Die Gaskolben 4 sind ihrerseits nunmehr in einem Gaskolbengehäuse 3, welches im hinteren Bereich des Waffenrohres 2 angeordnet ist, eingebunden. Das Gaskolbengehäuse 3 kann aber auch Teil des Waffenrohres 2 sein. Die Schließfedervorrichtungen 13 umfassen je eine Schließfederhülse 6 und eine Schließfeder 5, wobei Nocken 9 der Schließfedervorrichtung 13 an den Verschluss 7 eingreifen. Die Schließfedervorrichtungen 13 sind ihrerseits im Waffengehäuse 1 integriert. Die Gasentnahme für die Gaskolben 4 des Gasdruckladers 10 erfolgt über Gaskanäle 14 zwischen den Gaskolben 4 und dem Waffenrohr 2.
