Claims (14)
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie eines Metallprodukts, wie etwa von Bändern oder Platten, welche umfasst:- eine Beizanlage (DECA), wobei diese Anlage an einem Rand wenigstens eines Einlaufs oder eines Auslaufs des Produkts (1, 2) wenigstens einer der Fertigbearbeitungseinrichtungen angeordnet ist, aus denen die Fertigbearbeitungslinie besteht,- einen Einlauf der Fertigbearbeitungslinie, der gemischte Produkte vom oxidierten oder gebeizten Typ aufnimmt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- dieser Typ in Abhängigkeit von einer Information über den Oxidationszustand des Produkts am Einlauf der Fertigbearbeitungslinie identifiziert wird, wobei die Information von einem Bediener, einer Datei oder einer Erkennungsvorrichtung geliefert wird, um die Beizanlage in eine Betriebsart der Aktivierung oder Deaktivierung des Beizens durch einen einfachen Umgehungskreis bzw. ein Abschalten der Funktion der aktiven Beizung des durch die Beizanlage laufenden Produkts umzuschalten.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Beizanlage frei von Säure, Basen oder Säure- oder Basensalzen ist, die zum Beizen bestimmt sind.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beizanlage ein unterbrechbares Beizmittel umfasst, das auf wenigstens einem mechanischen, Vibrations- oder elektromagnetischen wie etwa optischen Beizmittel beruht.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beizanlage nach oder vor einer Planiereinrichtung einer Fertigbearbeitungslinie angeordnet ist, wie etwa einem Dressierwalzwerk (SPM) und/oder einer Richtmaschine (PrePl, Pla, PlaST).
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fertigbearbeitungseinrichtungen wenigstens einer der folgenden Anlagen entsprechen:- einer Dressierwalzanlage (SPM), die für "Coil zu Coil" (2) oder "Coil zu Platte" (3, EMP) eingerichtet ist,- einer Anlage zum Schneiden auf Länge (EMP) mit oder ohne Dressieren,- einer Anlage zum Längsteilen (REFD) von Coils,- einer Inspektionsanlage (INSP),- einer Richtanlage,- einer Anlage zum Teilen von Coils,- und/oder einer Besäumanlage.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beizanlage frei von Säure, Basen oder Säure- oder Basensalzen ist, die zum Beizen bestimmt sind, und idealerweise ein System zum Spritzen einer Beizzusammensetzung auf das Produkt umfasst, wie etwa mittels eines festen Schleifmittels und, falls erforderlich, einer Flüssigkeit.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 3, wobei das feste Schleifmittel feste Partikel und/oder Körner umfasst und die Flüssigkeit, falls erforderlich, mindestens Wasser umfasst.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die Flüssigkeit wenigstens einen Oxidationshemmer umfasst.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei ein System zum Spritzen auf das Produkt wenigstens ein Schleuderrad für die Beizzusammensetzung umfasst.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei ein System zum Spritzen auf das Produkt wenigstens eine Spritzdüse umfasst, die mit der Druckflüssigkeit und dem festen Schleifmittel versorgt wird.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beizanlage frei von Säure, Basen oder Säure- oder Basensalzen ist, die zum Beizen bestimmt sind, und idealerweise wenigstens ein Laserstrahlungssystem umfasst, das die Oberfläche des Produkts durch kontinuierliches Auftreffen abtastet.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beizanlage frei von Säure, Basen oder Säure- oder Basensalzen ist, die zum Beizen bestimmt sind, und idealerweise wenigstens ein System zur Erzeugung von Ultraschallwellen umfasst, das die Oberfläche des Produkts abtastet.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das durchlaufende Produkt Durchlaufgeschwindigkeiten von mindestens bis zu 100 m/min erreicht.
- Fertigbearbeitungslinie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Einleitung eines Oxidationshemmers in die Beizanlage in Abhängigkeit von einer Information über die gewünschte Dauer der Aufrechterhaltung des oxidationsfreien Zustands des gebeizt aus der Fertigbearbeitungslinie auslaufenden Produkts, wie etwa eines Bandes oder einer Platte, aktiviert, moduliert oder deaktiviert werden kann, wobei die Information an ein Steuerungsmodul der Beizanlage geliefert wird.
