Summary of the invention

Based on the prior art presented, the invention is concerned with the task of specifying an advantageous piece of furniture made up of vertical and horizontal profile parts with panel parts provided for infilling.

This object is achieved in the subject matter of claim 1, whereby the aim is that a plate part, which has an inner surface running parallel to the vertical plane, is fastened within the depth of the compartment on the inner surface relative to the profile parts and that a termination of the plate part along the inner peripheral edge and the resulting vertical plane as well as a spacing between an outer surface of the plate part and the outer peripheral edge of the horizontally extending profile part is given.

The filling of a compartment delimited by vertical and horizontal profile parts can be achieved by appropriate arrangement of one or more plate parts. Each plate part can be arranged in such a way that it extends within the compartment depth with respect to the inner surface facing the interior of the furniture being formed or to be formed, so that when viewed from outside in the direction of the vertical plane, the plate part is completely covered by a vertically extending profile part. The inner surface of the profile part is provided to run parallel to the vertical plane. The panel parts for the infill can consist of a weatherproof wood or wood composite material. In addition, laminate panels, such as plastic panels or facade panels for example, and optionally aluminum panels, can also be used in this regard.

The upper end of the piece of furniture, possibly a row of pieces of furniture arranged next to one another, can form a worktop, in particular re made of a weatherproof material such as ceramic. Further components, for example kitchen components, can be inserted into this worktop, for example a grill device or a sink or a hob. In addition, such a component, such as a sink, for example, can also replace the worktop of this piece of furniture as a whole over the length and depth of a piece of furniture viewed perpendicular to this.

Here, the plate part - or also a plurality of plate parts for covering the one side wall part - can rest essentially over the entire surface of the facing surface of the side wall part. According to a possible embodiment, the plate part can be fixed to the side wall part. Such a fixation can be, for example, a screw connection, which is more preferably carried out from the inside of the insert part. Such gluing can take place over the entire surface, but optionally also only selectively or in strips.

The plate part connected to the side wall part can be pushed into the basic structure together with the insert part. The slide-in part can then be screwed to the vertical and / or horizontal profile parts to form a pull-out protection. This screw connection can also penetrate the plate part, correspondingly also offer the mounting of the plate part on the side wall part (possibly alone) in an alternative embodiment.

In such a configuration, the insert part can rest on the inside of the vertically extending profile parts with the plate part arranged on the side wall part. In this way, in particular in the area of the vertically extending profile parts outside the compartment delimited by the vertical and horizontally extending profile parts, plate part regions can result.

As a result of the selected arrangement, in a possible, as well as preferred, configuration, the entire surface of the side wall part is covered by a preferably water or weatherproof plate part, this also in the areas covered by the profile parts. This provides favorable weather protection.

Such a plate part can also be provided assigned to the back wall part and / or the front wall, in the case of the arrangement on a side wall part, the arrangement of this side wall part with the assigned plate part outside the compartment framed by the profile parts, assigned to the interior of the scaffolding constructed in this way, is provided . According to one possible embodiment, a bar is provided which is arranged in the vertical direction outside a horizontally extending profile part and extends essentially between two vertically extending profile parts delimiting a compartment. In a preferred embodiment, this bar is used to attach the plate part within the compartment. According to a preferred embodiment, a side wall part and / or a back wall part can end in the vertical direction, leaving a horizontal gap below an (upper) horizontally running profile part. In the case of the arrangement of an insert part, according to a further possible embodiment, the plate part used for the infill can be connected directly to the side wall part of the insert part inserted into the basic structure. Due to the preferred arrangement of the plate part within the compartment delimited by the assigned vertical and horizontal profile parts, a direct connection of the plate part with the side wall part of the insert part by the attached plate part results in a pull-out protection of the insert part. Description of the embodiments

Is shown and described, initially with reference to Figure 1 , a row-like arrangement of a plurality of furniture 1, here in particular to form a cooking or kitchen unit.

After inserting the slide-in part 19 into the basic frame 7 of the furniture 1, the plate part 15, for example forming the side wall 13, is screwed from the inside of the slide-in part through its side wall part 20 (cf. The plate part 15 connected to the side wall part 20 of the slide-in part 19 extends within the compartment F and thus at the same time provides a pull-out protection for the slide-in part 19. The insertion part 19 can be provided with a front part, in particular a movable front part 25. In a preferred embodiment, the front part 25 consists of a weatherproof material, possibly identical to the plate parts 15. Correspondingly, as is also preferred, the front part 25 can differ in terms of material from the side wall parts 20, the bottom and top parts 21 and 22 and optionally a rear wall part of the insert part 19.

According to a further embodiment, the front part 25 can be designed as a fixed panel 36 (see FIG Figure 3, 4 or 17th ). Such a screen 36 can have functional parts 37 or be designed as such a functional part. Since the component 4 with its body 29 in this embodiment according to the illustrations in Figures 7 to 9 offers no possibility of fastening the plate part 15 used for infilling, a strip 31 is fastened here on the inside of the compartment F. Thus, the arrangement of two strips 31 spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction can further be provided for a compartment F.

Furthermore, these strips 31 are also spaced apart in the vertical direction from the associated horizontally running profile parts 6, to which the strips 31 are otherwise preferably aligned so as to run parallel.

The strips 31 can be metal strips, for example aluminum strips. Furthermore, these strips 31 can be connected on the inside to the vertical profile parts 5, for example as a result of a screw connection, not shown in detail, on one of the legs 8 or 9 of the vertically extending profile parts 5, which run parallel to the alignment of the strip 31.

In this embodiment, too, the fastening takes place by means of a screw connection using a screw 24 from the inside of the furniture 1 (cf. Figure 9 ).

The inner surface 16 of the plate part 15, possibly resulting from the spacer bar 17, can also extend beyond the inner edge 10 of the horizontally extending profile part 6, depending on the arrangement and course of the bar 31.

As shown in the illustrations in the Figures 13 and 14th As can be seen, according to a possible embodiment, the plate part 15 can also be fastened to the associated side wall part 20 before the insertion part 19 is pushed into the basic framework 7, for example, adhesively attached.

In this case, the plate part 15 can furthermore be formed in terms of plan the same as the side wall part 20, correspondingly in a possible configuration covering it over the entire area, with a thickness of approximately 1 to 5 mm, preferably approximately 3 mm.

In this configuration, in the insertion position, which corresponds to the usual position of use of the insertion part 19, the side wall part 20 with the plate part 15 arranged thereon extends outside the facing compartment F, further inward with respect to the compartment depth t. Thus, the outwardly facing surface of the plate part 15 in the insertion position, more preferably in a fastening position of the insertion part 19, can come into contact with the facing legs 9 or 8 of the vertical profile part 5. The insert part 19 can be fastened to the vertical profile parts 5 by means of a screw connection 32, the screw connection 32 correspondingly also penetrating the plate part 15. In the embodiment shown, the outwardly facing surface of the plate part 15 may bear against the inner edge 10 of the horizontal profile parts 6. The compartment F covered at the rear by the plate part 15 can extend over the full compartment depth t.

Any condensation liquid that may result within the furniture 1 due to temperature changes can, according to a further embodiment (cf. Figures 10 to 12 ) through a through opening 33 provided, for example, in the bottom part 21 of the insert part 19, downwards and thus to the outside. The passage opening 33 can be designed in the simplest way in the form of a bore in the base part 21. To protect against entry of insects or the like into the furniture 1, for example, such a passage opening 33 can be closed with a sieve part 34.

The arrangement or formation of one or more passage openings 33 also makes it possible to achieve favorable ventilation of the item of furniture 1.

In order to ensure a directed flow towards the opening 33, in particular the surface of the bottom part 21, possibly the bottom part 21 as a whole, can run inclined in the direction of the passage opening 33, for example including an acute angle α of about 1 to 3 degrees to a horizontal plane H.

In the case of a piece of furniture 1 with one or more drawers, as shown in FIG Figure 10 is shown by way of example, the drawer bottoms 35 each be provided with such a passage opening 33, which passage opening 33 is provided with a sieve part 34. The drawer bottoms 35 also preferably have a slope corresponding to the bottom part 21.

In one possible embodiment, the insert part 19 is supported on the front and rear horizontally extending profile parts 6. The rear wall part and / or, as in the Figures 15 and 16 shown, each side wall part 20 in the installed state between its upwardly facing end edge and the bottom of the horizontal profile part 6 running essentially parallel to and above this end edge leave a horizontally running gap 41, with a gap dimension a of, for example, about 5 to 10 mm.
