Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung, die ein Schlosssystem darstellt, aufweisend:
    - einen verbesserten Schutzgrad zum Schutz vor unbefugter Duplikation des Schlüssels und
    - einen verbesserten Widerstandsgrad zum Schutz vor Einbruch durch Manipulation im Allgemeinen und insbesondere durch Nutzung von Schlagtechniken und
    - die Möglichkeit, gewerblich durch einfachere und kosteneffektivere Prozesse hergestellt zu werden,
    wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Schlüsselsystem umfasst, das seinerseits Folgendes umfasst:
    a) mindestens einen Schlüsselrahmen, aufweisend einen langgestreckten Abschnitt (8), ausgestaltet, um in ein Schlüsselloch des Schlosses eingefügt zu werden, und
    b) mindestens ein bewegbares Element (9), das mit dem Schlüsselrahmen so gekuppelt ist, dass es zum Rahmen zumindest innerhalb angemessener Grenzen bewegt werden kann, wobei das bewegbare Element (9) mindestens eine zweidimensionale Formtyp-Codierung (23, 24) aufweist, eingraviert auf dem Profil von mindestens einem Teil seiner frei liegenden Oberfläche, und so konfiguriert, dass der Anteil des frei liegenden Teils dieser Codierung stark von der relativen Position zwischen dem bewegbaren Element (9) und dem Schlüsselrahmen (8) abhängt,
    wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Schlosssystem aufweist, das seinerseits Folgendes umfasst:
    a) mindestens einen Statorkörper (6), aufweisend mindestens einen Hohlraum;
    b) mindestens einen Rotorkörper (7), der zumindest teilweise in einem Hohlraum des Statorkörpers (6) untergebracht und potenziell in der Lage ist, sich zum Statorkörper zu drehen und mindestens eine Schlüssellochöffnung aufweist, die in der Lage ist, das Einfügen von mindestens einem Teil des Schlüssels (8) zu akzeptieren, wobei das Schlüsselloch eine Form seines Querschnitts aufweist, die mindestens eine Vertiefung und/oder einen Vorsprung (15) aufweist, die/der sich während des Einfügens des Schlüssels (8) mit dem bewegbaren Element (9) kuppelt und eine spezifische relative Position zwischen dem bewegbaren Element (9) und dem Schlüsselrahmen (8) vorschreibt, und
    c) mindestens ein Verifizierungselement (16, 20) für eine zweidimensionale Formtyp-Codierung, das in der Lage ist, mindestens einen der frei liegenden Abschnitte der Formcodierungen (23, 24) des bewegbaren Elements (9) mit der entsprechenden passenden zweidimensionalen Form zu vergleichen, und
    d) mindestens ein Vorspannungselement (17, 21), das mindestens ein Verifizierungselement forciert, sich mit einem frei liegenden Abschnitt der Formtyp-Codierungen des bewegbaren Elements (9) zu kuppeln, und
    e) mindestens einen Verriegelungsstift (18), der die Drehung zwischen dem Rotorkörper (7) und dem Statorkörper (6) verhindern kann, wenn er in einen Aufnahmehohlraum (19) im Statorkörper (6) eingreift, und der sich bewegen kann, um sich aus diesem Aufnahmehohlraum (19) zu lösen und sich zu mindestens einer Vertiefung (25) von mindestens einem Verifizierungselement (16, 20) auszurichten, nur dann, wenn mindestens ein Verifizierungselement die Position einnimmt, die auf die positive Verifizierung der Formtyp-Codierung (16, 20) des bewegbaren Elements (9) folgt, wobei die Bewegungsrichtung des Verriegelungsstifts (18) lotrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Verifizierungselements (16, 20) verläuft.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Gruppe von mehreren Verifizierungselementen (16, 20) umfasst, die zueinander so angeordnet sind, dass sich der Verriegelungsstift (18) aus dem Aufnahmehohlraum (19) lösen kann, wenn alle Vertiefungen (25) der Verifizierungselemente (16, 20) der Gruppe untereinander und zum Verriegelungsstift ausgerichtet sind, in der Konfiguration, die auf die positive Verifizierung von mehreren Formtyp-Codierungen (16, 20) und/oder Teilen einer Formtyp-Codierung des bewegbaren Elements (9) durch alle Verifizierungselemente (16, 20) derselben Gruppe folgt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest ein zusätzliches Dimensionstyp-Codierungssystem umfasst, dargestellt durch die Tiefe von Hohlräumen (10), die im Rahmen des Schlüssels (8) ausgeschnitten sind, und umfassend zumindest einen Verifizierungsmechanismus für die Dimensionstyp-Codierung, umfassend mindestens einen Kolben (11) und einen Gegenkolben (12), wobei der Kolben (11) eine Länge aufweist, die, wenn er mit dem Hohlraum (10) der korrekten Codierung auf dem Schlüssel (8) auf einer Seite gekoppelt ist, vollständig im Rotorkörper (7) enthalten ist und ihre entgegengesetzte Kante ausrichtet, die den Gegenkolben (12) auf der Oberfläche berührt, die den Rotorkörper (7) und den Statorkörper (6) trennt, und umfassend mindestens ein Federelement (13), das den Mechanismus vorspannt, um sich mit dem Codierungshohlraum (10) zu kuppeln.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Mittel umfasst, das in der Lage ist, die Bewegung des bewegbaren Elements (9) mit einer eigenen Kraft vorzuspannen, um die Fehlplatzierung des bewegbaren Elements (9) durch die Wirkung des Eigengewichts zu vermeiden, wenn das Schlosssystem mit einer Ausrichtung eingebaut wird, die dies ermöglichen könnte.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position von mindestens einem Verifizierungselement (16, 20), die die Loslösung des Verriegelungsstifts (18) aus dem Aufnahmehohlraum (19) erlaubt, auf eine teilweise positive Verifizierung der Formtyp-Codierung auf dem bewegbaren Element (9) folgt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmehohlraum (19) zu einem Loch im Statorkörper (6) ausgerichtet ist, das zumindest eine andere unterschiedliche Komponente des Schlosssystems aufnimmt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Mittel umfasst, um den Hub und/oder die Möglichkeit von mindestens einem Verifizierungselement (16, 20) für die Formtyp-Codierung zu begrenzen (22).
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eins der Verifizierungselemente für die Formtyp-Codierung ein entsprechend geformtes Blättchen ist und in einem Hohlraum des Rotorkörper (7) untergebracht ist, ausgebildet durch teilweises Ausschneiden des Rotorkörpers auf einer Ebene, die lotrecht zu dessen Rotationsachse verläuft.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Schlüsselrahmen (8) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass vor dem bewegbaren Element (9) in Richtung der Einführung des Schlüssels eine Rippe (30) des Schlüsselrahmens (8) angeordnet ist und dass diese Rippe mindestens eine sich verjüngende Kante (31) aufweist sowie einen Querschnitt, der groß genug ist, um die Überschneidung zwischen dem bewegbaren Element (9) und den Verifizierungselementen (16, 20) während des Einfügens und/oder Herausziehens des Schlüssels in das/aus dem Schlüsselloch zu vermeiden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Rahmen (8) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das bewegbare Element (9) sich an mindestens einer seiner Kanten verjüngt, um das Überschneiden zwischen dem bewegbaren Element (9) und den Verifizierungselementen (16, 20) während des Einfügens und/oder Herausziehens des Schlüssels in das/aus dem Schlüsselloch zu vermeiden.
