Claims (3)

  1. Pflanzenhäcksler für die Erzeugung von kalibirierten Holzplättchen oder
    - partikeln, umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (1), das von einer Stirnwand (2), einer Bodenwand (3) und einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Seitenwand (4) verschlossen ist, mit einer Eintrittsöffnung (5) für das zu bearbeitende Holz in der Stirnwand, wobei die Eintrittsöffnung mit mindestens einer ortsfesten Klinge (6, 7) eingefasst ist, und mit einer Austrittsöffnung (10) für die Plättchen oder Partikel in der Seitenwand (4),
    - eine Vollscheibe (12), die in dem Gehäuse drehbar um eine Achse (9) gelagert ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Stirnwand (2) und zur Bodenwand (3) des Gehäuses ist, und die den Inneraum dieses letztgenannten in eine Zerkleinerungskammer auf Seiten der Stirnwand (2) und eine Gebläsekammer auf Seiten der Bodenwand (3) unterteilt,
    - mindestens eine Reihe von Messern (19, 20), die erhabene erste Messer (19) auf der Seite der Scheibe (12) umfassen, die zur Stirnwand (2) gerichtet ist, derart, dass diese Messer bei einer Drehung der Scheibe die ortsfeste Klinge (6, 7) kreuzen, sowie mindestens ein zweites Nachbearbeitungsmesser (20), das in der Nähe des Umfangs der Scheibe (12) befestigt ist, um eine auf die Drehachse (9) der Scheibe zentrierte zylindrische Fläche zu überstreichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (12) außerhalb des zweiten Messers (20) und in der Zerkleinerungskammer ein Gitter (21) umfasst, dessen Maschengröße die Partikel siebt, wobei dieses Gitter (21) von dem Nachbearbeitungsmesser (20) derart nach außen beabstandet ist, dass zwischen diesen ein Raum definiert wird, in den mindestens ein von der Stirnwand (2) getragener ortsfester Finger (22) eindringt, um eine ortsfeste Klinge zu bilden, die von dem Innenrand der Maschen des Gitters (21) und von dem Nachbearbeitungsmesser (20) vor dessen Vorbeilaufen vor der Austrittsöffnung (10) für die Partikel gekreuzt wird.
  2. Pflanzenhäcksler für die Erzeugung von kalibrierten Holzplättchen oder -partikeln nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (12) eine vordere Blechscheibe (14) hat, von der die ersten Messer (10) in Richtung der Einlassöffnung (5) des Gehäuses (1) abstehen, und dass vor den ersten Messern (19) in Drehrichtung (A) der Scheibe (12) in der vorderen Blechscheibe (14) mindestens eine Tasche (17, 18) zur Aufnahme von Partikeln ausgeschnitten ist, die eine zum Gitter (21) gerichtete Umfangsöffnung (16a, 16b) hat.
  3. Pflanzenhäcksler für die Erzeugung von kalibirierten Holzplättchen oder -partikeln nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass zwischen der hinteren Blechscheibe (13) und der vorderen Blechscheibe (14) der Scheibe (12) diese letztgenannte eine im Bereich der Öffnung jeder Tasche (17, 18) ausgeschnittene zylindrische Ringwand (15) umfasst, deren Radius kleiner als der Wirkungsradius des zweiten Messers (20) ist und deren axiale Abmessung im Wesentlichen gleich dem Abstand ist, der die beiden Blechscheiben der Scheibe trennt, erhöht um den Vorsprung der ersten Messer (19) auf der vorderen Blechscheibe (14).
