Claims (12)

  1. Disque de support cylindrique (2) destiné à un rouleau de concassage (1) comprenant des moyens de liaison amovible comportant un arbre à l'intérieur du cylindre et des moyens de fixation des coques de concassage (3) sur la surface extérieure du cylindre, dans lequel les moyens de fixation des coques de concassage (3) sont des liaisons à rainure et languette (21, 23), caractérisé en ce que la forme en section transversale extérieure est un angle n, particulièrement un pentagone, dans lequel une liaison à languette et rainure (21) ayant une forme en section transversale parallélogrammatique est disposée sur chaque côté de la surface extérieure, l'angle aigu du parallélogramme se présentant dans le sens de rotation.

  7. Rouleau de concassage comprenant au moins un disque de support (2) sebn l'une des revendications précédentes.
  8. Rouleau de concassage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le disque de support (2) présente des trous intérieurs (22) continus et dirigés axialement et répartis sur la périphérie, à travers lesquels sont guidés des tirants d'ancrage (5) qui sont fixés, en particulier vissés, dans un élément de fixation, en particulier une bride (13), qui est reliée de manière fixe à l'arbre (1).

Rouleau de concassage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les trépans de concassage à insérer sont des trépans à tige ronde (4) et présentent une rainure périphérique (41) dans la zone de la tige (la zone à insérer dans la coque de concassage (3)) et il est prévu dans la coque (3) un trou dans lequel doit s'insérer un boulon (35) qui, une fois inséré, s'enclenche dans la rainure périphérique (41) et maintient ainsi le trépan à tige ronde (4) dans la coque de concassage (3).
