Claims (12)

1. Retaining device (1) for arranging and/or fastening a curtain (2a), a screen (2b) or a curtain-like or screen-like material web (2) on a curtain carrier or screen carrier (3), in particular on a curtain rod (3a), or on a curtain wire, or on a screen rod (3b), or on a screen wire, wherein the retaining device (1) can be arranged and/or is arranged, and/or is formed, on the upper end region of the curtain (2a), of the screen (2b) or of the material web (2), wherein the retaining device (1) has a plurality of retaining elements (4), wherein the retaining elements (4) are designed and/or configured such that the retaining device (1) can be fitted on the curtain carrier or screen carrier (3) with the aid of the retaining elements (4), wherein the retaining elements (4) - with the retaining device (1) arranged on the curtain carrier or screen carrier (3) - at least partially engage over the upper region of the curtain carrier or screen carrier (3), wherein the retaining elements (4) are of flap-like or crosspiece-like design, wherein the retaining device (1) is designed essentially in the form of a carrier tape (1a) and has a plurality of specifically formed cutouts (5), and wherein the retaining device (1) - in the state in which it is arranged on the curtain carrier or screen carrier (3) - has an essentially meandering or undulating progression, characterized in that each retaining element (4) is formed and/or bounded by at least one respective cutout (5), in that the cutouts (5) are of essentially U-shaped design, wherein each cutout (5) has in each case an essentially horizontally running base cutout (5a) and two essentially vertically running limb cutouts (5b), wherein the respective base cutout (5a) and the respective limb cutouts (5b) each bound a flap (4a), and wherein, in the undulating state of the carrier tape (1a), the flaps (4a) form crosspiece-like retaining elements (4) with which the fitting action can be realized.
2. Retaining device according to Claim 1, characterized in that each flap (4a) is bounded laterally by two essentially vertically running elongate cutouts, in particular by the limb cutouts (5b).

Retaining device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the carrier tape (1a) consists of an essentially stiffened material or inherently strong, but easily deformable material, in particular is produced from a felt, leather, a paperboard, a metal lamella, a technical fabric or a specific plastics material.
4. Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cutouts (5) and the flaps (4a) are spaced apart uniformly from one another in the axial direction of the carrier strip (1a).
5. Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the retaining device (1) is designed or configured in the form of a separate constituent part, but can be connected in a releasable manner to a curtain (2a) or a screen (2b) or a material web (2).

Retaining device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the retaining device (1) can be connected to the curtain (2a), the screen (2b) or the material web (2) via a hook-and-loop fastener, in particular the retaining device (1) and/or the curtain (2a) or the screen (2b) or the material web (2) has a corresponding hook strip (6a) and/or a corresponding loop tape (6b).
7. Retaining device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the retaining device (1) can be connected to the curtain (2a), the screen (2b) or the material web (2) with the aid of a piping profile or of a zip.
8. Retaining device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the retaining device (1) is designed in the form of an integral constituent part of the curtain (2a), of the screen (2b) or of the material web (2).

Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that in the first instance the curtain carrier or screen carrier (3) can be introduced into the base cutout (5a) and then the retaining device (1) can be moved downwards, so that, thereafter, the flap (4a) at least partially engages over the curtain carrier or the screen carrier (3), or covers over the upper region of the same.
10. Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the cutouts (5) are punched out of the carrier tape (1a).
11. Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the number of cutouts (5) also defines the number of folds or pleats in the curtain (2a), the screen (2b) or the material web (2).
12. Retaining device according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the retaining device (1) has outer lateral peripheral regions of a certain minimum width, and therefore these respective peripheral regions can be adapted to individual requirements in each case, in particular to specific material-web widths, by virtue of subregions being cut off or removed, and/or the retaining device (1) is designed in the form of an endless tape and has corresponding "neutral, non-punched regions" at certain specific intervals for adaptation to certain material-web widths.
