Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning agent according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning agent that exhibits improved cleaning action and achieves optimum results when used for cleaning water resistant, especially non-fiber surfaces. A further object is to provide a cleaning agent that is optimal for use in a cleaning machine.
The object of the invention is achieved with a cleaning agent having the features of claim 1.
In contrast to traditional cleaning methods for textile products, the mode of action of the cleaning agent according to the present invention consists of a combination of two cleaning techniques rather than based on the principle of emulsification of soils with surfactants. . The wetting agent used reduced the surface tension of the cleaning agent diluted with water to less than 30 mN / m (measured at room temperature) in a very short time (less than 1 second), resulting in a combination with the mechanical strength of the cleaning. The aqueous cleaning solution allows the dirt particles to be suspended in the cleaning solution. In combination with the anti-redeposition agent, the dirt particles are retained in the suspension and prevent re-deposition.
The emulsifier makes it possible to achieve a rapid and uniform distribution of the low water-soluble wetting agent in the wash liquor and surprisingly provides a strongly improved emulsifying effect. The weakly negatively charged soil particles suspended in this way are electrosterically retained in the suspension by the negative charge of the neutralized polyaspartic acid. In contrast to the known use of polyaspartic acid in textile washing solutions, polyaspartic acid is not used here for binding to existing Ca 2+ ions, but rather of negatively charged soil particles. Similarly, it is used for electrosteric repulsion by negatively charged long chain molecules.
The advantages obtained by the present invention are essentially as follows.
-Negatively charged dirt particles are repelled electrosterically,
A mutual repulsive force acts on dirt particles, which are known to be negatively charged primarily by experience, due to an excessive amount of hydrated negatively charged complexing agent fraction,
The solution has a very good anti-redeposition effect;
Surprisingly, the cleaning agent according to the present invention has a strongly improved emulsifying capacity, which is due to the synergistic effect of the emulsifier, and because no high foaming surfactant is used, an antifoaming agent Can be made unnecessary.
