Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Gargerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Herkömmliche Gargeräte weisen einen Garraum auf, dessen Beschickungsöffnung durch eine Tür verschließbar ist. Als Dicht- und Anlagefläche für die Tür dient ein die Beschickungsöffnung rahmenartig aus horizontalen und vertikalen Elementen gebildeter Flansch. Es hat sich in der Vergangenheit als technisch anspruchsvoll erwiesen, diesen Flansch so zu gestalten, dass er eine ausreichend gute Dicht- und Anlagefläche für die Tür bildet, da die hohen Temperaturen bei der Emailbeschichtung sowie im pyrolytischen Reinigungsprozess zum Verbiegen des Flansches führen.The invention relates to a cooking appliance according to the preamble of claim 1. Dieses Bauteil kann ein- bzw. mehrteilig ausgebildet sein. Dabei besteht der Flansch im Wesentlichen aus horizontalen und vertikalen Flanschflächen, welche rahmenartig die Beschickungsöffnung umgeben und sich im Wesentlichen zwischen der Türinnenseite und den Garraum erstrecken. Unter einer Bombierung soll insbesondere eine wölbende Verformung verstanden werden, welche in die Flanschgesamtfläche eingeprägt wird, um durch Verformung eine höhere Stabilität zu erlangen. Zudem wird mittels einer Bombierung die Wölbung bzw.
