Claims (2)

  1. Hermetischer Verpackungsbeutel zum Transport und/oder zur Lagerung von Lebensmitteln, der vorgeformt ist, der aus zwei Filmen (N1, N2) besteht, die auf drei Seiten (1, 2, 3) verschweißt sind, der mit einem Mittel zum dichten Verschließen versehen ist und dessen Öffnung mit einer mit einem Klebeband versehenen Randfläche versehen ist, welches durch ein Schutzband abgedeckt ist, das vor dem Verkleben mit der anderen Fläche zum Verschließen des Beutels abgezogen wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Öffnung (0) sich auf der einen Seite durch eine mit einem Klebeband (7) versehene Lippe (5), welches die gesamte Länge (L) der Öffnung einnimmt und vor dem Verkleben durch ein abnehmbares Band geschützt ist, und auf der anderen Seite durch eine beim Verlassen der Fertigung gegen die Außenseite des Beutels (S) umgeschlagene andere Lippe (6), die zum Verschließen des Beutels für das Verkleben an die verklebte Lippe (5) bestimmt ist, erstreckt,
    - die zwei Lippen (5, 6) sich bis zu den Außenrändern des Beutels (S), auf Höhe der Öffnung (0), erstrecken und das Klebeband (7) sich bis zu den zwei Rändern und bis zur Umschlaglinie der umgeschlagenen Lippe (6) erstreckt,
    - mindestens eine der Außenecken (9, 10) der mit dem Klebeband (7) versehenen Lippe (5) ausgeschnitten ist und das das Klebeband (7) bedeckende Schutzband (8) den ausgeschnittenen Teil innerhalb der Kontur des Beutels (S) überlappt.
  2. Stapel von Verpackungsbeuteln nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Beutel derart aufeinandergestapelt sind, dass sie mit der umgeschlagenen, nicht verklebten Lippe (6) die Fertigung verlassen.
