  • an unhealthy situation is understood to mean one in which a person lies and as a result of a disease (eg an arthrosis in the shoulder area) lie on his back, on his stomach or on one side without any problems (especially sleeping). while lying down or sleeping on the other side can be sleep disturbing or even disease-promoting, that is, unhealthy overall.
  • a disease eg an arthrosis in the shoulder area
  • an "unhealthy" situation is to be understood as a situation in which a person is lying down and respiratory failure (apnea), snoring or the like may occur.in the worst case, such an unhealthy situation would be a person with arthrosis affection in the footstool and a tendency to Apnea when he lies on his back.

  • Such a gyroscope is an independent building block that can be easily integrated in the device. Instead, the position sensor of another device, such as Beispie! a smartphone. As a particularly simple means for detecting the position of the person lying switching means are used.
  • These switching means are simple electrical contacts which are arranged in a current or signal circuit and, depending on the position of the person lying, close or interrupt the current or signal circuit. This is a measure of whether in which area ("healthy” and "unhealthy” position) the person is. Depending on this, measures may be taken to either prevent the person from gaining an inadmissible situation (for example, due to injury or illness), or, if the person has taken an improper situation, those measures be initiated. These measures are then acoustic, optical, vibrating or other measures, such as the application of the above-described inflatable or deflatable vest.
