Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour l'obtention de fil POY tissable caractérisé par le fait de traiter un fil POY (20), explicitement à l'exclusion de l'étirage (4, 9, 14), à la suite de la solidification du fil (16) extrudé de la filière (3, 8, 13), par un traitement thermique de fixage constitué du fait de porter ledit fil POY (20) à une température comprise entre 40° et 100° degrés centigrades pour une période comprise entre quelques dizaines de minutes jusqu'à une heure et d'associer audit traitement de fixage au moins une des exécutions suivantes de doublage ou de tordage.
  2. Procédé pour l'obtention de fil POY tissable selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que ledit traitement thermique de fixage est exécuté à des températures qui varient entre 50° et 70° centigrades.
  3. Procédé pour l'obtention de fil POY tissable selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé par le fait que ledit traitement thermique de fixage du fil POY (20) advienne grâce à des températures croissantes, avec l'augmentation graduelle de la température, et le maintient de celles-ci pour un laps de temps.
  4. Procédé pour l'obtention de fil POY tissable selon une des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait que le traitement thermique de fixage du fil POY (20) consiste à porter ledit fil POY (20) pour une heure à la température de 50° degrés centigrades et pour une heure à la température de 70° degrés centigrades, référé à une bobine de 3 kg.
  5. Fil POY tissable obtenu directement à partir du procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
