Zur Erzeugung des notwendigen Schaltsignales für die Antriebseinheit, wenn sich die besagten Teile der Ausklinkeinheit über den vorgegebenen Abstand hinaus voneinander weg bewegen, kann auch jede andere bekannte Schalteinheit eingesetzt werden, z.B. Tastschalter deren Tastelement in die Innenflächen 42 und 41 des Führungsteiles 14 teilweise hineinragen oder Induktionsschalter und viele andere mehr.

Claims (11)

  1. Roller door, comprising a door hanging (1) of flexible material, a rotatably mounted, drivable winding shaft (2) for mounting and moving the door hanging (1), door columns (4, 5) comprising guide rails (6, 7) for guiding the door hanging (1), means for detecting the lower and upper end positions of the door hanging (1) for the purpose of switching off a drive unit (3) rotating the winding shaft (2) and means for producing tensioning of the hanging, which means engage the lower section of the door hanging (1) at least at the time of the movement 'opening' and the movement 'closing', wherein the door hanging (1) guided in the guide rails (6, 7) of the door column (4, 5) has a closure strip (9) in its lower region (8), wherein a respective unlatching unit (12, 13) is arranged at each of the mutually opposite ends (10, 11) of the closure strip (9), wherein each unlatching unit (12, 13) engages in the corresponding guide rail (6, 7) of the door columns (4, 5) and wherein each unlatching unit (12, 13) is multi-part and has at least two parts, characterised in that the at least two parts of each unlatching unit, i.e. a guiding part (14) and a part (21) guided at the guiding part (14), are so mechanically positively and frictionally retained at one another that these two basic elements (14, 21) of each unlatching unit (12, 13) are displaceable against one another and movable relative to one another.
  2. Roller door according to claim 1, characterised in that the unlatching units (12, 13) each consist of a guiding part (14) and a guided part (21), which is of wedge-shaped construction, wherein for retaining the guided part (21) in the guiding part (14) the guiding part (14) has openings (15, 16) and the guided part (21) has openings (22, 23), through which a force-storing element (17) is guided, the ends (24) of which are fixed to a rear end (26) of the guiding part by means of a clamping element (25).
  3. Roller door according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the guiding part (14) has at the front end (18) thereof a wedge-shaped recess (19) in which the guided part (21) engages by its wedge (20).
  4. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the openings (15, 16) provided in the guiding part (14) and the openings (22, 23) provided in the guided part (21) are respectively arranged parallel to and at a spacing from one another.
  5. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a further, preferably central, opening (29) for reception of a sensor (30) is provided in the guiding part (14) between the openings (15, 16) and a respective central opening (27) for reception of a magnet (28) is provided in the guided part (21) between the openings (22, 23), wherein for determination of spacing the sensor (30) and the magnet (28) are arranged opposite to one another in a plane.
  6. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the guided part (21) has a neck-shaped projection (31) projecting into the guide rail (7), wherein the guide rail (7) is constructed at the end with resiliently formed strips (32).
  7. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the force-storing element (17) leading through the openings (22, 23) of the guided part (21) and the openings (15, 16) of the guiding part (14) is constructed as a resilient rubber cord.
  8. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the openings (15, 16) in the guiding part (14) and the openings (22, 23) in the guided part (21) are formed as bores.
  9. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that when a force occurs at the door hanging (1) a neck-shaped projection (31) of the guided part (21) pivots out of the wedge-shaped recess (19) of the guiding part (14).
  10. Roller door according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the force for pivoting out the guided part (21) depends on the wedge angle of the wedge-shaped recess (19) and the tension force of the resilient element (17).
  11. Unlatching unit for a roller door, which comprises a door hanging (1) of flexible material, a rotatably mounted, drivable winding shaft (2) for mounting and moving the door hanging (1), door columns (4, 5) comprising guide rails (6, 7) for guiding the door hanging (1), means for detecting the lower and upper end positions of the door hanging (1) for the purpose of switching off a drive unit (3) rotating the winding shaft (2) and means for producing tensioning of the hanging, which means engage the lower section of the door hanging (1) at least at the time of the movement 'opening' and the movement 'closing', in which the door hanging (1) guided in the guide rails (6, 7) of the door column (4, 5) has a closure strip (9) in its lower region (8), a respective unlatching unit (12, 13) being arranged at each of the mutually opposite ends (10, 11) of the closure strip (9), wherein the unlatching unit (12, 13) engages in the corresponding guide rail (6, 7) of the door columns (4, 5) and wherein the unlatching unit (12, 13) is multi-part and has at least two parts / basic elements, characterised in that the at least two parts are frictionally and mechanically positively retained at one another in such a way that the basic elements are displaceable against one another and are movable relative to one another.
