barriere oder eine infrarotstrahlenreflektierende Barriere sein, die sich außenseitig vor einer Glasscheibe der selbstreinigenden Schreibe befindet.
  • Zugrundeliegende Aufgabe
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Ofen der genannten Art zu schaffen, mit dem besser geregelt werden kann, wie viel der den Ofen umgebende Außenraum während eines Verbrennungsvorgangs erwärmt werden soll. Dabei soll insbesondere ein zu starkes Erwärmen des Außenraums verhindert werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäße Lösung
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß mit einem Ofen mit einem innenliegenden Brennraum zum Verbrennen von Brennmaterial, einer den Brennraum nach außen hin verschließenden, durchsichtigen Scheibe und einer außenseitig vor der Scheibe positionierten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche zum Reflektieren von beim Verbrennen des Brennmaterials entstehender Strahlung gelöst, wobei die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche in Richtung des Brennraums reflektierend angeordnet ist.
  • Die beim Verbrennen des Brennmaterials entstehende Strahlung ist vor allem Wärmestrahlung und/oder Lichtstrahlung, die erfindungsgemäß mittels der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche in Richtung des Brennraums reflektiert werden kann. Die erfindungsgemäß nach innen gewandte Strahlungsreflexionsfläche wird also dazu verwendet, um während eines Brennbetriebs des Ofens die Strahlung aus dem Brennraum wieder in Richtung der durchsichtigen Scheibe und in den Brennraum zurückzuwerfen. Die Strahlung und insbesondere die Wärmestrahlung kann damit aus dem den Ofen umgebenden Außenraum beziehungsweise aus der Umgebung des Ofens ferngehalten werden, was ein zu starkes Erwärmen oder gar Erhitzen der Umgebung verhindert. Die erfindungsgemäße Strahlungsreflexionsfläche ist also ein Schutzschild bzw. ein Strahlungsvorhang vor allzu großer Strahlung in den Außenraum.
  • Entsprechend ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche dazu angepasst, vor allem Wärmestrahlung zu reflektieren, womit ein zuverlässiger Hitzeschutz gegen ein zu starkes Erwärmen der Umgebung geschaffen ist. So kann eine "Wärmebelästigung" in dem den Ofen umgebenden Raum sicher verhindert werden. Dies ist insbesondere vorteilhaft, weil einerseits bei modernen Häusern der Wärmebedarf immer geringer wird, während andererseits bei modernen Öfen die durchsichtigen Scheiben immer großflächiger werden. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche zusätzlich dazu angepasst, auch Lichtstrahlung zu reflektieren, die ansonsten naturgemäß auch zu einer Erwärmung beitragen würde. Wärmestrahlung sind elektromagnetische Wellen der Infrarotstrahlung im Bereich von 780 Nanometer bis 1 Millimeter, insbesondere des mittleren Infrarots von 3 bis 50 Mikrometer, also thermische Strahlung bei irdischen Temperaturen. Lichtstrahlung sind elektromagnetische Wellen von sichtbarem Licht Im Bereich von etwa 380 Nanometer bis 780 Nanometer.
  • Das Brennmaterial ist ressourcenschonend bevorzugt ein nachwachsender Rohstoff, wie Holz, in Form von Holzscheiten und/oder Holzpellets. Alternativ kann das Brennmaterial aber auch Gas, insbesondere Erdgas oder Öl, insbesondere Erdöl sein.
  • Die durchsichtige Scheibe verschließt den Brennraum bevorzugt einseitig. Bei speziellen Ausführungsformen des Ofens kann eine mehrseitige Gestaltung der durchsichtigen Scheibe vorgesehen sein. Die durchsichtige Scheibe kann dann geknickt sein oder es ist pro Seite eine Scheibe vorgesehen, vor der jeweils außenseitig die beschriebene Strahlungsreflexionsfläche angeordnet ist.
  • Die durchsichtige Scheibe ist aus feuerfestem Material gestaltet. Bevorzugt ist das feuerfeste Material Glas, besonders bevorzugt Glaskeramik, die einer Verbrennungshitze besonders stabil standhält.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche neben mindestens einem reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt auch mindestens einen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt auf. Dabei ist der einzelne nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt durchgängig für die genannte Strahlung, insbesondere die Wärmestrahlung, während der einzelne reflektierende Flächenabschnitt weitestgehend nicht durchgängig für die genannte Strahlung, insbesondere die Wärmestrahlung ist. Damit kann die beim Verbrennen entstehende Strahlung, insbesondere Wärmestrahlung, noch teilweise in den Außenraum gelangen, wo sich dann eine passende, gewünschte Raumtemperatur ergibt. Erfindungsgemäß ist der einzelne nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt als Durchgangsöffnung in der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche gestaltet.
  • Zudem ist der mindestens eine reflektierende Flächenabschnitt bevorzugt mit Metall gebildet. Obwohl Metall ein guter Wärmeleiter ist, wurde festgestellt, dass die damit erzielte Wärmestrahlungsreflexion seine Wirkung als Wärmeleiter in den Außenraum hinein überwiegt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der mindestens eine nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt ferner in vorteilhafter Weise durchsichtig gestaltet, das heißt insbesondere durchgängig für Lichtstrahlung. Derart gestaltet können trotz Abschirmung von Strahlung während des Brennbetriebs das Feuer und der Verbrennungsvorgang vom Benutzer durch den nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt hindurch betrachtet werden. In Kombination mit den reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten sind so interessante optische Effekte und Lichtspiele möglich.
  • Dabei ist die durchsichtige Gestaltung der einzelnen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte vorteilhaft je mittels eines durchsichtigen Scheibenelements realisiert. Ein solches Scheibenelement im nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt stellt einen zusätzlichen Schutz dar und kann auch zur Stabilität und Steifigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung von reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten in einer größeren Fläche beitragen. Auch können mit einer solchen Gestaltung Strukturen von reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten geschaffen werden, die sonst so nicht darstellbar wären. Besonders bevorzugt sind die nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte je mittels einer Durchgangsöffnung in der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche realisiert. Diese Durchgangsöffnungen sind fertigungstechnisch einfach und materialsparend herzustellen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft nimmt zudem der mindestens eine reflektierende Flächenabschnitt einen Anteil von 20 bis 80 Prozent, bevorzugt einen Anteil von 35 bis 65 Prozent und besonders bevorzugt einen Anteil von 50 bis 60 Prozent der gesamten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche ein. Damit ist der Anteil an reflektierender Fläche derart groß, dass wunschgemäß ausreichend Strahlung während des Brennbetriebs reflektiert wird und ein definierter Strahlungsschutz vor allzu großer Hitze im Außenraum geschaffen ist. Zugleich ist der Strahlungsschutz so weit wärmedurchlässig, dass der Außenraum passend erwärmt wird. So haben erfindungsgemäße Versuche zum Beispiel ergeben, dass ein Gegenstand, der sich in einem Abstand von 1m zur durchsichtigen Scheibe bei 20° C Raumtemperatur befindet, ohne die erfindungsgemäße Lösung aufgrund der vom Ofen ausgehenden Strahlung auf eine Temperatur von über 130° C erwärmt wird, wohingegen er mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung nur eine Temperatur von unter 35° C erreicht. Zudem ermöglicht der genannte Anteil an reflektierendem Flächenabschnitt in Kombination mit dem Anteil an nicht-reflektierendem Flächenabschnitt, der durchsichtig gestaltet ist, dass der Brennraum gut sichtbar ist. Ein solcher gut sichtbarer Brennraum ermöglicht, dass das dortige Feuer gut kontrolliert und dass der Außenraum ausreichend erhellt werden kann. Zudem können besonders interessante optische Effekte beim Erhellen des Außenraums erreicht werden. Dies geschieht insbesondere dadurch, dass die reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte im Wechsel bzw. abwechselnd mit nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten angeordnet werden.
  • Ferner ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche als ebene Fläche gestaltet, die damit besonders einfach zu fertigen ist. Die ebene Fläche ermöglicht zudem ein besonders einfaches Ausschneiden, wie zum Beispiel ein Stanzen und/oder Laserschneiden von Durchgangsöffnungen als nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitte.
  • Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich zudem die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche parallel zur Scheibe. Derart angeordnet kann die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche die Strahlung gleichmäßig zur Scheibe zurückwerfen, was insbesondere Spannungen aufgrund von unterschiedlicher Wärmedehnung in der Scheibe vermeidet. Dabei ist die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche bevorzugt beabstandet von der Scheibe angeordnet, womit eine Luftzirkulation zwischen der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche und der Scheibe ermöglicht ist. Eine solche Luftzirkulation verringert zusätzlich Spannungen in der Scheibe, die andernfalls aufgrund von direkter Wärmeübertragung zwischen der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche und der Scheibe auftreten würden.
  • Weiterhin ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft ein Mechanismus zum wahlweisen Entfernen oder Anordnen der gesamten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche oder von Teilen der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche vor der Scheibe vorgesehen. Mit einem solchen Mechanismus kann der Außenraum je nach individuellem Wärmebedarf beheizt werden. Der Mechanismus ist bevorzugt ein Hebe-, Schiebe-, Klapp- und/oder Rollmechanismus.
  • Darüber hinaus ist die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche erfindungsgemäß vorzugsweise mit mindestens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Teilflächen gebildet. Mittels solcher Teilflächen kann die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche in ihrer Größe je nach Wärmebedarf angepasst werden, je nachdem, wie die Teilflächen relativ zueinander angeordnet werden. Die Teilflächen sind dabei bevorzugt mittels des bereits beschriebenen Mechanismus relativ zueinander bewegbar.
  • Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen relativ zueinander verschiebbar angeordnet, was eine besonders platzsparende und kompakte Strahlungsreflexionsfläche schafft. Dabei sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen bevorzugt relativ zueinander vertikal verschiebbar. Besonders bevorzugt können dabei die mindestens zwei Teilflächen von unten nach oben verschoben werden, um die durchsichtige Scheibe abzudecken. Damit kann beim Entfernen der mindestens zwei Teilflächen kraftsparend das Eigengewicht eines Flächenträgerelements ausgenutzt werden, auf dem sich die einzelne Teilfläche befindet.
  • Bevorzugt sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen dabei in einer Ebene angeordnet und stoßen in geschlossenem Zustand aneinander an, womit besonders wenig Platz in Richtung zur Scheibe benötigt wird. Besonders bevorzugt sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen in zueinander beabstandeten Ebenen angeordnet und aneinander verschiebbar gestaltet. Damit ist es möglich, die mindestens zwei Teilflächen so zu verschieben, dass besonders wenig Platz in der Ebene vor der Scheibe von der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche abgedeckt ist, für den Fall, dass die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche gerade nicht gebraucht wird. Zudem können die derart zusammen geschobenen mindestens zwei Teilflächen besonders platzsparend auch komplett vor der Scheibe entfernt werden.
  • Alternativ sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft relativ zueinander schwenkbar angeordnet. Eine solche Anordnung ermöglicht es, die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche in ihrer Ausdehnung technisch besonders einfach anzupassen. So können die mindestens zwei Teilflächen einfach mit einem bedarfsgerechten Öffnungswinkel vor der Scheibe aufgeklappt oder zugeklappt werden. Bevorzugt sind dazu die mindestens zwei Teilflächen horizontal schwenkbar angeordnet, sodass der gewünschte Öffnungswinkel ohne zusätzliche Abstützungselemente erhalten bleibt. Besonders bevorzugt sind die mindestens zwei Teilflächen mit einem Faltmechanismus zickzackförmig bzw. im Querschnitt z-förmig angeordnet und können so kompakt gefaltet beziehungsweise eingeklappt werden, wenn die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche nur zum Teil oder gar nicht benötigt wird.

    Detaillierte Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeispiele
  • In den Fig. ist ein Ofen 10 in Form eines Brennkamins für Scheitholz als Brennmaterial dargestellt, der ein im Wesentlichen kubisches Gehäuse 12 aufweist und innenliegend im Gehäuse 12 einen ebenfalls im Wesentlichen kubischen Brennraum 14. Der Brennraum 14 ist an seiner Unterseite mit einem nur teilweise abgebildeten Brennrost 16 begrenzt, auf dem das zu verbrennende Scheitholz aufgeschlichtet wird. Dem Brennrost 16 ist eine weiter nicht detaillierte Luftzuführung zugeordnet, durch die eine zum Verbrennen des Brennmaterials erforderliche Brennluft in den Brennraum 14 eingeführt werden kann. Eine beim Verbrennen entstehende Abluft kann durch ein oben am Brennraum 14 angeordnetes Abluftrohr 18, das einem Kamin zugeordnet ist, aus dem Brennraum 14 beziehungsweise Feuerraum abströmen.
  • Der Brennraum 14 ist an drei vertikalen Seiten 19 von einer Brennkammerwandung 20 begrenzt, die aus einem hochtemperaturfesten Material, vorliegend Silizium-Keramik, gebildet ist. An einer vierten vertikalen Seite, die die Frontalseite 22 des Ofens 10 ist, ist der Brennraum mit einer hochtemperaturfesten, durchsichtigen Schreibe 24 begrenzt, die vorliegend aus Glaskeramik gestaltet ist.
  • In weiteren alternativen, nicht dargestellten Ausführungsformen ist der Brennraum 14 an zwei seiner Seiten, an drei seiner Seiten oder auch an allen vier seiner Seiten mit der durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 begrenzt beziehungsweise verschlossen.
  • Die durchsichtige Scheibe 24 verhindert während des Brennbetriebs einen Funkenflug sowie einen Abzug von bereits erwärmter Luft aus einem den Ofen 10 umgebenden Außenraum 26 in den Brennraum 14 und von dort in das Abluftrohr 18. Zudem ist die durchsichtige Scheibe 24 insbesondere für Reinigungszwecke in bekannter Weise entfernbar und dazu vorliegend von oben nach unten verschiebbar angeordnet.
  • Außen vor der Scheibe 24 ist in einem Abstand 28 eine Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 angeordnet, die die beim Verbrennen des Brennmaterials entstehende Strahlung 31 in Richtung der Scheibe 24 und in Richtung des Brennraums 14 reflektiert.
  • Die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 weist im Detail mindestens einen reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt 32 und mindestens einen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt 34 auf. Dabei ist der einzelne nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt 34 als Durchgangsöffnung in der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 gestaltet, ist somit sowohl durchsichtig als auch wärmedurchlässig. Derart gestaltet, kann die während des Brennbetriebs entstehende Strahlung in Form von Wärmestrahlung beziehungsweise Wärme und Lichtstrahlung beziehungsweise Licht mittels Reflexion in Richtung des Brennraums 14 teilweise vom Außenraum 26 abgeschirmt werden. Zugleich kann der andere Teil der entstehenden Strahlung den Außenraum 26 durch den mindestens einen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt 34 erwärmen und erhellen.
  • Je nach Gestaltung und Verhältnis der einzelnen reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte 32 zu den einzelnen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten 34 ist die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 ein bedarfsgerechtes Wärmeschutzschild, mit dem zusätzlich interessante und je nach Wunsch unterschiedliche Lichteffekte den Außenraum 26 erhellen können. Vorliegend liegt der gesamte Anteil des mindestens einen reflektierenden Flächenabschnitts 32 bei etwa 60 bis 80 Prozent an der gesamten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30.
  • Zudem ist ein Mechanismus 36 vorgesehen, mit dem die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 vor der Scheibe 24 je nach Wunsch oder Bedarf wahlweise entfernt oder angeordnet werden kann.
  • Fig. 1 bis 4 zeigen eine parallel zur durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 angeordnete, ebene Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30, die mit drei Teilflächen 38, 40 und 42 gestaltet ist. Dabei befindet sich je eine der Teilflächen 38, 40 und 42 auf einer zur Scheibe 24 gerichteten Seite einer rechteckigen, ebenen und gleich großen Metallplatte, die als Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 dienen.
  • Die Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 sind in Richtung zur durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 hin mit geringfügig zunehmendem Abstand 28, 50 und 52 derart angeordnet, dass sie vertikal aneinander vorbei zu verschieben sind. Dazu ist jedes der Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 vertikal mittels zweier gestufter vertikaler Rahmenelemente 54 eines Rahmens 56 geführt. Der Rahmen 56 umrahmt die Scheibe 24 in Richtung des Außenraums 26 und ist Teil des Mechanismus 36, der hier ein Hebemechanismus ist. Dazu sind ferner zwei Seile 58 vorgesehen, von denen jeweils ein Seil 58 die Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 entlang des einzelnen vertikalen Rahmenelements 54 verbindet. Zusätzlich ist jedes Seil 58 über je eine Rolle 60 mit einer unten am Rahmen 56 angeordneten Welle 62 verbunden. Beim Drehen der Welle 62 in eine Richtung können die Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 aneinander vorbei auseinander geschoben beziehungsweise gehoben werden, bis eine am (bezogen auf die Fig.) oberen Flächenträger 44 angeordnete Begrenzungsleiste 64 am Rahmen 56 anstößt. Die Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 sind dann vollkommen ausgefahren. Beim Drehen der Welle 62 in die andere Richtung können die Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 nahezu deckungsgleich ineinander geschoben werden, bis sie jeweils an einer Versteifungsleiste 66, 68 und 70 anschlagen. Jede Versteifungsleiste 66, 68 und 70 ist dabei (bezogen auf die Fig.) unten an dem zugehörigen Flächenträgerelement 44, 46 und 48 angeordnet und ist im rechten Winkel zum Flächenträgerelement 44, 46 und 48 zur Scheibe 24 hin gerichtet. Zusätzlich zu der beschriebenen Anschlagfunktion beim Ineinanderschieben der Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 stabilisiert die einzelne Versteifungsleiste 66, 68 und 70 das zugehörige Flächenträgerelement 44, 46 und 48 gegenüber einem horizontalen Verbiegen beziehungsweise Verformen.
  • Zum Abdecken der Welle 62 ist oberhalb der Welle 62 eine Abdeckplatte 71 vorgesehen, die im rechten Winkel zwischen der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 und der durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 unten nah am Rahmen 56 angeordnet ist.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt einen vollkommen ausgefahrenen Zustand der Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48 und damit eine komplett vor der Scheibe 24 angeordnete Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30. Dabei sind die als Durchgangsöffnung gestalteten nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte 34 so geformt und angeordnet, dass als Gesamtbild der Durchgangsöffnungen ein weitgehend durchgehendes Tierfell-Muster, vorliegend das Tierfell eines Zebras, geschaffen ist. Durch das derartige Tierfell-Muster erhellt das Feuer beim Brennbetrieb den Außenraum 26, was sehr interessante Lichteffekte schafft.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt einen vollkommen eingefahrenen Zustand der Flächenträgerelemente 44, 46 und 48, die platzsparend aneinander verschoben, mit deren äußeren Erstreckung deckungsgleich hinter einer Blende 72 unterhalb des Brennraums 14 zu verwahren sind, wenn die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30 nicht benötigt wird. Zur besseren Übersicht ist in Fig. 4 die Blende 72 durchsichtig dargestellt.
  • Fig. 5 verdeutlicht eine Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30, die auf einem einzigen Flächenelement 74 in Richtung zur durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 angeordnet ist. In dem aus Metall gebildeten Flächenelement 74 sind acht horizontale, zueinander parallele Durchgangsschlitze als nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitte 34 vorgesehen, entlang deren Längserstreckung (bezogen auf Fig. 5) oben jeweils eine nach außen schräg abstehende Reflexionsleiste 76 angeordnet ist. Die einzelne Reflexionsleiste 76 ist dabei fertigungstechnisch besonders einfach aus dem Flächenelement 74 mittels Schneiden und Biegen herstellbar. Zudem reflektiert jede Reflexionsleiste 76 während des Brennbetriebs zusätzlich zu den reflektierenden Flächenabschnitten 32 Wärme und Licht. Die reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte 32 sind dabei mittels der zur durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 gewandten Seite des Materials des Flächenelements 74 gebildet.
  • Als Mechanismus 36 dient ein Hebemechanismus, bei dem das Flächenelement 74 entlang zweier gegenüberliegenden, zueinander parallelen, vertikalen Rahmenelementen 78 mittels zweier Seile 80, jeweils einer zugehörigen Rolle 82 und einem zugehörigen Gegengewicht 84 nach oben und unten gehoben werden kann. Dabei sind die beiden vertikalen Rahmenelemente 78 an ihrem oberen Ende mit einem horizontalen Rahmenelement 86 im rechten Winkel verbunden, an dessen gegenüberliegenden Enden jeweils die Rolle 82 angebracht ist. Ferner ist das einzelne vertikale Rahmenelement 78 doppelt so hoch wie ein einzelnes vertikales Rahmenelement 88 eines die durchsichtige Scheibe 24 umrahmenden Rahmens 90. Derart gestaltet, kann das Flächenelement 74 bei Bedarf so weit hochgehoben werden, dass das Flächenelement 74 vollkommen vor der durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 entfernt ist. Wenn das Flächenelement 74 vor der durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 wieder angeordnet werden soll, kann es einfach herabgelassen werden und stößt dabei an einer den Rahmen 90 unten abschließenden horizontalen Rahmenplatte 92 an. Die Rahmenplatte 92 dient dabei zum Auflegen des Flächeelements 74 und als Abstandshalter zur in Fig. 5 nicht dargestellten durchsichtigen Scheibe 24.
  • Fig. 6 bis 9 veranschaulichen eine Strahlungsreflexionsfläche 30, die mit mehreren relativ zueinander schwenkbar angeordneten Teilflächen 94 gestaltet ist. Die einzelne Teilfläche 94 liegt dabei zur durchsichtigen Scheibe 24 gewandt auf jeweils einem Flächensegment 96. Alle Flächensegmente 96 sind vertikal jeweils mittels eines Scharniers 98 verbunden und können mittels eines Falt- und RollMechanismus 36 je nach Bedarf in horizontaler Richtung vor die Scheibe 24 geschoben oder auch wieder entfernt werden. Dazu ist ferner ein Rahmen 100 mit zwei parallel gegenüberliegenden, vertikalen Rahmenkästen 102 vorgesehen, die in Richtung Rahmeninnenraum geöffnet sind. Die beiden Rahmenkästen 102 sind horizontal unten mit einer Rahmenplatte 104 verbunden, an der die Flächensegmente 96 beim Verschieben entlang gleiten können und die mit ihrer flächigen Ausdehnung in Richtung zur Scheibe 24 zusätzlich als Abstandshalter zur Scheibe 24 dient. Horizontal oben sind die beiden Rahmenkästen 102 mittels einer Führungsplatte 106 verbunden und abgedeckt. In der Führungsplatte 106 ist ein Führungsschlitz 108 vorgesehen, der entlang der gesamten horizontalen Erstreckung des Rahmens 100 bis in die beiden Rahmenkästen 102 hineinragt. Ferner sind auf der Führungsplatte 106 mehrere Führungsrollen 110 gelagert, die kraftübertragend durch den Führungsschlitz 108 hindurch mit den Flächensegmenten 96 verbunden sind und für die in der Mitte des Führungsschlitzes 108 ein Anschlag 112 vorgesehen ist.
  • Auf beiden Seiten des Anschlags 112 sind je fünf Führungsrollen 110 mit jeweils zehn Flächensegmenten 96 verbunden, die insgesamt sozusagen eine Falttür 114 bilden. Jede Falttür 114 kann vom Benutzer mittels eines Griffes 116 horizontal soweit aus der Mitte heraus geschoben werden, dass die jeweils zehn Flächensegmente 96 nahezu parallel vertikal aneinander stehen und damit komplett im Rahmenkasten 102 aufgenommen sind (Fig. 7 und 8).
  • Mittels des Griffes 116 kann jede Falttür 114 vom Benutzer von beiden Seiten auch wieder horizontal in die Mitte bis zum Anschlag 112 geschoben werden. In komplett herausgeschobenem Zustand der Falttür 114 stehen die einzelnen Flächensegmente 96 mittels des Scharniers 98 horizontal in Zickzackform in stumpfem Winkel zueinander. Eine solche Zickzackform erleichtert das Aufschieben beziehungsweise Zurückschieben der einzelnen Flächensegmente 96 enorm, sodass die Falttür mittels des einen Griffes 116 ohne Verhaken sicher auch wieder geöffnet werden kann.
  • Fig. 9 zeigt detailliert einen Ausschnitt des dazu speziell ausgebildeten Scharniers 98, das eine vertikale Faltachse 118 aufweist. Bei Betrachtung der Faltachse 118 in deren Querschnitt, so wie es auch in Fig. 8 ersichtlich ist, sind die von zwei Flächensegmenten 96 eingeschlossenen Winkel 120 und 122 zu erkennen. Der Winkel 120 ändert sich beim Bewegen der Flächensegmente 96 von annähernd 360° bei eingefahrenem Zustand der Falttür 114 bis zu einem Winkel von knapp über 180° in ausgefahrenem Zustand der Falttür 114. Der dem Winkel 120 gegenüberliegende Winkel 122 kann dementsprechend Werte von annähernd 0° in eingefahrenem Zustand bis knapp unter 180° in ausgefahrenem Zustand der Falttür 114 annehmen.
  • In Längsrichtung der Faltachse 118 betrachtet (siehe Fig. 6 und 7) sind dafür an einem der benachbarten Flächensegmente 96 oben und unten zwei Überstände 124 ausgebildet. Dazwischen ist an dem gegenüberliegenden Flächensegment 96 ein weiterer Überstand 126 vorgesehen. Die Überstände 124 und 126 ragen vom jeweiligen Flächensegment 96 über die Faltachse 118 hinaus. Die beiden Überstände 124 ragen also in die eine Richtung und der Überstand 126 ragt in die entgegensetzte Richtung. Derart angeordnet dienen die Überstände 124 und 126 als Anschlag für die jeweils gegenüberliegenden bzw. benachbarten Flächensegmente 96, wenn die Falttüre 114 ganz ausgefahren ist. Diese Anschläge verhindern also, dass benachbarte Flächensegmente 96 einen gestreckten Winkel von 180° einnehmen könnten, wenn die Falttür 114 ganz ausgefahren ist. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass die Falttür 114 auch in komplett ausgefahrenem Zustand im Querschnitt eine Zickzackform aufweist und so auch wieder mittels Angreifen und Schieben am Griff 116 eingeschoben bzw. eingefahren werden kann.
  • Nur zur besseren Übersicht sind die einzelnen Flächensegmente 96 in Fig. 6 bis 9 ohne nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitte 34 wie Durchgangsöffnungen beziehungsweise Perforationen dargestellt, die in Realität vorgesehen sind.
  • Zudem sind auch andere Muster der nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitte 34 als die dargestellten Muster möglich, wie andere Tierfell-Muster, geometrische Muster und/oder figürliche Muster.
  • Abschließend sei angemerkt, dass sämtlichen Merkmalen, die in den Anmeldungsunterlagen und insbesondere in den abhängigen Ansprüchen genannt sind, trotz dem vorgenommenen formalen Rückbezug auf einen oder mehrere bestimmte Ansprüche, auch einzeln oder in beliebiger Kombination eigenständiger Schutz zukommen soll.

Claims (9)

  1. Ofen (10) mit einem innenliegenden Brennraum (14) zum Verbrennen von Brennmaterial, einer den Brennraum (14) nach außen hin verschließenden, durchsichtigen Scheibe (24) und einer außenseitig vor der Scheibe (24) positionierten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) zum Reflektieren von beim Verbrennen des Brennmaterials entstehender Strahlung (31), wobei die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) in Richtung des Brennraums (14) reflektierend angeordnet ist,
    wobei die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) neben mindestens einem reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt (32) auch mindestens einen nicht-reflektierenden Flächenabschnitt (34) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einzelne nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt (34) als Durchgangsöffnung in der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) gestaltet ist.
  2. Ofen nach Anspruch 1,
    bei dem der mindestens eine nicht-reflektierende Flächenabschnitt (34) durchsichtig gestaltet ist.
  3. Ofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    bei dem der mindestens eine reflektierende Flächenabschnitt (32) einen Anteil von 20 bis 80 Prozent, bevorzugt einen Anteil von 35 bis 65 Prozent und besonders bevorzugt einen Anteil von 50 bis 60 Prozent der gesamten Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) einnimmt.
  4. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    bei dem die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) als ebene Fläche gestaltet ist.
  5. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    bei dem die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) sich parallel zur Scheibe (24) erstreckend angeordnet ist.
  6. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    bei dem ein Mechanismus (36) zum wahlweisen Entfernen oder Anordnen der Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) vor der Scheibe (24) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    bei dem die Strahlungsreflexionsfläche (30) mit mindestens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Teilflächen (38, 40, 42, 94) gebildet ist.
  8. Ofen nach Anspruch 7,
    bei dem die mindestens zwei Teilflächen (38, 40, 42) relativ zueinander verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
  9. Ofen nach Anspruch 7,
    bei dem die mindestens zwei Teilflächen (94) relativ zueinander schwenkbar angeordnet sind.
