Description

The invention relates to a device arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a method for assembling a device arrangement.

The disadvantage is that even when open, the doors protrude into the room or, in the case of sliding doors, do not allow full opening. To counteract this, there is already a suggestion of first moving the doors to the side and then pushing them into a side slot that is perpendicular to the front of the furniture body (e.g CH693070A5 ).

In the known solution, the receiving shaft is integrated in the furniture body. It is therefore a special furniture body. There are two variants: the first variant involves a pivoting door which, after being pulled out of the shaft, can simply be pivoted about a vertical pivot axis in order to close the furniture body. A second variant is a folding door that can be folded out after being pulled out of the shaft, the two door leaves of the folding door being pivotably connected to one another via folding door hinges. This allows you to cover a larger front surface of a furniture body. Nevertheless, the door can be parked in the receiving shaft to save space (parking position).

A guide system for a door assembly is from WO 03/073003 A1 out, wherein a management system in an assembly step with a storage space module forms a household appliance.

A guide system for a door assembly is from EP 2 345 347 A1 out, wherein a door device is arranged on a shelf rear wall or on a side wall of a refrigerated shelf.

A guide system for a door assembly is from U.S. 2,807,835A wherein a cassette is part of a cabinet assembly, is inserted into a cabinet, or is bolted to a bottom or back of a cabinet.

Weitere Führungssysteme für Türanordnungen gehen aus der WO 03/073003 A1 , der EP 2 345 347 A1 , der US 2,807,835 A , der DE 199 02 918 A1 , der DE 689 03 285 T2 sowie der DE 28 17 161 A1 hervor.More management systems for door assemblies go from the WO 03/073003 A1 , the EP 2 345 347 A1 , the U.S. 2,807,835A , the DE 199 02 918 A1 , the DE 689 03 285 T2 as well as the DE 28 17 161 A1 out.

The object of the invention is to specify a furnishing arrangement with which the possibilities of closing and opening a front of one or more pieces of furniture are expanded compared to the previously known solutions. An assembly method for a device arrangement that can be carried out quickly and efficiently is also to be specified.

This is achieved by a device arrangement according to claim 1 and a method for assembling a device arrangement according to claim 12 or 14.

With the furnishing arrangement according to the invention, it is possible to cover standardized furniture bodies, for example those with a predetermined width grid, but also other furnishings, such as electrical devices (white goods) in the closed position at the front and then to accommodate at least one door in a lateral parking position, in particular in a receiving shaft . The guide system or the door arrangement has an autonomous, self-supporting structure, which therefore does not require any special training of the furniture body itself. This is particularly important when using electrical devices as a piece of furniture, which often do not have a closed surface on the side for connecting a supporting structure with a lateral receiving shaft for the doors. The furniture bodies also do not have to extend over the entire height of the door. It is also possible, for example, to only cover base units at the front or—as is usual in kitchens—base units and wall units that have a reduced depth compared to the base units.

Overall, according to the basic idea of the invention, the furnishings to be covered on the one hand and the guide systems or door arrangements on the other hand for covering them are essentially independent of one another, which does not rule out the possibility of them being connected to one another in a final assembly process for safety purposes. In contrast to the prior art, however, this invention is not necessary in principle.

The furnishing arrangement according to the invention also allows two different assembly methods: Firstly, it is possible to set up the door arrangement or the guide system on the floor of a room and/or on the wall of a room to be assembled and then the furnishings (furniture bodies and/or electrical devices) to the side. However, the reverse assembly process is also possible, in which first the furnishings are set up in the room, in particular to form a row of furniture, and then a guide system or a door arrangement is assembled.

In both assembly methods, the installation of the furnishings on the one hand and the door arrangement or the guide system on the other hand is essentially independent. This can therefore also happen at different points in time. Different suppliers can also be provided for the furnishings on the one hand and for the guide systems or door arrangements on the other hand. For example, it is possible for a furniture store or a kitchen manufacturer to supply the furnishings, while the door arrangements or at least the guide system for such door arrangements are supplied by the fittings manufacturer.

Incidentally, the doors themselves can also be supplied by the furniture store or kitchen manufacturer if the guide system is supplied by the fittings manufacturer, so that the design can be adapted to the furnishings. However, the fittings manufacturer can supply the technology of the guide system independently. Of course, there is also the possibility that the fittings manufacturer delivers its technology to the furniture store and that the furniture store then sets up the entire arrangement on site using one of the two assembly processes described above.

Further advantages and details of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the following description of the figures.

Die Figuren 1 bis 8 zeigen in einem schematisch angedeuteten Raum ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Führungssystems einer Türanordnung bzw. einer erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtungsanordnung in einer ersten Variante des Verfahrens zum Montieren der Einrichtungsanordnung.the Figures 1 to 8 show in a schematically indicated space a first exemplary embodiment of a guide system of a door arrangement or a device arrangement according to the invention in a first variant of the method for installing the device arrangement.

Die Figuren 9 bis 11 zeigen, ausgehend von der in Fig. 8 gezeigten Offenstellung (Parkstellung) in Schritten das Schließen der Türen bis in die vollständige Schließstellung gemäß Fig. 11.the Figures 9 to 11 show, starting from the in 8 shown open position (park position) in steps according to the closing of the doors to the fully closed position 11 .

Die Fig. 12 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel mit einem zusätzlichen seitlichen Möbelkorpus (Wandschrank).the 12 shows another embodiment with an additional side furniture body (closet).

Die Figuren 13 bis 16 zeigen in ähnlichen Darstellungen wie die Figuren 1 bis 8 eine zweite Variante des Montageablaufes, bei der zunächst die Einrichtungsgegenstände und anschließend das Führungssystem bzw. die Türanordnungen aufgestellt bzw. montiert werden.the Figures 13 to 16 show in representations similar to that Figures 1 to 8 a second variant of the assembly process, in which first the furnishings and then the guide system or the door arrangements are set up or assembled.

Die Figuren 17 bis 19 zeigen, ausgehend von der in Fig. 16 gezeigten Offenstellung (Parkstellung), in Schritten das Schließen der Einrichtungsanordnung bis zur vollständigen Schließstellung in Fig. 19.the Figures 17 to 19 show, starting from the in 16 shown open position (parking position), in steps the closing of the device arrangement until the fully closed position in 19 .

In figure 1 is generally indicated by 1 a room, for example a kitchen of a building. This room has a floor 1a and a wall 1b.

The illustrated embodiment of a door system for a door arrangement has a, subsequently in the Figures 8 to 10 shown furnishings 15, 15a, 15b, 18, separate support structure, which is generally designated by the reference numeral 2 and in figure 1 is already standing up on the floor 1a and installed or mounted against the wall 1b. For this purpose, the support structure 2 has a contact surface 5 on the underside of a vertically standing, essentially rectangular plate 3 or on mounting brackets 4 mounted thereon, for standing on the floor 1a of the room 1 .

As an alternative to this contact area below, a mounting device 6 in the form of mounting brackets can also be provided on the side for mounting on the wall, which can be fastened in the wall using suitable fastening means, for example screws and dowels.

In the illustrated embodiment, there is both a footprint 5 on the floor 1a and a mounting device 6 for mounting on the wall 1b. In principle, however, it is sufficient if one of these two (contact area, mounting device on the wall) is provided.

In any case, the contact area or the mounting device for mounting on the wall 1b allow the essential technical parts of the guidance system, which are described in more detail below, to be mounted in a secure position in the room 1, independently of at least one item of furniture to be covered, as the figure 1 indicates.

From a technical point of view, the management system according to figure 1 in this embodiment, a column 7 in a vertical orientation, on which, as later figure 3 shows a door (specifically a folding door) can be detachably fastened via hinges 8 .

Der in Figur 1 mit einem Kreis gekennzeichnete Bereich A ist links in Figur 1 im vergrößerten Maßstab dargestellt.the inside figure 1 Area A circled is on the left in figure 1 shown on an enlarged scale.

The vertical column 7, which carries the hinges 8, can be moved horizontally parallel to itself on horizontal rails 9 by means of rollers 10.

In figure 1 the rear position of the column 7 is shown, which corresponds to the later parking position of the door arrangement.

In figure 2 the column 7 is displaced to the forward position from which the door assembly can be moved to the closed position via the hinges 8 as will be shown later.

Diese Verbindung ist auch lösbar, dabei ist es möglich am Türblatt 11a vormontierte Beschlagteile vorzusehen, die mit Scharnierarmen der Scharniere 8 in an sich bekannter Weise kuppelbar sind.the figure 3 12 now shows a folding door 11 with two door leaves 11a and 11b, which are pivotally connected to one another via folding door hinges 12. From this folding door 11, the door leaf 11a is pivotally connected to the hinges 8 of the column 7. This connection can also be released, it being possible to provide fittings preassembled on the door leaf 11a, which can be coupled to the hinge arms of the hinges 8 in a manner known per se.

Die Figur 4 zeigt dann ausgehend von der Figur 3 die in die Parkposition eingeschobene Falttüre 11.the figure 4 then shows starting from the figure 3 the folding door 11 pushed into the parking position.

As the figure 5 1, the door arrangement advantageously has a lateral cover plate 13, aligned parallel to the plate 3, which can be connected to the plate 3 via the brackets 5 on the floor, the brackets 5a on the ceiling and the mounting device 6 on the wall. Of course, other connection options are also conceivable and possible, in particular those in which the connection does not take place via the floor brackets forming the contact area or the mounting brackets of the wall forming the mounting device for the wall. It is important that between the two plates 3 and 13 a preferably relatively narrow receiving shaft 14 is created for the door 11 located in the parking position, as is the case figure 5 indicates.

During the assembly process in the Figures 1 to 5 It should also be mentioned that this was mainly chosen so that the internal structure of the guide system can be seen well for technical reasons. It is quite possible and preferably provided that the side cover plate 13 is mounted beforehand, for example in the furniture store or even at the fittings manufacturer, in order to have a complete receiving shaft 14 with two side plates 3 and 13 . The door 11 can also be pre-assembled, it However, there is also the option of assembling them on site, which is usually preferable for transport reasons due to the weight of the doors. In short, the doors can be seen contrary to what is shown in the Figures 1 to 7 also only hang in at the end, that is even possible after how it is in figure 8 it is shown that the furnishings have been installed.

Die Bezugszeichen dieser zweiten Türanordnung bzw. des zweiten Führungssystems sind mit einem "' " versehen, ansonsten werden hier die gleichen Bezugszeichen verwendet wie für das erste Führungssystem bzw. für die erste Türanordnung.the figure 6 shows a second guidance system or a second door arrangement, which corresponds to the first door arrangement according to FIG figure 5 is essentially mirror-symmetrical and is set up in room 1 at a distance from it. The reference numbers of this second door arrangement or the second guide system are provided with a "'", otherwise the same reference numbers are used here as for the first guide system or for the first door arrangement.

In Figur 6 werden also zunächst zwei Führungssysteme bzw. In figure 6 First, two guide systems or door arrangements are set up in the correct position in room 1 with a predetermined distance from one another and then connected to one another with a horizontal rail 14', on which a carriage 16 arranged at the top of the door leaf 11b of the folding door 11 or the folding door 11' can be moved .

Furnishings can now be arranged laterally next to the guidance system or the door arrangement or in the space between the two door arrangements, completely independently of the autonomous guidance system or the autonomous door arrangement, in order to form a furnishing arrangement according to the invention. The furnishings can be standard furnishings that do not require any special training for storing the rather complicated folding doors with the receiving shaft. In particular, the furnishings can have a furniture body 15 with two parallel vertical side walls, between which, for example, drawers 16' or shelves 17 can be arranged. It's also possible like it's the figure 8 shows that base cabinets are provided which have a large depth, while wall-mounted upper cabinets have a smaller depth.

In addition to actual furniture bodies, it is also possible for the furnishings to include electrical devices. In the present case, the electrical device 18 is a stove with an oven. Such electrical devices usually do not have a closed wall on the side, which is also not necessary due to the independent design of the door arrangement according to the invention, because the door arrangement “stands” autonomously, as is the case 7 indicates.

the Figures 9 to 11 now show the closing of the device arrangement starting from the parking position 8 in individual steps:
First, the folding doors 11 and 11' are pulled out of the respective receiving shaft between the plates 3, 13 on the one hand and 3', 13' on the other hand, with the column 7 moving forward on the guide rails 9. The carriage 16 on the inner door leaf of the folding door is in 9 not shown, but in 10 clearly visible. He can move in the horizontal rail 14, whereby the folding door 11 unfolds, ie the two door leaves 11a and 11b swing open over the folding door hinges 12. this is in 10 clearly visible on the right.

Es ist damit auch möglich, ohne unterschiedlichem Spalt einen weiteren Möbelkorpus, beispielsweise in Form eines Schrankes 17, seitlich anzuschließen, wie dies die Fig. 12 zeigt.the 11 Finally, FIG. 1 shows the completely closed position, in which it can also be seen that the door leaves 11a and 11a' completely cover the end faces of the side panels 3 and 3', respectively, in the closed position, which enables a homogeneous, continuous appearance from the front. It is thus also possible, without a different gap, to connect another piece of furniture, for example in the form of a cabinet 17, on the side, as is the case 12 indicates.

As for the movement of the folding door leaves 11a, 11b, this can be done by hand, whereby recessed door handles (not shown here) are possible, which do not protrude or fold in to allow the folding doors to be slid into the associated receiving shaft.

It is also possible for this movement to be supported at least partially by energy accumulators (springs) that are not shown. In particular, it is possible for a spring-loaded touch-latch device to be provided which, when the folding door located in the shaft is pushed backwards, allows it to be moved forward in a spring-loaded manner in order to be able to grip it better with the hand. The further closing movement can then be done by hand. However, it is also possible for the hinges 8 or the folding door hinges 12 to have expanding springs which support a closing movement. In principle, it is also possible to support the drive electrically or to have it run completely electrically driven. All of these drive variants are conceivable and possible.

3' links und rechts aufgestellt, wie dies die Figuren 14 und 15 zeigen.the Figures 13 to 16 now show an alternative, reverse assembly sequence that is possible according to another preferred method of the invention. here, in a room similar to that shown in the preceding figures, first the preferably standardized furniture carcasses in the form of a base cabinet 15a and an upper cabinet 15b constructed ( 13 ). Subsequently, then - like that figures 14 and 15 show - embodiments of the management system with vertical plates 3 and 3 'set up left and right, as is the figures 14 and 15 demonstrate.

Here, too, these structural units can be delivered pre-assembled in the form of mounting shafts in order to enable rapid assembly. It is not necessary to connect them laterally in receiving shafts or "pockets" with the furnishings 15a, 15b set up beforehand, although this can be done. In any case, the side "pockets" can also stand independently and be fixed to the floor and/or to the wall.

Das ist erst in Fig. 18 der Fall, wobei hier die linke Falttüre 11' in der aus dem Schacht herausgezogenen Stellung, aber noch nicht geschlossenen Stellung, gezeigt ist.the 16 FIG. 12 then shows a further assembly step, on which the rail 14, which is preferably designed in two pieces, has been mounted. In 17 the right folding door 11 is already assembled and closed. The left-hand folding door 11' has not yet been mounted on the associated hinges 8'. This is only in 18 the case, in which case the left-hand folding door 11' is shown in the position pulled out of the shaft but not yet closed.

Die Fig. 19 zeigt wiederum die vollständige Schließstellung, die im Wesentlichen der Fig. 11 entspricht.the 19 again shows the full closed position, which is essentially the 11 is equivalent to.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown; for example, it is also possible to arrange the guide system or the door arrangement (pocket) on only one side and not on two sides, as is shown in the figures.

Also, the door does not have to be a folding door. It is sufficient if the door is a normal swing door, although the width area to be covered is then also smaller.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the carriage 16 of the folding door 11 moves onto a carriage stub 16a, which is arranged at the upper end of the column 7 (see detail A in 1 ). In this way, the carriage 16 of the folding door 11 parked on the carriage stub 16a can move into the receiving shaft 14 together with the column 7 . This is a "Park & Ride solution". Alternatively, it is of course also possible for the rail 14' to continue around a curve into the shaft of the lateral guide system.

Of course, the furnishings can also deviate from the furnishings shown. It is precisely a feature of the invention that the design of the furnishings, be they furniture bodies or electrical devices, can be chosen completely freely and independently of the lateral guide systems or door arrangements. Special bodies, as in the prior art, are not necessary.
