The invention is based on the recognition that a separation of the component intended for receiving the domestic appliance, namely the support frame, from the component which forms the external appearance, namely the at least one cladding element, creates an extremely flexible cladding which is improved in terms of material use, which is also easy and inexpensive to produce.

Thus, the support frame can be optimized to the requirement of receiving the household appliance without having to take into account the external appearance of the support frame. Since in particular the structural design, the materiality and the surface condition of the support frame is substantially hidden by the at least one cladding element, these properties of the support frame from a purely constructive point of view, ie maximum mechanical strength, and from the point of view of Cost reduction can be selected.
