Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmetauscheranordnung, insbesondere für ein Fahrzeugheizgerät, umfassend ein topfartiges inneres Wärmetauschergehäuse mit einer ersten Bodenwandung in einem ersten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung und einer an die erste Bodenwandung anschließenden, eine Längsachse umgebenden ersten Umfangswandung, ein topfartiges äußeres Wärmetauschergehäuse mit einer zweiten Bodenwandung im ersten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung und einer an die zweite Bodenwandung anschließenden, die Längsachse umgebenden zweiten Umfangswandung, wobei in einem zweiten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse und das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse miteinander verbunden sind, sowie einen zwischen dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse und dem äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuse gebildeten Fluidströmungsraum.
- Aus der
DE 198 00 241 C1 ist eine Wärmetauscheranordnung für ein brennstoffbetriebenes Fahrzeugheizgerät bekannt, bei welcher in einem von den Bodenwandungen der beiden topfartigen und ineinander eingesetzten Wärmetauschergehäuse entfernten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung das Innere der beiden Wärmetauschergehäuse doppelwandig ausgebildet ist. In diesem Bereich begrenzt das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse mit einer daran ausgebildeten, ringartig um eine Gehäuselängsachse umlaufenden Stirnwand den zwischen den beiden Wärmetauschergehäusen gebildeten Fluidströmungsraum in axialer Richtung und ist mit seiner ebenfalls ringartig umlaufenden äußeren Umfangswandung an die Umfangswandung des äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuses angebunden. In dem von den Bodenwandungen entfernten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung ist eine Abgasauslassöffnung, diese bereitgestellt in einem Abgasauslassstutzen, vorgesehen. Dieser Stutzen durchbricht mit der darin ausgebildeten Abgasauslassöffnung den Fluidströmungsraum und ist zu einem vom inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse umgebenen Abgasströmungsraum offen. Die zu dem Fluidströmungsraum führende Fluideinlassöffnung und ebenso die aus dem Fluidströmungsraum weg führende Fluidauslassöffnung sind in dem den Bodenwandungen nahe gelegenen axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung im äußeren der beiden Wärmetauschergehäuse in jeweiligen Anschlussstutzen ausgebildet. - Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Wärmetauscheranordnung, insbesondere für ein Fahrzeugheizgerät, vorzusehen, bei welcher Wärmeverluste gemindert sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe gelöst durch eine Wärmetauscheranordnung, insbesondere für ein Fahrzeugheizgerät, umfassend ein topfartiges inneres Wärmetauschergehäuse mit einer ersten Bodenwandung in einem ersten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung und einer an die erste Bodenwandung anschließenden, eine Längsachse umgebenden ersten Umfangswandung, ein topfartiges äußeres Wärmetauschergehäuse mit einer zweiten Bodenwandung im ersten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung und einer an die zweite Bodenwandung anschließenden, die Längsachse umgebenden zweiten Umfangswandung, wobei in einem zweiten axialen Endbereichder Wärmetauscheranordnung das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse und das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse miteinander verbunden sind, sowie einen zwischen dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse und dem äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuse gebildeten Fluidströmungsraum. Dabei ist weiter vorgesehen, dass wenigstens im zweiten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses oder/und im Aufbaumaterial des äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuses wenigstens eine nach außen offene Aussparung vorgesehen ist.
- Dabei ist weiter vorgesehen, dass wenigstens im zweiten axialen Endbereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung wenigstens eine im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses oder/und im Aufbaumaterial des äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuses nach außen offene Aussparung vorgesehen ist.
- Durch das Bereitstellen wenigstens einer Aussparung im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses oder/und dem Aufbaumaterial des äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuses wird ein im Allgemeinen mit Luft gefüllter, grundsätzlich zum Fluidströmungsraum jedoch abgeschlossener Hohlraum geschaffen. Da die beiden Wärmetauschergehäuse, zumindest jedoch das durch die heißen Verbrennungsabgase stärker beaufschlagte innere Wärmetauschergehäuse im Allgemeinen aus Metallmaterial, beispielsweise aus Aluminium-Druckgussmaterial, aufgebaut sind, sorgt das Einbringen von Aussparungen in dieses Aufbaumaterial für eine Unterbrechung im Metallmaterial. Da das Aufbaumaterial der Wärmetauscheranordnung bzw. der Wärmetauschergehäuse desselben im Allgemeinen eine deutlich höhere Wärmeleitfähigkeit, mithin einen geringeren Wärmewiderstand aufweist, als beispielsweise die in einer derartigen Aussparung vorhandene Luft, wird der Wärmeaustrag aus der Wärmetauscheranordnung durch den somit allgemein bereitgestellten größeren Wärmewiderstand im Bereich der Aussparungen gemindert.
- Um eine gegenseitige Beeinträchtigung mit dem Fluidströmungsraum zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, dass an einer von den Bodenwandungen abgewandten Stirnseite wenigstens eine Aussparung im Wesentlichen in axialer Richtung nach außen offen ist.
- Ein einfach zu realisierender, gleichwohl stabiler Aufbau kann dadurch erhalten werden, dass eine Mehrzahl von in Umfangsrichtung um die Längsachse aufeinander folgenden Aussparungen vorgesehen ist, oder/und dass wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise jede Aussparung um die Längsachse gekrümmt oder/und in Umfangsrichtung langgestreckt ist.
- Um eine Durchströmung des Fluidströmungsraums mit einem zu erwärmenden Fluid zu ermöglichen bzw. auch das Abführen von beispielsweise in einem Brennerbereich eines Fahrzeugheizgeräts generierten Verbrennungsabgasen zu gewährleisten, wird weiter vorgeschlagen, dass im zweiten axialen Endbereich eine Fluideinlassöffnung zu dem Fluidströmungsraum oder/und eine Fluidauslassöffnung aus dem Fluidströmungsraum oder/und eine Abgasauslassöffnung aus einem von dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse umgebenen Abgasströmungsraum vorgesehen ist.
- Zur Bereitstellung von ausreichendem Bauraum für derartige Einlass- bzw. Auslassöffnungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Fluideinlassöffnung oder/und wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Fluidauslassöffnung oder/und wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Abgasauslassöffnung vorgesehene Aussparung wenigstens bereichsweise eine geringere Tiefe aufweist, als eine in einem mit der Fluideinlassöffnung oder/und der Fluidauslassöffnung oder/und der Abgasauslassöffnung sich im Wesentlichen nicht überschneidenden Umfangsbereich vorgesehene Aussparung. Dieser Aufbau hat zur Folge, dass dort, wo eine gegenseitige Beeinträchtigung mit einer Fluideinlassöffnung bzw. Fluidauslassöffnung oder einer Abgasauslassöffnung nicht besteht, Aussparungen oder eine Aussparung mit entsprechend größerer Tiefe vorgesehen werden kann, was zu einer weiteren Erhöhung des Wärmewiderstands führt.
- Eine kompakte Ausgestaltung der Wärmetauscheranordnung kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass im zweiten axialen Endbereich das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse eine den Fluidströmungsraum axial begrenzende Stirnwand aufweist oder/und eine die zweite Umfangswandung an ihrer Außenseite übergreifende und mit dieser verbundene dritte Umfangswandung aufweist.
- Die Stirnwand kann in Umfangsrichtung ringartig umlaufend ausgebildet sein. Um jedoch den Durchfluss von Fluid zur Fluideinlassöffnung bzw. zur Flluidauslassöffnung gewährleisten zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass im Bereich der Fluideinlassöffnung oder/und im Bereich der Fluidauslassöffnung der Fluidströmungsraum in axialer Richtung sich über die Stirnwand hinaus erstreckt. Dies bedeutet, dass im Bereich dieser Öffnungen die ansonsten ringartig umlaufend ausgebildete Stirnwand unterbrochen sein kann bzw. diese Öffnungen umgebende Ausbauchungen aufweisen kann.
- Um die Anlagerung von Verunreinigungen im Bereich der Wärmetauscheranordnung zu vermeiden, wird weiter vorgeschlagen, dass wenigstens eine Aussparung durch ein Abschlusselement abgeschlossen ist.
- Der durch das Vorsehen wenigstens einer Aussparung im Aufbaumaterial eines Wärmetauschergehäuses eingeführte thermische Isolationseffekt kann in besonders effizienter Weise genutzt werden, wenn in wenigstens einer Aussparung, vorzugsweise jeder Aussparung, Isoliermaterial mit geringerer Wärmeleitfähigkeit als das Aufbaumaterial des diese Aussparung aufweisenden Wärmetauschergehäuses enthalten ist.
- Dabei füllt das Isoliermaterial die wenigstens eine Aussparung (60) vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen vollständig aus.
- Bei einer besonders einfach zu realisierenden, eine sehr effiziente thermische Isolation bereitstellenden Ausgestaltung kann das Isoliermaterial Luft umfassen. Es sei hier darauf hingewiesen, dass bei einer weiteren Ausgestaltungsvariante eine Kombination verschiedener thermisch isolierender Isoliermaterialien vorgesehen sein kann. Beispielsweise kann in wenigstens einer Aussparung poröses oder zellenartig aufgebautes, schaumstoffartiges Material enthalten sein, in dessen Innenvolumenbereich Luft aufgenommen ist. Beispielsweise kann PU-Schaum oder geschäumtes Silikonmaterial eingesetzt werden
- Das Aufbaumaterial wenigstens eines eine Aussparung aufweisenden Wärmetauschergehäuses umfasst vorzugsweise Metallmaterial, vorzugsweise Aluminium. Vorteilhafterweise bildet dabei Metallmaterial, also beispielsweise Aluminium, die Hauptbestandskomponente des Aufbaumaterials, insbesondere dann, wenn dieses Aufbaumaterial als Legierung bereitgestellt ist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nachfolgend mit Bezug auf die beiliegenden Figuren detailliert beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Fig. 2 entsprechende Längsschnittansicht der Wärmetauscheranordnung in Verbindung mit einer Brennkammerbaugruppe eines Fahrzeugheizgeräts. - In den Figuren ist eine beispielsweise in Verbindung mit einem brennstoffbetriebenen Fahrzeugheizgerät einsetzbare Wärmetauscheranordnung allgemein mit 10 bezeichnet. Die Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 umfasst zwei ineinander eingesetzte Wärmetauschergehäuse 12, 14. Das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 umfasst in einem ersten axialen Endbereich 16 der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 eine erste Bodenwandung 18 und an diese radial außen anschließend und in Richtung einer Längsachse L sich erstreckend bzw. die Längsachse L umgebend eine erste Umfangswandung 20. Auch das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse 14 umfasst im ersten axialen Endbereich 16 der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 eine zweite Bodenwandung 22 sowie radial außen an diese anschließend eine in Richtung der Längsachse L sich erstreckende bzw. diese umgebende zweite Umfangswandung 24. Es ist hier darauf hinzuweisen, dass im dargestellten Ausgestaltungsbeispiel die beiden Wärmetauschergehäuse 12, 14 mit ihren Bodenwandungen 18, 22 und ihren Umfangswandungen 20, 24 jeweils als integral ausgebildete Bauteile, diese beispielsweise hergestellt als Aluminium-Druckgrussteile, aufgebaut sind. Grundsätzlich könnten bei einem oder beiden der Wärmetauschergehäuse 12, 14 die Umfangswandungen bzw. Bodenwandungen auch als separat aufgebaute und miteinander verbundene Bauteile bereitgestellt sein.
- In einem von den Bodenwandungen 18, 22 entfernten zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 bildet das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 mit einem ringartigen Endabschnitt 28 einen Anschluss an das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse 14. In diesem ringartigen Endabschnitt 28 erstreckt das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 sich über dessen zweiten Umfangswandung 20 hinaus nach radial außen und weist eine in Richtung auf den ersten axialen Endbereich zu sich erstreckende dritte Umfangswandung 30 auf. Diese dritte Umfangswandung 30 übergreift die zweite Umfangswandung 24 radial außen und ist mit dieser unter Zwischenlagerung eines O-ringartigen Dichtelements 32 beispielsweise durch Verpressung, Verschweißung, Verklebung oder dergleichen fest verbunden. Auf diese Art und Weise ist zwischen dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 und dem äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuse 14 ein allgemein mit 34 bezeichneter Fluidströmungsraum gebildet, der in axialer Richtung am zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 durch eine zwischen der ersten Umfangswandung 20 und der dritten Umfangswandung 30 des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 sich erstreckende Stirnwand 36 abgeschlossen bzw. begrenzt ist. Diese Stirnwand 36 ist um die Längsachse L ringartig umlaufend ausgebildet, liegt dabei vorteilhafterweise im Wesentlichen in einem axialen Bereich bezüglich der Längsachse L, also im Wesentlichen orthogonal dazu, und ist, wie die
Fig. 2 dies zeigt, in diesem Bereich im Wesentlichen plan ausgebildet, könnte grundsätzlich aber auch mit konischer bzw. kegelstumpfartiger Struktur bereitgestellt sein. - In dem axial über das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse 14 sich hinaus erstreckenden Verbindungsbereich 28 weist das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 eine in einem Fluideinlassstutzen 38 ausgebildete Fluideinlassöffnung 40 sowie eine in einem Fluidauslassstutzen 42 bereitgestellte Fluidauslassöffnung 44 auf. Die Fluideinlassöffnung 40 und die Fluidauslassöffnung 44 sind zum Fluidströmungsraum 34 offen. Wie die
Fig. 2 dies zeigt, sind die Stutzen 40, 42 im Wesentlichen an der vom Fluidströmungsraum 34 abgewandten axialen Seite bezüglich der Stirnwand 36 angeordnet. Um gleichwohl eine Fluidaustauschverbindung herzustellen, kann dort, wo die Fluideinlassöffnung 40 bzw. die Fluidauslassöffnung 44 vorgesehen ist, die ansonsten ringartig umlaufende Stirnwand 36 unterbrochen sein, so dass eine in Verbindung mit dem Fluidströmungsraum 34 und auch in Verbindung mit der jeweiligen Öffnung 40 bzw. 44 stehende Ausbauchung im Endabschnitt 28 gebildet ist. - Im zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 ist ferner in einem Abgasauslassstutzen 46 eine Abgasauslassöffnung 48 vorgesehen. Diese ist zur Innenseite der ersten Umfangswandung 20 und somit zu einem vom inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 umgebenen Abgasströmungsraum 50 offen. Wie die
Fig. 4 dies zeigt, werden die in einer Brennkammerbaugruppe 52 bzw. einer Brennkammer 54 derselben entstehenden Verbrennungsabgase durch ein in das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 eingreifend positioniertes Flammrohr 56 in Richtung auf die erste Bodenwandung 18 zu geleitet. Nach Auftreffen auf die erste Bodenwandung 18 werden die Verbrennungsabgase nach radial außen umgelenkt und strömen dann im Abgasströmungsraum 50 vom ersten axialen Endbereich 16 zum zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 und der dort vorgesehenen Abgasauslassöffnung 48 zurück. Dabei strömen die Verbrennungsabgase entlang Wärmeübertragungsrippen 58, die an einer Innenseite des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 zur Vergrößerung der Wärmeübertragungsoberfläche vorgesehen sind. - Im zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 ist im dargestellten Ausgestaltungsbeispiel im inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse 12, insbesondere in dem an den Fluidströmungsraum 34 axial anschließenden Endabschnitt 28 desselben, eine Mehrzahl von beispielsweise bei einem Gieß-Herstellungsvorgang des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 oder/und durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung bereitgestellte Aussparungen 60 im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 vorgesehen. Die Aussparungen 60 sind in Umfangsrichtung um die Längsachse L aufeinander folgend angeordnet und weisen beispielsweise zueinander gleiche Umfangserstreckungen oder/und Radialerstreckungen auf. Die Aussparungen 60 sind vorzugsweise, angepasst an die ringartige Gestalt des Wärmetauschergehäuses, gekrümmt oder/und in Umfangsrichtung langgestreckt ausgebildet. Zwischen den einzelnen Aussparungen 60 liegen diese trennende Wandungen 62. Die axiale Tiefe der Aussparungen 60 ist derart bemessen, dass wie die
Fig. 2 dies deutlich zeigt, zwischen der Stirnwand 36 und einem jeweiligen Bodenbereich 64 der Aussparungen 60 ein die Aussparungen 60 vom Fluidströmungsraum 34 trennender Wandungsbereich 66 gebildet ist. Dort, wo eine Umfangsüberschneidung von Aussparungen 60 mit der Fluideinlassöffnung 40, der Fluidauslassöffnung 44 bzw. der Abgasauslassöffnung 48 bzw. den diese Öffnungen bereitstellenden Stutzen 38, 42, 46 besteht, können die Aussparungen 60, wie im Bereich 68 inFig. 1 undFig. 3 erkennbar, mit geringerer Aussparungstiefe ausgebildet sein. In den nicht mit diesen Öffnungen bzw. Stutzen sich überlappenden Umfangsbereichen weisen die Aussparungen 60 vorzugsweise jeweils gleiche, den vorhandenen axialen Bauraum im Endabschnitt 28 maximal ausnutzende Tiefen auf. Durch das Bereitstellen der nach außen, im dargestellten Beispiel in axialer Richtung offenen Aussparungen 60 werden Hohlräume im Aufbaumaterial der Wärmetauscheranordnung, insbesondere des durch die heißen Verbrennungsabgase vergleichsweise stark thermisch beaufschlagten inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 geschaffen. Durch diese Hohlräume bzw. Unterbrechungen im Aufbaumaterial der Wärmetauscheranordnung bzw. des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 wird der Wärmeabfluss nach außen hin zur Umgebung gemindert, da im Bereich der Aussparungen 60 ein höherer Wärmewiderstand vorhanden ist, als in demjenigen Bereich, in welchem Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 vorhanden ist, beispielsweise im Bereich der Wandung 66. Wärmeverluste können somit insbesondere im zweiten axialen Endbereich 26 verringert werden. - Wie die
Fig. 4 dies zeigt, kann ein eine Verbindung zwischen der Brennkammerbaugruppe 52 und der Wärmetauscheranordnung 10 herstellender, beispielsweise an das Flammrohr 56 oder eine Brennkammerwandung 70 angebundener Träger 72 an der Stirnseite 74, an welcher die Aussparungen 60 im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 axial offen sind, diese Aussparungen 60 oder zumindest einen Teil davon überdecken. Hier kann beispielsweise ein ringartig ausgebildetes, flexibles Dichtelement 75 zwischengelagert sein. Die feste Anbindung des Trägers 72 an das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse 12 kann beispielsweise durch den Träger 72 in seinem nach radial außen sich erstreckenden und auch die Aussparungen 60 übergreifenden Bereich durchsetzende und in den Verbindungsbereich 28 des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses 12 eingebrachte Schraubbolzen bereitgestellt werden. - Um den durch das Bereitstellen der Aussparungen 60 eingeführten Isolationseffekt effizient nutzen zu können, sind einige, vorzugsweise alle Aussparungen 60 mit thermisch isolierendem Material gefüllt. Thermisch isolierende bedeutet hier, dass das Material, mit welchem die Aussparung/en 60 gefüllt ist/sind, eine geringere Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufweist, als das Aufbaumaterial des diese Aussparungen 60 aufweisenden Wärmetauschergehäuses. Beispielsweise können diese Aussparungen 60 im Wesentlichen vollständig mit Luft gefüllt sein, welche eine um Größenordnungen kleinere Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufweist, als das zum Aufbau eines derartigen Wärmetauschergehäuses beispielsweise eingesetzte Aluminiummaterial. Es sei in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hingewiesen, dass für die Zwecke der vorliegenden Erfindung die Wärmeleitfähigkeit in dem für den Betrieb einer derart aufgebauten Wärmetauscheranordnung relevanten Temperaturbereich beispielsweise im Bereich von -50 °C bis +250 °C in demjenigen Bereich, in welchem die Aussparungen 60 im Wärmetauschergehäuse bereitgestellt sind, betrachtet werden kann.
- Wenigstens ein Teil des thermisch isolierenden Materials in wenigstens einer Aussparung kann als Festkörpermaterial bereitgestellt sein. Dieses kann beispielsweise porös oder zellenartig, beispielsweise als Schaumstoffmaterial, z.B. PU-Schaum oder Silikonschaum, bereitgestellt sein, das in seinem Innenvolumenbereich Luft enthält. Auch ist es möglich, dass das die Aussparungen 60 oder wenigstens einen Teil der Aussparungen 60 überdeckende Dichtelement 75 mit in wenigstens eine der Aussparungen 60, vorzugsweise jede davon überdeckte Aussparung 60, eingreifenden Materialabschnitten zum Bereitstellen des Isoliermaterials ausgebildet ist.
- Es ist selbstverständlich, dass bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Aufbau alternativ oder zusätzlich zu den in den Figuren dargestellten Aussparungen im Aufbaumaterial eines Wärmetauschergehäuses auch an anderen Bereichen oder in anderer Richtung, beispielsweise nach radial außen offene, vorteilhafterweise auch durch ein Abschlusselement abgeschlossene Aussparungen vorgesehen sein können.
Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscheranordnung, insbesondere für ein Fahrzeugheizgerät, umfassend:- ein topfartiges inneres Wärmetauschergehäuse (12) mit einer ersten Bodenwandung (18) in einem ersten axialen Endbereich (16) der Wärmetauscheranordnung (10) und einer an die erste Bodenwandung (18) anschließenden, eine Längsachse (L) umgebenden ersten Umfangswandung (20),- ein topfartiges äußeres Wärmetauschergehäuse (14) mit einer zweiten Bodenwandung (22) im ersten axialen Endbereich (16) der Wärmetauscheranordnung (10) und einer an die zweite Bodenwandung (22) anschließenden, die Längsachse (L) umgebenden zweiten Umfangswandung (24), wobei in einem zweiten axialen Endbereich (26) der Wärmetauscheranordnung (10) das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse (12) und das äußere Wärmetauschergehäuse (14) miteinander verbunden sind,- einen zwischen dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse (12) und dem äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuse (14) gebildeten Fluidströmungsraum (34),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens im zweiten axialen Endbereich (26) der Wärmetauscheranordnung (10) wenigstens eine im Aufbaumaterial des inneren Wärmetauschergehäuses (12) oder/und im Aufbaumaterial des äußeren Wärmetauschergehäuses (14) nach außen offene Aussparung (60) vorgesehen ist.
- Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer von den Bodenwandungen (18, 22) abgewandten Stirnseite (74) wenigstens eine Aussparung (60) im Wesentlichen in axialer Richtung nach außen offen ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von in Umfangsrichtung um die Längsachse (L) aufeinander folgenden Aussparungen (60) vorgesehen ist, oder/und dass wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise jede Aussparung (60) um die Längsachse (L) gekrümmt oder/und in Umfangsrichtung langgestreckt ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten axialen Endbereich (26) eine Fluideinlassöffnung (40) zu dem Fluidströmungsraum (34) oder/und eine Fluidauslassöffnung (44) aus dem Fluidströmungsraum (34) oder/und eine Abgasauslassöffnung (48) aus einem von dem inneren Wärmetauschergehäuse (12) umgebenen Abgasströmungsraum (50) vorgesehen ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Fluideinlassöffnung (40) oder/und wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Fluidauslassöffnung (44) oder/und wenigstens eine im Umfangsbereich der Abgasauslassöffnung (48) vorgesehene Aussparung (60) wenigstens bereichsweise eine geringere Tiefe aufweist, als eine in einem mit der Fluideinlassöffnung (40) oder/und der Fluidauslassöffnung (44) oder/und der Abgasauslassöffnung (48) sich im Wesentlichen nicht überschneidenden Umfangsbereich vorgesehene Aussparung (60). - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten axialen Endbereich (26) das innere Wärmetauschergehäuse (12) eine den Fluidströmungsraum (34) axial begrenzende Stirnwand (36) aufweist oder/und eine die zweite Umfangswandung (24) an ihrer Außenseite übergreifende und mit dieser verbundene dritte Umfangswandung (30) aufweist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwand (36) in Umfangsrichtung ringartig umlaufend ausgebildet ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 4 und Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Fluideinlassöffnung (40) oder/und im Bereich der Fluidauslassöffnung (44) der Fluidströmungsraum (34) in axialer Richtung sich über die Stirnwand (36) hinaus erstreckt. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Aussparung (60) durch ein Abschlusselement (75) abgeschlossen ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung noch einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einer Aussparung (60), vorzugsweise jeder Aussparung (60), Isoliermaterial mit geringerer Wärmeleitfähigkeit als das Aufbaumaterial des diese Aussparung (60) aufweisenden Wärmetauschergehäuses (12,14) enthalten ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isoliermaterial die wenigstens eine Aussparung (60) im Wesentlichen vollständig ausfüllt. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isoliermaterial Luft oder/und geschäumtes Material umfasst. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbaumaterial wenigstens eines eine Aussparung (60) aufweisenden Wärmetauschergehäuses (12,14) Metallmaterial, vorzugsweise Aluminium, umfasst.
