Description

The invention relates to a cleaning agent according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

From the US 2005/0255172 a disinfectant is known which in addition to hydrogen peroxide has a content of acetylene glycol (with free hydroxyl groups).

Next is from the WO02051970 a cleaning agent, referred to as dry, which contains 0.5% of water and 0.5% of a special polydimethylsiloxane acting as a defoamer and of which 6 kg are dissolved in 200 liters of water.

The invention has for its object to provide a cleaning agent which shows an improved cleaning effect and achieves optimum results in its use for cleaning water-resistant, especially non-textile surfaces. Another object is to provide a cleaning agent which is optimally suited for use in scrubber driers.

The invention solves the problem with a cleaning agent having the features according to claim 1.

In contrast to conventional cleaning methods for textiles, the mode of action of the inventive cleaning agent is based less on the principle of soil emulsification by surfactants, but consists of the combination of two cleaning technologies. The wetting agent used lowers the surface tension of the detergent diluted with water in less than 1 second to below 30mN / m (measured at room temperature), which in combination with the mechanical power of cleaning offers the possibility of dirt particles in the water to suspend the cleaning liquor. By combining with an anti redeposition agent, the dirt particles are held in suspension, which counteracts a Redeposition.

The emulsifier allows the poorly water-soluble wetting agent a fast, homogeneous distribution in the cleaning liquor and surprisingly gives her a greatly improved emulsifying effect. The so-suspended, slightly negatively charged, dirt particles are electrostatically suspended due to the negative charges of the neutralized polyaspartic acid. In contrast to the known application of polyaspartic acid in textile detergent liquors, this is not used here for binding the Ca 2+ ions present, but for the electrosteric repulsion of the negatively charged dirt particles by the likewise negatively charged, long-chain molecules.

  • die negativ geladenen Schmutzpartikel werden elektrosterisch abgestossen;
  • durch einen Überschuss an aquatisierten, negativ geladenen Komplexbildner-Anteilen wird eine gegenseitige Abstossung zu den erfahrungsgemäss meist negativ geladenen Schmutzteilchen bewirkt;
The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially the following:
  • the negatively charged dirt particles are repelled electrostatically;
  • by an excess of aquatisierten, negatively charged complexing agent shares a mutual rejection to the experience usually causes negatively charged dirt particles;
  • the fleet shows an extremely good anti-redeposition effect; and
  • Surprisingly, there is a greatly improved emulsifying ability of the inventive cleaning agent, which is due to a synergistic effect of the emulsifiers; and
  • There are no high-foaming surfactants used, so that can be dispensed defoamer.

The formulations represent the composition of a dosing unit (eg 1 tablet or 1 sachet or 1 powder ration, etc.) which must be dissolved in 8-10 liters of water in order to obtain a suitable cleaning solution:
