Die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 zur Reinigung einer Gleisanlage 2 mit einem Schienen 3 und Gleisschwellen 4 aufweisenden Gleisbett wird nachstehend anhand der Figuren 1 bis 9 näher dargestellt. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 ist in ein Schienenfahrzeug 5 integriert und dient vorzugsweise der Entfernung von nicht gezeigten schütt- oder rieselfähigen Verunreinigungen, insbesondere Sand, aus dem Gleisbett. Hierzu hat die Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 eine Zuführung 6 für Druckluft als Treibmedium, die in Fahrtrichtung 7 des Schienenfahrzeugs 5 schräg von oben auf die Oberfläche der verunreinigten Gleisanlage 2 gerichtet austritt. Dabei ist die Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 redundant derart ausgeführt, dass in beiden möglichen Fahrtrichtungen 7 jeweils eine von zwei Zuführungen 6 aktiviert wird.The cleaning device 1 according to the invention for cleaning a track system 2 with a rail 3 and track sleepers 4 having track bed is described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9 shown in more detail. Wie insbesondere in den Figuren 2a und 2b erkennbar, ist in Fahrtrichtung 7 vor der Zuführung 6 mit einem Abstand a zu dieser ein in den Figuren 3 bis 9 vergrößert dargestellter Prallkörper 8 um eine vertikale Achse 9 schwenkbeweglich angeordnet. Entsprechend eines ausgewählten Seitenwinkels α der Schwenkposition erfolgt der Auswurf der an dem Prallkörper 8 abgelenkten rieselfähigen Verunreinigungen als Austrittsstrahl 10 wahlweise zu der einen oder anderen Fahrzeugseite l, r. Die konstruktive Ausgestaltung des Prallkörpers 8 wird nachstehend noch anhand der Figuren 3 bis 9 weiter verdeutlicht. Wie zu erkennen, hat der Prallkörper 8 eine der Zuführung 6 zugewandte, zumindest abschnittsweise konkave Prallfläche 11 aus zwei schalenförmigen Formteilen 12, 13. Zur Einstellung einer gewünschten von diesen Formteilen 12, 13 im Bereich einer lateralen Austrittsöffnung 14 begrenzten Querschnittsfläche 15 sind diese Formteile 12, 13 relativ zueinander um eine Achse 16 schwenkbeweglich verbunden. Indem also die Austrittsöffnung 14 vergrößert oder verkleinert werden kann, ist der Austrittsstrahl 10 in gewünschter Weise formbar. Beispielsweise kann so ein dünner Sandstrahl hoher Geschwindigkeit erzeugt werden, um einen weiten Auswurf zu erreichen. Ebenso kann ein wolkenförmiger Austrittsstrahl 10 erzeugt werden. Zudem ist die Einstellung der Austrittsöffnung 14 unabhängig von dem Seitenwinkel α des Prallkörpers 8. Jede dieser Düsen 18 ist in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweiligen Abstand zu dem Prallkörper 8 und der Ausformung der Formteile 12, 13 in unterschiedlichen vertikalen Abständen gegenüber dem Prallkörper 8 festlegbar. Hierzu ist jede Düse 18 mit einem Schwenkarm 19 verbunden, welcher durch einen nicht gezeigten Antrieb in Pfeilrichtung 20 auslenkbar ist. Claims (12)

  1. Cleaning device (1) for cleaning a track system (2) intended for rail vehicles (5) to remove loose or free-flowing contaminants, wherein the cleaning device (1) is configured as a mobile unit which can be arranged on a rail vehicle (5), and has a feed (6) for compressed air as driving medium and an effective direction with a main direction component in a respective direction of travel (7), wherein an impact body (8) is movably arranged ahead of the feed (6) in the direction of travel (7) so as to be spaced by a distance (a) therefrom, which impact body (8) has an at least partially concave impact surface (11) which faces the feed (6), characterized by at least two bowl-like shaped parts (12, 13) which, in order to set different cross-sectional areas (15) delimited by these shaped parts (12, 13), are movably connected to one another in the region of a lateral outlet opening (14), with the result that contaminants which strike against the impact surface (11) in the direction of travel (7) by means of the compressed air can be selectively deflected to one of the two vehicle sides (1, r) of the rail vehicle (5) or of the track system (2) and can be discharged through the outlet opening (14) into the surroundings.
  2. Cleaning device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in order to set the height of the outlet opening (14), the impact body (8) is movable, in particular pivotably movable, into different vertical positions.
  3. Cleaning device (1) according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that, in order to guide away the objects, in particular loose material, impacting the impact body (8), the latter is pivotably movable either to the one or the other side of the track system (2) about a substantially vertical axis (9).
  4. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the effective size of the impact surface (11) for guiding away the contamination can be set by a different relative position of the bowl-like shaped parts (12, 13).
  5. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cross-sectional area (15) of the outlet opening (14) is delimited by the concave impact surface (11) only in certain portions of the circumference and is otherwise configured to be open.
  6. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the circumferential portion of the outlet opening (14) that is enclosed by the bowl-like shaped parts (12, 13) can be set by a different relative position of the shaped parts (12, 13).
  7. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bowl-like shaped parts (12, 13) are pivotably movably and/or slideably movably connected to one another in the manner of a slotted-link guide.
  8. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bowl-like shaped parts (12, 13) are configured as curved sheet-metal shaped parts.
  9. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the feed (6) for compressed air has a nozzle (18) which, in dependence on the relative distance from the impact body (8), can be fixed at different vertical and/or horizontal distances.
  10. Cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the feed (6) for compressed air has a nozzle (18) which is arranged so as to be pivotably movable about an axis (21) in order to set a different relative orientation with respect to the impact body (8).
  11. Rail vehicle (5) which is provided with a cleaning device (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims.
  12. Rail vehicle (5) according to Claim 11, characterized in that a pusher is provided ahead of the cleaning device (1) in the direction of travel (7) of the rail vehicle (5), by means of which the loose material can be selectively pushed off to one of the two vehicle sides (1, r).
