Claims (15)

  1. Apparatur (1) zum Auftragen von Farbe auf Produkte, die Folgendes aufweist: ein Beförderungssystem (2); zumindest eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Farbe (4), die an einem hin und her bewegbaren Arm (5) befestigt ist, zumindest ein Saugsystem, ein Plenum (3), das mit einer Längsachse (A) versehen ist, die rechtwinklig zu einer Förderrichtung (D) für die Produkte verläuft, wobei das Plenum (3) von halbzylindrischer Form ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) eine Form aufweist, die zumindest teilweise komplementär zu jener des Plenums (3) ist.
  2. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) hohl ist und in dessen Inneren Röhren verlaufen, die die Farbe (8) und die Druckluft (9) zu der Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Farbe (4) befördern.
  3. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) mit einem Oberflächenabschluss beschichtet ist, z.B. TEFLON®, der dessen einfache Reinigung ermöglicht.
  4. Apparatur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die ferner ein Band (6) aufweist, das den hin und her bewegbaren Arm (5) in Bewegung versetzt, wobei die Weite und die Position des Bands (6) dergestalt ist, dass ein Spalt (21) geschlossen werden kann, wo Tragelemente (22, 23) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) gleiten, um zu verhindern, dass Farbpartikel in die Transmissionsorgane des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) eindringen.
  5. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die Tragelemente (22, 23) einen zentralen Teil (5a) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5a, 5b) tragen.
  6. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei das Band (6) an einer Längssymmetrieachse (A) des Plenums (3) angeordnet ist.
  7. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die Tragelemente (22, 23) ein Röhrenelement (22) und einen Schlitten (23) aufweisen, wobei der zentrale Teil (5a) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) an dem Schlitten (23) befestigt ist und der Letztere gleitend von dem Röhrenelement (22) getragen und an das Band (6) befestigt ist, das den hin und her bewegbaren Arm in Bewegung versetzt, wobei sich das Röhrenelement (22) über die gesamte Längserstreckung des Plenums (3) erstreckt, um es dem hin und her bewegbaren Arm (5) zu ermöglichen, sich von einem Längsende des Plenums (3) zu dem gegenüberliegenden Längsende zu bewegen.
  8. Apparatur gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, die ferner einen Sitz (25) aufweist, der in dem Plenum (3) vorgesehen ist, um die Tragelemente (22, 23) und die Transmissionselemente des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) aufzunehmen, und wobei ein Paar von länglichen Elementen (26) an den Seiten des zentralen Teils (5a) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) angeordnet ist, zwischen denen der Spalt (21) definiert ist, der von dem Band (6) verschlossen wird.
  9. Apparatur gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, die ferner zwei Vorrichtungen zum Auftragen der Farbe (4) aufweist, wobei der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) ferner seitliche Teile (5b) aufweist, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten in Bezug auf den zentralen Teil (5a) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder seitliche Teil (5a) eine Form aufweist, die zumindest teilweise komplementär zu der Form des Plenums (3) ist und eine jeweilige Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Farbe (4) trägt.
  10. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei jeder seitliche Teil (5b) ferner ein Ende aufweist, das mit Einstellungsführungen (10, 11) zum Einstellen einer Position der jeweiligen Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Farbe (4) versehen ist, wobei die Position der Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Farbe (4) in den Einstellungsführungen (10, 11) sowohl vertikal (durch Bewegung der Auftragvorrichtung in Richtung hinzu oder weg von den Produkten, auf die Farbe aufgetragen wird) als auch horizontal (d.h. durch Bewegen der Vorrichtungen hin zueinander oder weg voneinander) einstellbar ist.
  11. Apparatur gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei jeder seitliche Teil einen jeweiligen Filter für die Farbe (27) aufweist, der im Inneren der vertikalen Führungen (11) der Einstellungsführungen (10, 11) angeordnet ist, um die aufzutragende Farbe zu filtern, wobei der Filter (27) insbesondere an dem unteren Ende der vertikalen Führungen (11) demontierbar angeordnet ist.
  12. Apparatur gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) eine Symmetrieachse aufweist, die parallel zu einer Längssymmetrieachse (A) des Plenums (3) verläuft, wobei die seitlichen Teile (5b) des Arms (5) symmetrisch in Bezug auf den zentralen Teil (5a) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) sind.
  13. Apparatur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) eine Position hat, die so eng wie möglich an dem Plenum (3) haftet, ohne dessen Beweglichkeit zu beeinträchtigen, insbesondere weist er einen Abstand von dem Plenum (3) auf, der im Bereich von 5 mm bis 150 mm liegt.
  14. Apparatur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die Detektionsmittel (29) für die Dimensionen des Produktes, auf das die Farbe aufzutragen ist, und eine solche Steuervorrichtung für die Farbe (30) aufweist, die geeignet ist, den Hub (31) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) auf der Basis der Dimension einzustellen, die von den Detektionsmitteln (29) detektiert wird, wobei optional die Steuervorrichtung (30) geeignet ist, um eine Geschwindigkeit (32) des hin und her bewegbaren Arms (5) einzustellen.
  15. Apparatur (1), insbesondere gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, um auf Produkte, mit im Wesentlichen flacher Erstreckung Farbe aufzutragen, die Folgendes aufweist, nämlich ein Beförderungssystem (2), zumindest eine Vorrichtung (4) zum Auftragen der Farbe, die an einem hin und her bewegbaren Arm (5) befestigt ist, zumindest ein Saugsystem, ein Plenum (3) der Sprühkabine, das eine halbzylindrische Form mit einer Achse aufweist, die rechtwinklig zu der Bewegungsrichtung des Produkts verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hin und her bewegbare Arm (5) eine geschwungene Form aufweist, die komplementär zu jener des Plenums (3) ist, und die Position des Arms (5) so eng wie möglich an dem Plenum (3) ist, ohne dessen Beweglichkeit zu beeinträchtigen.
