Claims (15)

  1. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the pin (112) is secured to a support (111) which is able to be mounted on a transverse edge (97, 98) of the closing panel (9), and in that the latch (120) is mounted in such a way as to be able to rotate, as a whole or in part, with respect to the support (111).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that it comprises a pin (112) secured to a support (111) which is mounted on each transverse edge (97, 98) of the closing panel (9), and in that a latch (120) is mounted on each pin in such a way as to be able to rotate.
  4. Device according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterised in that the support (111) defines a zone (117) for receiving and trapping an upper wall (91) of the closing panel (9) when it is mounted on the transverse edge (97, 98) of the closing panel.
  5. Device according to one of claims 2 to 3, characterised in that the latch (120) comprises:
    - a catch (123) which extends in a projection direction (Y123) that is radial with respect to an axis of rotation (Z112) of the latch on the pin, and
    - a handle (125), a portion (125C) of which extends, with respect to a face (113) of the support (111) from which the pin (112) projects, over a distance (d1), measured parallel to the axis of rotation, such that the sum of this distance and of the thickness (e1) of a plate (115) of the support (111) from which the pin (112) extends is greater than or equal to 21 mm.
  6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the latch (120) comprises:
    - a member (120A) mounted in such a way as to be able to rotate on the pin (112),
    - a tab (120B) articulated on the member and able to move in translation in a direction (D120) perpendicular to and non-secant with a central axis (Z112) of the pin (112).
  7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the member (120A), which is mounted in such a way as to be able to rotate on the pin (112), and the tab (120B) are formed by a one-piece part (120) and are connected by a film hinge (120C).
  8. Device according to one of claims 2 to 4 or according to claim 5 when the latter is dependent on claim 2, characterised in that the pin (112) and the support (111) form part of one and the same one-piece part (110).
  9. Sun-protection or closing facility (1) comprising a box (C) equipped with:
    - a tunnel housing (2) in the shape of an inverted U, surrounding a winding shaft (4) of a shutter (3) or cords of a venetian blind,
    - two end cheeks (7, 8) of the tunnel housing (2) supporting the winding shaft (4),
    - a closing panel (9), immobilised with respect to the cheeks and shutting off a lower opening (22) of the box, in a position in which a longitudinal edge (95) of said closing panel delimits, with the tunnel housing, a slot (25) for the passage of the shutter,
    characterised in that the facility comprises at least one device (100) according to one of the preceding claims for immobilising the closing panel (9) with respect to at least one cheek (7, 8).
  10. Facility according to claim 9, characterised in that the latch (120) comprises a handle (125) for controlling the rotation thereof with respect to the pin (112), and in that said handle is able to be actuated through the slot (25) for the passage of the shutter (3).
  11. Facility according to one of claims 9 or 10, characterised in that the closing panel (9) is provided, along its longitudinal edge (95) which delimits the slot (25) for the passage of the shutter (3), with a rib (96) which extends upwards with respect to an upper wall (91) of the closing panel, and in that the latch (120) is configured to extend in part (125C) above the rib when it is in its first position.
  12. Facility according to claim 11, characterised in that the part (125C) of the latch that is configured to extend above the rib (96) rises, with respect to a plate (115) of the support (111), over a distance (d1), measured parallel to the axis of rotation (Z112), such that the sum of this distance (d1) and of the thickness (e1) of the plate (115) is greater than the height (h9) of the rib, measured perpendicular to its upper wall (91).
  13. Facility according to claim 9, characterised in that the latch comprises a member (120A) mounted in such a way as to be able to rotate on the pin (112), and a tab (120B) articulated on the member and able to move in translation, with respect to the closing panel (11), in a direction (D120) parallel to the upper wall (91) of the closing panel (9).
  14. Facility according to claim 13, characterised in that the tab (120B) comprises a handle (127B) for controlling the translation thereof relative to the closing panel (11), and in that said handle is able to be actuated through the slot (25) for the passage of the shutter (3).
  15. Facility according to one of claims 9 to 14, characterised in that the closing panel (9) is double-walled (91, 92) and the support (111) is provided with at least one blocking member (114A-114C; 114G-114H) that is able to penetrate into the internal volume (94) of the closing panel, between the walls thereof, preferably a plurality of blocking members (114A-114C) separated by slots (114E, 114F) for receiving internal ribs (93) of the closing panel.
