Die horizontalen Flanschflächen bilden zusammen mit den vertikalen Flanschflächen 12 eine Flanschgesamtfläche 14, welche in der Fig. 3 schaffiert dargestellt wurde, um den flächigen Charakter herauszustellen. Diese Flanschgesamtfläche weist eine Bombierung auf, welche in Form einer Wölbung konvex aus dem Garraum 2 heraus der Tür 6 entgegen gewölbt ist. Die Flanschgesamtfläche 14 bildet dadurch eine besondere gute Dicht- und Anlagefläche aus, da die zwischen Flansch 8 und Tür 6 verlaufende Türdichtung 16 stets homogen mit der Schließkraft der Türe beaufschlagt ist und den Spalt zwischen Türe 6 und Flansch 8 verschließt, auch wenn der Flansch 8 durch die thermisch bedingte Verformung im Betriebszustand deformiert ist. In der Figur sind auch die Eckbereiche E ersichtlich, welche sich in der theoretischen Überlagerung horizontaler und vertikaler Flanschflächen ergeben. Zentrisch zwischen den Eckbereichen E befinden sich die Mittelbereiche M. Die Flanschgesamtfläche 14 ist von einem Versteifungselement 18 umgeben. Das Versteifungselement 18 befindet sich an der Außenkontur des Flansches 8 und trägt zu dessen Stabilität bei, da diese Materialumformung einen hohen Verformungsgrad erzielt. Die sich zwischen Flansch 8 und Tür 6 befindliche Türdichtung 16 ist entweder am Flansch 8 oder an der Tür 6 befestigt. Zur Befestigung am Flansch 8 dienen, in Fig. 2 nicht näher dargestellte, Aufnahmen 20, die vorzugsweise in Eckabschnitten E des Flansches 8 angeordnet sind. For attachment to the flange 8, in Fig. 2 not shown, receptacles 20, which are preferably arranged in corner portions E of the flange 8.

Aus dieser Ansicht ergibt sich auch die kugelförmig aus der Flanschgesamtfläche heraustretende Bombierung B. Zudem sieht man das den Flansch rahmenartig umgebene Versteifungselement, welches durch seine umlaufende Verformung höhere Kräfte aufnehmen kann und eine höhere Stabilität gegenüber der auf den Flansch wirkende Türkraft aufweist. Claims (9)

  1. Cooking device, in particular an oven with a cooking chamber (2), the loading opening of which can be closed by a door (6), and with a flange (8) having horizontal and vertical flange surfaces (10, 12) surrounding the loading opening like a frame, wherein the flange surfaces (10, 12) form a stop surface for the door (6), wherein the horizontal and vertical flange surfaces (10, 12) arranged like a frame together form a flange total surface (14), characterised in that the flange total surface (14) has a camber (B), wherein the flange total surface (14) is produced by the totality of the horizontal and vertical flange surfaces (10, 12), without taking dividing lines, joint surfaces or other tool-conditioned mouldings or recesses into consideration, and the total surface of the flange (8) is also notionally counted as part of the flange total surface (14) which would be produced if the recess to create the loading opening was not punched out from the flange surface, and wherein the camber (B) has a convex curvature which is pronounced in the direction of the door (6), wherein a radius (R) of the camber (B) is less in a central region (M) of the horizontal and/or vertical flange surfaces (10, 12) than at corner regions (E) of the horizontal and/or vertical flange surfaces (10, 12).
  2. Cooking device according to claim 1, characterised in that the camber (B) has a radius (R) of 1 to 12 m.
  3. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the radius (R) of the camber (B) is homogeneous.
  4. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flange (8) has at least one stiffening element (18).
  5. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stiffening element (18) surrounds the flange surfaces (10, 12) substantially circumferentially.
  6. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stiffening element (18) is arranged at least in sections at an angle to the flange total surface (14), preferably at an angle of substantially 90°.
  7. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flange (8) is produced by a deep-drawing process.
  8. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flange (8) has retaining elements (20) for a door seal (16), which are preferably arranged in corner regions (E) of the flange (8).
  9. Cooking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flange (8) has a material thickness of less than 1 mm, preferably less than 0.6 mm, in particular 0.5 mm.
