Claims (8)

  1. Anlage (1) zum Abdecken und Aufdecken einer Fläche, umfassend:
    - eine Plane (3), die wenigstens an einem Kopfbalken (2) angebracht ist,
    - auf beiden Seiten der Plane (3) eine Kette (4) aus Kettengliedern (5), die schubstarr ist, verschiebebetätigt wird und ein mit dem Kopfbalken (2) verbundenes Ende umfasst, um die Plane (3) zwischen einem Lager (M) zur Aufnahme der Plane (3) in aufgedeckter Position und einer Position zum Abdecken der Fläche zu bewegen,
    - zwei koaxiale Ritzel (6), die über eine Verbindungswelle drehverbunden sind und Zähne (28) umfassen, welche den Kettengliedern (5) der Ketten (4) angepasst sind, um die Verschiebung der Ketten (4) in einer ersten, sogenannten Abdeckrichtung zum Abdecken der Fläche und in einer zu der ersten entgegengesetzten zweiten, sogenannten Aufdeckrichtung zum Aufdecken der Fläche in Gang zu setzen,

    - dass jeder Schlitten (8) wenigstens eine Zange (12), die für das vorübergehende Greifen einer Rolle (13) eines Kettengliedes (5) der Kette (4) ausgelegt ist, und eine Einheit zum Verriegeln (14) des Greifens der Zange (12) relativ zu der Kette (4) umfasst, um ein Anheben der Plane (3) gegenüber der Kette (4) zu verhindern, und
    - dass die Anlage ein System zum Betätigen (27) der Verriegelungseinheit (14) im Bereich des Lagers umfasst, um den Schlitten (8) an der Kette (4) in der Abdeckrichtung zu blockieren und um den Schlitten (8) von der Kette (4) in der Aufdeckrichtung freizugeben.
  2. Anlage (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zange (12) eine feste Backe (17) und eine Backe (18), die gegenüber dem Schlitten (8) zwischen einer Position zum Greifen der Rolle (13) eines Kettengliedes und einer geöffneten Position drehbeweglich ist, umfasst, wobei die bewegliche Backe (18) mit einem System zum Rückstellen (19) in die geöffnete Position versehen ist, und die Verriegelungseinheit (14) einen Arm (20) umfasst, der gegenüber dem Schlitten (8) zwischen einer sogenannten Abstützposition, in der die bewegliche Backe (18) an einem Ende (23) des beweglichen Arms (20) abgestützt ist, wodurch die Zange (12) in der Greifposition gehalten wird, und einer eingefahrenen Position zum Freigeben der beweglichen Backe (18) drehbeweglich ist, wobei der bewegliche Arm (20) mit einer Vorrichtung zum Rückstellen (22) in die Abstützposition versehen ist.
  3. Anlage (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinheit (14) einen Riegel (24) umfasst, der mit der beweglichen Backe (18) fest verbunden ist und einen Freischnitt (25) aufweist, welcher dazu ausgelegt ist, das Ende (23) des beweglichen Arms (20), das einen Blockierungsschub auf den Riegel (24) ausübt, aufzunehmen, wenn die bewegliche Backe (18) sich in der Greifposition befindet.
  4. Anlage (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungssystem (27) die Verriegelungseinheit (14) und die Ritzel (6) umfasst, die wenigstens einen Zahn (28) aufweisen, welcher dazu ausgelegt ist, auf die Verriegelungseinheit (14) derart zu wirken, dass dann, wenn die Kette (4) in der Abdeckrichtung bewegt wird und ein Schlitten (8) auf ihr (4) positioniert ist, die Zange (12) sich an einer Rolle (13) eines Kettengliedes (5) schließt, um den Schlitten (8) an der Kette (4) zu blockieren, und dann, wenn die Kette (4) in der Aufdeckrichtung bewegt wird und wenn ein Schlitten (8) in den Bereich des Ritzels (6) bewegt wird, der Zahn (28) auf die Verriegelungseinheit (14) durch Ingangsetzen des Öffnens der Zange (12) wirkt, um den Schlitten (8) von der Kette (4) freizugeben.
  5. Anlage (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Kettenglied (5) der Kette (4) mit einer Laufrolle (29) versehen ist, mittels derer die Kette (4) sich auf dem Boden abstützt, wobei die Laufrolle (29) an einer Achse angebracht ist, die im Wesentlichen horizontal und mit einer Vorrichtung zur Winkeleinstellung (43) versehen ist, um in der Ebene der Fläche die Richtung der Verschiebung der Kette (4) zu variieren.
  6. Anlage (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitten (8) paarweise durch eine Traverse (10) getragen sind, die sich parallel zu dem Kopfbalken (2) erstreckt und von einem Hohlprofil und von zwei Armen (11) gebildet ist, wobei die Arme (11) jeweils in das Hohlprofil an seinen Enden eingesteckt sind und sich an einem Schlitten (8) abstützen.
  7. Anlage (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei aufeinanderfolgende Traversen (10) durch wenigstens einen Gurt (55), der mit zylindrischen Enden (57) versehen ist, untereinander verbunden sind, wobei die Traversen (10) mit Auskehlungen (59) versehen sind, die dazu ausgelegt sind, die zylindrischen Enden (57) aufzunehmen.
  8. Anlage (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plane (3) mit einem zylindrischen Querwulst (59) versehen ist und dass der Kopfbalken (2) ein Hohlprofil umfasst, das mit einer Querauskehlung (58) versehen ist, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, den zylindrischen Wulst (59) aufzunehmen, wobei eine Kappe (60) den Wulst (59) der Plane (3) abdeckt.
