Description

The invention relates to a device arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a method for assembling a device arrangement.

Furniture bodies are usually closed by pivoting doors or sliding doors. The disadvantage is that even when open, the doors protrude into the room or, in the case of sliding doors, do not allow full opening. To counteract this, there is already a suggestion of first moving the doors to the side and then pushing them into a side slot that is perpendicular to the front of the furniture body (e.g CH693070A5 ).

In the known solution, the receiving shaft is integrated in the furniture body. It is therefore a special furniture body. There are two variants: the first variant involves a pivoting door which, after being pulled out of the shaft, can simply be pivoted about a vertical pivot axis in order to close the furniture body. A second variant is a folding door that can be folded out after being pulled out of the shaft, the two door leaves of the folding door being pivotably connected to one another via folding door hinges. This allows you to cover a larger front surface of a furniture body. Nevertheless, the door can be parked in the receiving shaft to save space (parking position).

A guide system for a door assembly is from WO 03/073003 A1 out, wherein a management system in an assembly step with a storage space module forms a household appliance.

A guide system for a door assembly is from EP 2 345 347 A1 out, wherein a door device is arranged on a shelf rear wall or on a side wall of a refrigerated shelf.

A guide system for a door assembly is from U.S. 2,807,835A wherein a cassette is part of a cabinet assembly, is inserted into a cabinet, or is bolted to a bottom or back of a cabinet.

More management systems for door assemblies go from the WO 03/073003 A1 , the EP 2 345 347 A1 , the U.S. 2,807,835A , the DE 199 02 918 A1 , the DE 689 03 285 T2 as well as the DE 28 17 161 A1 out.

The object of the invention is to specify a furnishing arrangement with which the possibilities of closing and opening a front of one or more pieces of furniture are expanded compared to the previously known solutions. An assembly method for a device arrangement that can be carried out quickly and efficiently is also to be specified.

This is achieved by a device arrangement according to claim 1 and a method for assembling a device arrangement according to claim 12 or 14.

With the furnishing arrangement according to the invention, it is possible to cover standardized furniture bodies, for example those with a predetermined width grid, but also other furnishings, such as electrical devices (white goods) in the closed position at the front and then to accommodate at least one door in a lateral parking position, in particular in a receiving shaft . The guide system or the door arrangement has an autonomous, self-supporting structure, which therefore does not require any special training of the furniture body itself. This is particularly important when using electrical devices as a piece of furniture, which often do not have a closed surface on the side for connecting a supporting structure with a lateral receiving shaft for the doors. The furniture bodies also do not have to extend over the entire height of the door. It is also possible, for example, to only cover base units at the front or—as is usual in kitchens—base units and wall units that have a reduced depth compared to the base units.

Overall, according to the basic idea of the invention, the furnishings to be covered on the one hand and the guide systems or door arrangements on the other hand for covering them are essentially independent of one another, which does not rule out the possibility of them being connected to one another in a final assembly process for safety purposes. In contrast to the prior art, however, this invention is not necessary in principle.

The furnishing arrangement according to the invention also allows two different assembly methods: Firstly, it is possible to set up the door arrangement or the guide system on the floor of a room and/or on the wall of a room to be assembled and then the furnishings (furniture bodies and/or electrical devices) to the side. However, the reverse assembly process is also possible, in which first the furnishings are set up in the room, in particular to form a row of furniture, and then a guide system or a door arrangement is assembled.

In both assembly methods, the installation of the furnishings on the one hand and the door arrangement or the guide system on the other hand is essentially independent. This can therefore also happen at different points in time. Different suppliers can also be provided for the furnishings on the one hand and for the guide systems or door arrangements on the other hand. For example, it is possible for a furniture store or a kitchen manufacturer to supply the furnishings, while the door arrangements or at least the guide system for such door arrangements are supplied by the fittings manufacturer.

Incidentally, the doors themselves can also be supplied by the furniture store or kitchen manufacturer if the guide system is supplied by the fittings manufacturer, so that the design can be adapted to the furnishings. However, the fittings manufacturer can supply the technology of the guide system independently. Of course, there is also the possibility that the fittings manufacturer delivers its technology to the furniture store and that the furniture store then sets up the entire arrangement on site using one of the two assembly processes described above.

The illustrated embodiment of a door system for a door arrangement has a, subsequently in the Figures 8 to 10 shown furnishings 15, 15a, 15b, 18, separate support structure, which is generally designated by the reference numeral 2 and in figure 1 is already standing up on the floor 1a and installed or mounted against the wall 1b. As an alternative to this contact area below, a mounting device 6 in the form of mounting brackets can also be provided on the side for mounting on the wall, which can be fastened in the wall using suitable fastening means, for example screws and dowels.

In the illustrated embodiment, there is both a footprint 5 on the floor 1a and a mounting device 6 for mounting on the wall 1b. In principle, however, it is sufficient if one of these two (contact area, mounting device on the wall) is provided.

The further closing movement can then be done by hand. However, it is also possible for the hinges 8 or the folding door hinges 12 to have expanding springs which support a closing movement. In principle, it is also possible to support the drive electrically or to have it run completely electrically driven. All of these drive variants are conceivable and possible.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the carriage 16 of the folding door 11 moves onto a carriage stub 16a, which is arranged at the upper end of the column 7 (see detail A in 1 ). In this way, the carriage 16 of the folding door 11 parked on the carriage stub 16a can move into the receiving shaft 14 together with the column 7 . This is a "Park & Ride solution". Alternatively, it is of course also possible for the rail 14' to continue around a curve into the shaft of the lateral guide system.

Of course, the furnishings can also deviate from the furnishings shown. It is precisely a feature of the invention that the design of the furnishings, be they furniture bodies or electrical devices, can be chosen completely freely and independently of the lateral guide systems or door arrangements. Special bodies, as in the prior art, are not necessary.

Claims (15)

1. A furniture arrangement comprising at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) and at least one door arrangement, arranged laterally beside to the at least one furniture item in a mounted state of the furniture arrangement,

   whereby the door arrangement comprises a support structure (2) with a guide system and a door (11, 11') mounted pivotably and preferably releasably to the guide system,

   the guide system having a closed position in which at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) can be covered at the front side, and a parked position into which the door (11, 11') is moveable, preferably slidably, by means of the guide system in a direction transversely relative to a front of the at least one furniture item into a lateral receiving shaft of the guide system,

   whereby the door arrangement is independent of the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) to be covered in the mounted state of the furniture arrangement and the support structure (2) is a from the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) to be covered separated, autonomous and self-supporting support structure in the mounted state of the furniture arrangement, whereby the guide system is mounted on the or arranged on the from the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) to be covered separated support structure (2),

2. The furniture arrangement according to claim 1 characterised in that the guide system has a pillar (7, 7') to which the door (11, 11') is fixed by means of hinges (8, 8') and that the pillar (7, 7') is moveable or slidable - preferably by means of rails (9) or a scissor mechanism - transversely relative to the front of the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) and laterally beside same parallel to itself on the support structure (2).
3. The furniture arrangement according to claim 1 or 2 characterised in that the plate (3) is a substantially rectangular plate (3) and/or the at least one support surface (5) is provided or mounted at a lower end edge of the plate (3) and/or the at least one mounting device (6) is provided or mounted at a rear longitudinal edge of the plate (3).
4. The furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the guide system for the door (11, 11') is arranged in the interior of a lateral receiving shaft (14).

The furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 4 characterised in that the door is in the form of a folding door (11) having two door leaves (11a, 11b) wherein the two door leaves are pivotably connected together by way of folding door hinges (12) and a first door leaf (11a) is connected to the guide system.
6. The furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised in that a second door leaf (11b) is hingedly connected in the upper region to a slide (16) displaceable in a rail (14') which can be connected to the support structure (2).
7. The furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 6 characterised in that at least two furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) are arranged adjoin to each other.
8. The furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 6 characterised in that the furniture arrangement comprises a second door arrangement, whereby a respective door arrangement is arranged on both sides laterally beside the at least one furniture item in the mounted state.
9. The furniture arrangement according to claim 7 and 8 characterised in that the doors (11, 11') of the door arrangement lie in one plane in a closed position and

   - preferably substantially completely - cover the furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) (Figures 11, 12, 19) and, optionally in addition that the doors of the door arrangement in a closed position - preferably substantially completely - also cover the respective support structure (2), in particular the respective receiving shaft (14) of the respective support structure (2) together with the lateral cover plate (13), at the front side.
10. The furniture arrangement according to claim 7 or 9 characterised in that at least one of the at least two furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) have a furniture carcass (15, 15a, 15b) with two parallel vertical side walls, between which there are preferably arranged drawers (16') and/or shelves (17) and/or that at least one of the at least two furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) is an electrical appliance (18), preferably a white goods appliance - like for example a cooker, a refrigerator or a dishwasher and/or that at least one of the at least two furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) can stand on the floor (1a) of a room (1) and/or that the at least two and preferably more furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) can stand in mutually juxtaposed relationship in a row to form a line, preferably a kitchenette.
11. The furniture arrangement according to claim 7, 9 or 10 characterised in that the at least two laterally mutually juxtaposed furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) are of substantially cuboidal outside dimensions, preferably of the same height and the same depth, whereby optionally in addition the width of the at least two mutually juxtaposed furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) is selected from a predetermined width module, preferably of 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and/or 90 cm width.
12. A method of mounting a furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised by the following steps:

13. The method according to claim 12 for mounting a furniture arrangement according to claim 8 characterised in that

    - the two support structures which are preferably of substantially mirror-image symmetrical configuration are placed in correctly positioned relationship at a spacing from each other on the floor (1a) and/or fixed to the wall (1b), wherein each support structure is provided with the guide system for the respective door (11, 11'), and

    - then in the room (1) between the two support structures (2) the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) is hung on the wall (1b) of the room (1).
14. The method of mounting a furniture arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised by the following steps:

    - correctly positioned fixing of the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18), preferably of all furniture items (15, 15a, 15b, 18) for a furniture arrangement according to claim 7, 9, 10 or 11, on a wall (1b) of a room (1),

    - subsequent correctly positioned placement and/or fixing of the at least one support structure (2) for the from the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) to be covered independent door arrangement on the floor (1a) of a room (1) and/or to a wall (1b) of a room (1), directly beside the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18), wherein the guide system of the support structure (2) is configured for a linear movement and pivotable mounting of the door (11, 11') and is a from the at least one furniture item (15, 15a, 15b, 18) to be covered separated, autonomous and self-supporting support structure (2).
15. The method according to one of claims 12 to 14 characterised in that the door (11, 11') or rather the respective door (11, 11') is connected to the associated guide system:
