  • une portion de rétention configurée pour engager, dans une position de blocage en rotation, au moins un relief complémentaire solidaire du support fixe en l'absence d'un effort de rotation exercé par l'utilisateur sur la molette ;
  • un socle configuré pour être entraîné en rotation lorsque la molette est mise en rotation par l'utilisateur dans le sens d'un desserrage ;
  • un premier barreau portant la portion de rétention, le premier barreau étant élastiquement déformable afin de provoquer, quand déformé, le désengagement de la portion de rétention dudit au moins un relief complémentaire. De préférence, le barreau séparant la portion de rétention du socle;
  • une portion d'actionnement de la portion de rétention, cette portion d'actionnement étant portée par un deuxième barreau en étant éloignée de la portion de rétention ;
  • le cliquet étant configuré de manière à ce que, dans un sens de rotation de la molette correspondant au desserrage, la molette, par l'intermédiaire de la portion d'actionnement, provoque le désengagement de la portion de rétention dudit au moins un relief complémentaire.

Claims (19)

  1. Device for winding and locking (100) a drawstring (400) for a personal item of equipment of clothing, footwear, protection helmet or equipment type, the device (100) comprising a fixed support (200), a reel (300) that is rotary relative to the fixed support (200) and intended to be linked to the drawstring (400) for the tightening or loosening thereof, a thumb wheel (500) for driving the reel (300) that can be actuated by a user and elements (210, 600) for locking the rotation of the reel (300), characterized in that the locking elements (210, 600) comprise at least one ratchet (600) having:
    - a block (614) configured to be driven in rotation when the thumb wheel (500) is rotated by the user in the loosening direction;
    - a retention portion (611) configured to engage, in a rotation locking position, at least one complementary relief (210) integral to the fixed support (200) in the absence of a rotation force exerted by the user on the thumb wheel (500);
    - a first bar (610) bearing the retention portion (611) and separating the retention portion (611) from the block (614), the first bar (610) being elastically deformable in order to provoke, when deformed, the disengagement of the retention portion (611) from said at least one complementary relief (210);
    - an actuation portion (622) for the retention portion (611), this actuation portion (622) being borne by a second bar (620) by being at a distance from the retention portion (611);
    - the ratchet (600) being configured so that, in a direction of rotation of the thumb wheel (500) corresponding to loosening, the thumb wheel (500), via the actuation portion (622), provokes the disengagement of the retention portion (611) from said at least one complementary relief (210).
  2. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the actuation portion (622) is arranged in the vicinity of a first end of the second bar (620), the second bar (620) comprising a second end by which the second bar (620) is secured to the first bar (610).
  3. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the actuation portion (622) is driven by a first driving member (510) integral to the thumb wheel (500).
  4. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the first driving member is in the form of a driving abutment (510) configured to push the actuation portion (622) borne by the second bar (620) to unlock the rotation of the thumb wheel (500), this push deforming the first bar (610) in order to disengage the retention portion (611) from the complementary relief (210) of the fixed support (200).
  5. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which, in the tightening direction, the driving abutment (510) is configured to push an actuation element (310) integral to the reel (300) in order to drive the rotation of the reel (300) in this direction.
  6. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the retention portion (611) is located in the vicinity of a first end of the first bar (610), the block (614) being located in the vicinity of a second end of the first bar (610).
  7. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which, in the loosening direction, the block (614) is pushed by a second driving member (520) integral to the thumb wheel (500).
  8. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the ratchet (600) is integral to the reel (300) in proximity to the block (614), a fork (613) borne by the ratchet (600) surrounding a securing element (320) borne by or integral to the reel (300), the block (614) forming one of the branches of the fork (613).
  9. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a noise-making element configured to rub against the internal periphery of the fixed support (200) under the action of a rotation force exerted by a user on the thumb wheel (500) in the loosening direction.
  10. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which, the noise-maker-forming element is borne by an arm (630) which extends from the first bar (610) so that the deformation of the arm (630) provokes the rubbing of the noise-making element against the internal periphery of the fixed support (200) in the loosening direction.
  11. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the arm (630) is elastically deformable, a distancing abutment (520) borne by or integral to the thumb wheel (500) keeping the free end (631) of the arm (630) at a distance from the internal periphery of the fixed support (200) under the action of a rotation force exerted by a user on the thumb wheel (500) in the tightening direction.
  12. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, comprising a second driving member (520) integral to the thumb wheel (500) and configured to push the block (614) under the action of said rotation force exerted by a user on the thumb wheel (500) in the loosening direction, and in which the second driving member (520) also forms said distancing abutment.
  13. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the complementary relief (210) integral to the fixed support (200) is formed by notches (211), the device being configured so that, in the absence of said rotation force exerted by a user on the thumb wheel (500) in the loosening direction, at least one tooth (612) borne by the retention portion (611) is inserted into a notch (211).
  14. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the number of teeth borne by the retention portion (611) lies between 1 and 5.
  15. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the first bar (610) has, at least for its retention portion (611), an outer curvature oriented towards the fixed support (200) and corresponding to that of the internal periphery of said support (200).
  16. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, which comprises a single ratchet (600).
  17. Device (100) according to the preceding claim, in which the single ratchet (600) bears a single retention portion (611).
  18. Device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the ratchet (600) is formed of a single piece.
  19. Personal equipment of clothing, footwear, protective helmet or equipment type having at least one drawstring (400) and a winding and locking device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims.
