Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen, welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Einbringen des Steins (P) in einen an dem Produkt (O, O') ausgebildeten ersten Sitz (10), wobei der Sitz (10) eine Öffnung (11) und mehrere Anlagesitze (13, 14) aufweist;- Einsetzen von Verriegelungsmitteln (15) durch einen jeweiligen zweiten Durchgangssitz (12), und bis die Verriegelungsmittel (15) an dem Stein (P) anliegen, und- Verriegeln der Verriegelungsmittel (15) innerhalb des zweiten Sitzes (12) um dabei die Verriegelung des Steins (P) innerhalb des Sitzes (10) zu realisieren,wobei die Verriegelungsmittel als Stift (15) ausgebildet sind und wobei der erste Sitz (10) innen eine asymmetrische Form aufweist und mindestens ein mit der Außenseite des Produkts (0) kommunizierendes zweites Sitzloch (12) aufweist, das an einem unteren Bereich des Sitzes (10) endet, und der Stift (15) mit dem Einsteckende an dem Stein (P) anliegt und
wobei nach dem Einsetzen der Verriegelungsmittel (15) bis zum Anschlag mit dem Stein (P) die Mittel den Stein (P) bewegen bis zur Anlage in die Anlagesitze (13, 14) innerhalb des ersten Sitzes (10) und die Verriegelung der Verrigelungsmittel (15) innerhalb des zweiten Sitzes (12) das Entfernen des Steines (P) von dem ersten Sitz (10) sowohl in Einsetzrichtung des Steines in diesem als auch in entgegengesetzter Richtung verhindert. - Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Anlagesitze (13, 14) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (11) des Sitzes (10) als Hinterschneidung ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stift (15) ein Gewindestift oder ein gewindefreier Stift ist.
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stein (P) im geneigten Zustand derart in den ersten Sitz (10) durch die Öffnung (11) eingeführt wird, dass er anschließend innerhalb des ersten Sitzes (10) gedreht wird.
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Öffnung (11) des ersten Sitzes (10) einen Abstand zwischen gegenüberliegenden Seiten oder eine Größe aufweist, die geringfügig kleiner ist als die maximale Größe des Steins (P).
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Stift (15), nachdem er im verriegelten Zustand in Anlage an diesem Stein (P) eingesetzt ist, einen Teil gegenüber dem Anlageteil aufweist, der durch seinen Sitz (12) hindurchragt.
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der aus dem zweiten Sitz (12) hervorstehende Teil des Stifts (15) nach der Verriegelung desselben in seinem Sitz (12) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren zur Einfassung von Ziersteinen (P) in Schmuck-Produkten (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der Stift (15) in seinem Sitz (12) durch Schweißen arretiert wird.
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P), umfassend:- mindestens einen Sitz (10), in dem der mindestens eine Zierstein (P) untergebracht ist, der in dem Schmuck-Produkt (O, O') ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste Sitz (10) eine Öffnung (11) und mehrere Anlagesitze (13, 14) für den Stein (P) aufweist; und- Verriegelungsmittel (15) zum Verriegeln des Steins (P) innerhalb des ersten Sitzes (10), wobei die Verriegelungsmittel in einem jeweiligen zweiten Sitz (12) angeordnet sind,wobei die Verriegelungsmittel als Stift (15) ausgebildet sind und wobei der erste Sitz (10) mindestens ein mit der Außenseite des Produkts (0) kommunizierendes zweites Sitzloch (12) aufweist, das an einem unteren Bereich des ersten Sitzes (10) endet, so dass der Stift (15) im eingesetzten Zustand mit dem Einsteckende an dem Stein (P) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Sitz (10) innen eine asymmetrische Form aufweist.
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Anschlagsitze (13, 14) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (11) des ersten Sitzes (10) als Hinterschneidung ausgebildet sind.
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P) nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Stift (15) ein Gewindestift oder ein gewindefreier Stift ist.
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei die Öffnung (11) des ersten Sitzes (10) einen Abstand zwischen gegenüberliegenden Seiten oder eins Größe aufweist, die geringfügig kleiner ist als die maximale Größe des Steins (P).
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei zumindest ein Hinterschnittsitz (13) eine im Wesentlichen umgekehrte V-Form aufweist, wobei der Hinterschnittsitz (13) einen ersten Teil (131), der komplementär zu der Form eines ersten Abschnitts (P') des Steins (P) ist, und einen zweiten Teil (132) umfasst, der zu einem zweiten Abschnitt (P") des Steins (P) komplementär ist, wobei die Anordnung derart ist, dass die Teile (131) und (132) ausgebildet sind, um jeweils den ersten bzw. den zweiten Abschnitt (P, P") des Steins (P) komplementär aufzunehmen.
- Schmuck-Produkt (O, O'), Modeschmuck und dergleichen mit mindestens einem Zierstein (P) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 13, wobei der erste Sitz (10) einen innen vertieften konkaven Teil aufweist, der mindestens einen Anlagebereich (14) definiert und der einen mit einem jeweiligen dritten Abschnitt (P"') des Steins (P) zu koppelnden oberen Teil (141) aufweist, wobei ein solcher Abschnitt (P"') mit jedem Teil (141) in Anlage ist, wenn der Stein (P) innerhalb des ersten Sitzes (10) aufgenommen ist.
