Description

The present invention relates to a construction profile element having a first and a second profile, each comprising an inner and an outer profile leg, each having an inner side and an outer side and a profile web interconnecting the profile leg profile web, wherein the inner sides of the profile legs in each case toward the interior of the associated profile are directed and the outer sides of the profile limb respectively to the exterior of the associated profile, wherein between the inner profile leg of the first profile and the inner profile leg of the second profile at least one sound-insulating and / or heat-insulating intermediate element is provided and wherein the intermediate element on the inner sides of the two inner Profile leg rests.

A building profile element of this kind is from the FR 2 705 708 A1 known. The intermediate element is clamped in these construction profile elements between the two inner profile legs of the first and second profile by one of the two profiles is pushed onto the intermediate element.

Construction profile elements of this type are used, for example, as upright profiles. To produce a wall construction, the outer sides of the outer profile legs are provided with plate-shaped elements, wherein the corresponding plate-shaped elements are usually bolted to the outer profile legs. To a sound transmission between the two opposite wall sections To reduce and avoid thermal bridges, the building profile elements are formed in two parts with a first and a second profile. These are often arranged side by side so that the outer sides of the inner profile legs of the two profiles face each other, wherein the two outer sides are connected to each other via the sound-insulating and / or heat-insulating intermediate element. The problem with this is that in some construction elements of the type mentioned the stability of the structural elements is reduced.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a building profile element of the type mentioned, which has a high stability and at the same time sound-absorbing and / or heat-insulating properties.

Based on a construction profile element of the aforementioned type, this object is achieved in that the inner sides of the two inner profile legs are connected to each other via the intermediate element.

In contrast to the known construction profile element, the first and the second profile are thus not arranged side by side according to the invention that, for example, the intermediate element connects the two outer sides of the inner profile legs, but so that the intermediate element bears against the inner sides of the two inner profile legs and connecting them together. Surprisingly, it has been shown that in many cases, the stability of the construction profile element is improved and at the same time the sound-insulating and / or heat-insulating properties are at least maintained.

Advantageously, the inner profile limb of the first profile protrude into the region between the inner and outer profile limbs of the second profile and the inner profile limb of the second profile into the region between the inner and outer profile limb of the first profile. As the area between the inner and outer profile limb of the profiles, the entire area is to be understood, which is defined by the outermost portions of the respective inner and outer profile limb. For example, this area can be represented by a so-called "bounding box" (smallest enclosing rectangle).

Preferably, the first and the second profile interlock. In this embodiment, thus protrude the inner profile legs of the two profiles not only in the bounding box of the other profile, but so far between the inner and outer profile leg of the other profile that the two profiles are "interlocked" with each other.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the profile webs of the first and second profile overlap at least partially. This facilitates engagement of the two profiles with each other. Depending on the size of the overlap, the total width of the construction profile element can be adjusted.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the inner profile legs of the first and second overlap Profils at least partially. Depending on how strong the overlap takes place, the aforementioned toothing and thus the interlocking of the two profiles are reinforced. In this case, the intermediate element is advantageously arranged in the overlapping direction at least in regions between the two inner profile legs. In the overlap region, a sandwich structure is thus formed, consisting of the inner profile limbs and the intermediate element lying between them.

According to the invention, the inner sides of the two inner profile legs are connected to one another via the intermediate element. For example, the connection can take place in that the intermediate element is glued to the inner sides of the two inner profile legs. It is also possible that the intermediate element is sprayed or extruded onto the inner sides of the two inner profile legs and thereby a connection between the intermediate element and the inner sides of the two inner profile legs is produced. In principle, it is also possible that the two inner profile legs connected to each other in other ways, for example, screwed together and / or riveted. In this case, the intermediate element can be clamped between the two inner sides of the two inner profile legs, without an adhesive connection between the intermediate element and the inner sides of the two inner profile legs is present. In principle, however, an adhering connection, for example an adhesive connection or a connection due to an injection process or an extrusion process, may also be present in this case.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the intermediate element consists at least predominantly of preferably elastic Plastic, in particular of fiber insulation, of a foam or foamed material, in particular of foamed plastic, wood, wood material or wood plastic or in particular medium-density fiber material. In principle, other suitable sound-absorbing and / or heat-insulating properties owning materials, such as rubber, rubber, bitumen or the like are conceivable.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer profile limb and / or the inner profile limb of the first profile and / or the second profile are substantially perpendicular to the profile web of the respectively associated profile. However, it is also possible in principle for the inner profile limb of the first and / or the second profile to run obliquely with respect to the profile web of the respective associated profile. In particular, the inner side of the inner profile limb of the first and / or of the second profile may enclose an acute or an obtuse angle with the inside of the profile web of the respectively associated profile. By a corresponding oblique arrangement, for example, the width of the overall profile can be adjusted by appropriate choice of the slope in a suitable form. In addition, by a corresponding slope and the desired stiffness and / or flexibility of the construction profile element can be adjusted.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, in each case the profile webs of the first profile and of the second profile and / or the inner profile legs and / or the outer profile legs run essentially parallel to one another. This design is advantageous both for an oblique arrangement and for a vertical arrangement of the profile legs.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, openings are formed in one or in both profile webs and / or in one or in both outer profile legs. The openings in the profile webs can be used to advantage in order to ensure access to the respective screw heads in a screw connection of inclined internal profile legs. In addition, material can be saved through the openings. This is especially true if the openings are not made by a perforation, for example in the form of a punching operation, but without generating waste. The production of corresponding openings, for example by a folding process is in the international patent application WO 2004/055289 described. The content of this publication concerning the formation of openings in profiles is expressly included in the disclosure of the present application. Another possibility to produce corresponding openings without material loss is in the international patent application WO 2011/038879 described. The content of this application is also explicitly included in the total disclosure content of the present application with regard to the production of corresponding openings.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the first profile with respect to a longitudinal axis, in particular a central longitudinal axis, of the structural profile element is formed symmetrically to the second profile. In principle, however, it is also possible that the two profiles are formed asymmetrically. In this case, for example, one of the two profiles have a significantly smaller width than the other profile.

Advantageously, the first and / or the second profile are designed as a C-profile or as a U-profile. Other types of profiles are conceivable, for example a mixed form of C and U-profile can be used, so that one of the two profile legs corresponding to a C-profile has a bend of its free longitudinal edge, while the other profile leg corresponding to a U-profile has no such bend.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The invention will be described in more detail below by means of embodiments with reference to the drawings; in these show:

Fig. 9
a perspective view of the embodiment according to Fig. 4 ,

Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of an inventively designed construction profile element, which is designed as a stand profile. The building profile element comprises a first profile 2 and a second profile 3, which are both formed as C-profiles.

The first profile 2 comprises an inner profile leg 4 and an outer profile leg 5, which are connected to one another via a profile web 6. Both the inner profile leg 4 and the outer profile leg 5 are at right angles to the profile web. 6

In a corresponding manner, the second profile 3 comprises an inner profile leg 7 and an outer profile leg 8, which are connected to one another via a profile web 9. Again, the inner profile leg 7 and the outer profile leg 8 are perpendicular to the profile web. 9

The inner profile leg 4 of the first profile 2 has an inner side 10 directed towards the interior of the first profile 2 and an outer side 11 facing the exterior of the first profile 2. The outer profile leg 5 has a corresponding inner side 12 and an outer side 13.

On the outer side 13 of the outer profile leg 5, a plate 18, for example a fiberboard or a plasterboard is screwed in the usual manner, to form a mounting wall.

Correspondingly, the inner profile leg 7 of the second profile 3 have an inner side 14 facing the interior of the second profile and an outer side 15 facing the exterior of the second profile 3 and the outer profile leg 8 an inner side 16 and an outer side 17. On the outer side 17 the outer profile leg of the second profile 3 is in turn a plate 18 attached to form the second side of the mounting wall, for example screwed.

The first profile 2 and the second profile 3 engage with their inner profile legs 4, 7 into one another, that between the inner sides 10, 14 of the inner profile leg 4, 7, a space 19 is. In the space 19, an intermediate element 20 is arranged, which abuts with its two outer sides on the inner sides 10, 14 of the inner profile legs 4, 7 and connected thereto, for example glued is. The bonding can be done by a self-adhesive property of the intermediate element 20, by appropriate adhesive strips or by using suitable adhesives.

The intermediate element 20 has sound-absorbing and / or heat-insulating material properties, so that due to the bipartite nature of the construction profile element and the connection of the first profile 2 and the second profile 3 via the intermediate element 20 a sound transmission and / or heat transfer between the plates 18 is reduced or prevented , By the intermeshing of the first and second profile 2, 3 and the connection of the inner sides 10, 14 of the inner profile legs 4, 7, a very stable configuration of the construction profile element 1 is generated.

In the other embodiments according to the Fig. 2 to 9 will be for the same or similar elements as they are Fig. 1 have already been described, the same reference numerals used. Moreover, essentially only the differences from the embodiment become Fig. 1 explained in more detail.

The construction profile element after Fig. 2 differs from the building profile element Fig. 1 merely in that the first profile 2 and the second profile 3 were pushed closer together, whereby the space 19 opposite Fig. 1 is formed larger. In the space 19, an enlarged intermediate element 21 is arranged, which completely fills the space 19. In contrast to Fig. 1 The intermediate element 21 thus extends not only from the inner side 10 of the inner profile leg 4 to the inner side 14 of the inner profile leg 7, but also, in the transverse direction, from the inner side of the profile web 6 to the inside of the profile web 9. As a result, the stability of the invention designed according to the building profile element is further increased.

In all embodiments described hitherto and in the following, the respective intermediate element, similar to FIG Fig. 1 , extending only between the inner sides of the inner profile legs, without being extended in the transverse direction to the profile webs, or, as in Fig. 2 shown fill the entire space 19, ie in addition also extend to the insides of the profile webs.

While in the Fig. 1 and 2 shown construction profile elements are each formed so symmetrical that the first profile 2 is formed with respect to a longitudinal central axis 22 of the structural profile element symmetrical to the second profile 3 are in the embodiment according to Fig. 3 formed the first profile 2 and the second profile 3 of different widths. Otherwise, the construction profile element corresponds to Fig. 3 the building profile elements according to Fig. 1 and 2 ,

In deviation from the previously described construction profile elements, the inner profile legs 4 and 7 in the embodiment after Fig. 4 not perpendicular to their respective profile web 6, 9, but each include an acute angle with the inside of their respective profile web 6, 9 a. Accordingly, the entire space 19 ausfüllendes intermediate element 23 is provided, which due to the oblique arrangement of the inner profile legs 4, 7 - deviating from the rectangular cross-section according to the embodiments of the Fig. 1 to 3 - Has a trapezoidal cross-section.

Furthermore, it is off Fig. 4 to recognize that the two inner profile legs 4, 7 are connected by a screw 24.

This may be, for example, a conventional sheet metal screw, which is passed through a hole in the inner profile leg 7 and the intermediate element 23 and bolted to the inner profile leg 4. The intermediate element 23 can be clamped and held either by the screw 24 between the two inner profile legs 4, 7 or additionally in the manner already described with the inner sides 10, 14 of the inner profile legs 4, 7 glued. In addition, in all embodiments in which the intermediate element extends to the insides of the profile webs 6, 9, also a bonding with these possible.

While in the cross section after Fig. 4 By way of example, only one screw 24 is shown, a plurality of screws along the in Fig. 4 be provided out of the plane of the drawing and extending longitudinal extent of the construction profile element. In principle, it is also possible to arrange a plurality of screws 24 transversely to the longitudinal extent of the structural profile element.

In order to enable or facilitate the screw connection, 6 openings 25 may be formed in the profile web, through which the screw head 26 of the screw 24 is accessible. The openings 25 are in Fig. 4 indicated by two the opening edges characterizing markings in the profile web 6 and in particular from the perspective view Fig. 9 clearly visible.

Corresponding openings 25 may also be formed in the profile web 9. Through the openings 25, the elasticity and thus the sound insulation and the thermal insulation of the building profile element can be further improved beyond.

In principle, the inner profile legs 4, 7 can be connected to each other via separate connecting means such as screws or rivets in all embodiments. In this case, the intermediate elements can either be only clamped or additionally also adhesively attached. In a corresponding manner, the screws 24 can also be omitted in all embodiments and the connection between the inner sides 10, 14 of the inner profile legs 4, 7 take place exclusively by the respective intermediate element. The intermediate element may extend in all embodiments over the entire longitudinal extent of the respective structural profile element. However, it can also be provided a plurality of intermediate elements, which are arranged distributed in a discontinuous manner along the longitudinal extent of the building profile element.

The embodiment according to Fig. 5 differs from the embodiment according to Fig. 4 only by the asymmetrical structure, ie, that the second profile 3 is formed wider than the first profile. 2

The embodiment according to Fig. 6 differs from the embodiment according to Fig. 4 in that the two inner profile legs 4, 7 are shorter and therefore do not overlap in a direction perpendicular to the plates 18, as is the case in the previous embodiments. In this way, the material required for the first and second profiles 2, 3 can be reduced.

Accordingly, the intermediate element 23 is not clamped in this embodiment between the two inner profile legs 4, 7, but it is separately attached to the inner profile leg 4 and the inner profile leg 7 via connecting means such as screws 24, as in Fig. 6 is shown.

Here, too, protrude in the context of the invention, the inner profile legs 4, 7 of a profile in each case in the area between the inner and the outer profile leg of the other profile. The corresponding area of the first profile 2 is in Fig. 6 illustrated by a dashed "bounding box" 27.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 7 close the two inner profile legs 4, 7 with their respective profile webs 6, 9 no sharp, but each an obtuse angle.

Depending on the size of the angle and after training as a sharp or an obtuse angle, the stability and the sound-absorbing properties of the building profile element according to the invention can be adjusted in the desired manner.

The embodiment according to Fig. 8 corresponds to the embodiment according to Fig. 7 , again, similar to Fig. 6 described, the two inner profile legs 4, 7 are shorter, for example, to save profile material. Again, the two inner profile legs 4, 7 are each again separately connected with screws 24 with the intermediate element 23. In Fig. 8 is shown that the intermediate element 23 does not have to extend to the profile webs 6, 9, even in this embodiment, but may for example be formed with a rectangular cross-section. This again applies to all other embodiments.

In the perspective view Fig. 9 of the embodiment according to Fig. 4 In particular, the openings 25 arranged in the longitudinal extent of the structural profile element can be clearly seen in the profile webs 6 and 9. In addition, it can be seen that, for example, the screw head 26 is accessible via the first opening 25 shown in the left front area.

From the Fig. 2 to 9 It can be seen that the bends of the free longitudinal edges of the two inner profile legs 4, 7 can each engage in the material of the intermediate elements. As a result, the connection between the inner profile legs 4, 7 and the respective intermediate element is further increased.

The first and / or the second profile may consist in particular of metal, preferably of sheet metal. In principle, other suitable materials, such as plastic, conceivable. It is also possible to use partially or completely coated materials, in particular plastic coated metal. The connection of the intermediate element can be carried out in particular in this case, preferably by gluing, preferably by ultrasonic welding. Due to the arrangement of the intermediate element between the inner sides of the inner profile legs, the material of the intermediate element is not compressed at a pressure load of the plates 18 from the outside, but relieved or even slightly stretched. This improves the sound insulation of the building profile element according to the invention.
