Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sachet-type package that can be sealed after it has been filled with a product, said package being closable after a first opening so as to extract several amounts of the product at separate time intervals and preserve the rest of the product. produced in the closed package.
  • a package finds its application, for example, in the fish, deli or cheese department, for the in situ packaging of fresh food in said packaging directly by the merchant at the time he serves his customers.
  • packaging or sachets which comprise a repositionable closure system so as to allow the closure of the package once filled with product, then its opening to extract a quantity of the product, and then a new closure by repositioning the closure system to preserve the remainder of said product contained in the package.
  • the product can be consumed in several times.
  • This type of packaging has the disadvantage of allowing fraudulent consumers to use the shelves of the self-service store, to extract a quantity of product from the package directly inside the store, then to properly reposition the closing system and leave said package started in the radius.
  • the fraudulent consumer may add an additional quantity of product in the package after being weighed and labeled with the selling price by the seller, before the checkout; at the time of checkout, the cashier may not be able to see that the package has already been opened.
  • Some packages of the prior art can overcome this disadvantage by providing a package or bag that has a pocket configured to remain permanently closed before a first opening that is apparent when it is performed. Once the pocket is open, it can be closed temporarily by means of a repositionable closure.
  • the Spanish utility model published under the number ES1074604U and the international patent application published under the number WO9964308A1 .
  • the document WO9964308A1 discloses a package that includes a front sheet and a back sheet forming a pocket, the back sheet extending upwardly from the front sheet so as to constitute a closure flap of the pocket.
  • These front and back sheets are sealed together by a sealing bead located on the upper side of the bag, which ensures the permanent closure of the bag before the first use.
  • This sealing bead is configured to be separated when the two sheets are spread apart, thereby opening the pocket.
  • An adhesive strip is arranged on the outer face of the front sheet to maintain the flap in the closed position of the bag after its first opening, the flap can be released to access the opening and then repositioned, so as to consume the product.
  • Gripping means are arranged to grip the upper edge of the front sheet and facilitate the separation of the sealing bead.
  • the present invention implements an alternative design of a package that has a pocket configured to be filled with products and then closed by the merchant directly in the store according to the customer's request, said pocket being further configured to remain closed by before the first opening and then, once open pocket, to be closed temporarily by means of a repositionable closure, which allows to consume the product contained in the package in several quantities and to prevent access to said product before an apparent first opening when it is performed.
  • the invention relates to a package comprising a first sheet and a second sheet.
  • the two sheets are preferably of identical dimensions and they are sealed together on the lateral sides and on the lower side of the package, which allows to form a pocket with a top opening a first opening, before a first use of the package where said bag will be closed after the introduction of a product, for example food.
  • the package comprises means for permanently closing the pocket opening, said permanent closure means being configured between said sheets on the upper side of the package, to be put in place and close the first opening a pocket filled with a product.
  • the filling of the bag with the product and the establishment of the means of permanent closure are carried out by the merchant or the seller in the store according to the products ordered by the customer, or are made directly by the customer who uses himself in the shop. Said sheets are secured to each other on said upper side, preferably edge-to-edge, during the establishment of the permanent closure means.
  • the permanent closure means remain in position permanently on the package once set up by the merchant, that is to say, they are not detached or cut to open the pocket, and the second sheet comprises easy opening means configured to manually create a second opening on this second sheet, shifted below the permanent closure means, so as to open said pocket and access the products.
  • the upper part of the package consisting of the upper part of the first sheet and the upper part of the second sheet permanently assembled together by means of permanent closure means, forms a flap configured to be folded on the outer face of the second sheet covering said second opening, which allows to close the bag.
  • the packaging comprises repositionable closing means which are configured on said outer face to temporarily hold the flap in the closed position of the second opening.
  • the sheets are impermeable.
  • the permanent closure means are configured to ensure a closure seal of the upper side with the lateral sides, when they are put in place.
  • porous sheets and closure means that do not provide a complete seal between the upper side and the lateral sides of the package, without departing from the scope of the invention; this would be feasible, for example, for packaging for hardware products or for hot products, in order to limit condensation or even for other products.
  • the two sheets are sealed together on the lateral sides by means of at least one sealing cords whose upper edges are spaced from the upper edge of the package
  • the closure means permanent assembly comprising a first adhesive strip which is arranged on an inner face of one of the sheets and which extends laterally to the lateral edges of the inner face, two complementary adhesive additions arranged on the inner face by joining the edges upper of the sealing bead at the lateral ends of said adhesive strip, and a first removable protective strip which extends laterally between the inner faces of the sheets and which covers the adhesive strip and the two complementary additions of adhesive.
  • This type of packaging is configured to allow a first closure of the bag in situ by the trader, after filling the product bag, in the shelves of fresh products such as fish, dairy, butcher's and deli departments.
  • first gripping means are configured to grip the first protective strip and facilitate its removal from the first adhesive strip.
  • first gripping means facilitates the realization of the first closure of the bag after filling into products.
  • the repositionable closing means are arranged below the easy opening means. This provision presents for advantage of channeling the opening of the pocket between the permanent closure means and the repositionable closing means, so as to prevent the opening from spreading on the second sheet.
  • these repositionable closure means above the easy opening means, that is to say on the flap portion, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
  • these consist of a pre-cut line which extends laterally on the outer face.
  • second gripping means are arranged on the outer face of the second sheet, on at least one side of the pre-cut line.
  • This has the advantage of facilitating the gripping with the fingers of the second sheet, on each side of the pre-cut line, to fire in two opposite directions and tear the second sheet along this line of pre-cut. This is all the more advantageous when the product contained in the bag is flat and wet, for example slices of ham, and the internal faces of the two sheets stick on this product, which would prevent easy grasping the second sheet in the same way. absence of said second gripping means.
  • variants of second gripping means are possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
  • the means of easy opening on the packaging object of the invention comprise two lines of pre-cuts which extend laterally with a spacing between them, so as to define a pre-cut strip.
  • an adhesive tape covers said precut tape, the adhesion coefficient of the adhesive tape being greater than the tearing coefficient of the precut lines, gripping means being configured to grip said adhesive tape.
  • the repositionable closing means consist of a second adhesive strip extending laterally, directly or indirectly, on the outer face of the second sheet, and a second removable protective strip coating said second adhesive strip before the introduction of said repositionable closure means.
