Claims (10)

  1. Kühlungsvorrichtung (1) für Nahrungsmittelprodukte, umfassend:
    - ein erstes Nahrungsmittelkühlfach (2), das von einer unteren Wand (21), einer oberen Decke (22), einer Rückwand (23), zwei Seitenwänden (24, 25), einer beweglichen Öffnung und einem Schließelement (26) begrenzt ist;
    - ein zweites Nahrungsmittelkühlfach (3), das über dem ersten Kühlfach (2) gestapelt ist;
    - einen elektrischen Heizwiderstand (9), der in der unteren Wand (21) bereitgestellt ist;
    wobei die untere Wand (21) einen ersten Abschnitt (212) umfasst, der von dem elektrischen Heizwiderstand (9) nicht berührt wird und horizontal zu dem elektrischen Heizwiderstand (9) seitlich steht;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vertikaler Vorsprung des ersten Abschnitts (212) auf einer horizontalen Ebene mindestens ein imaginäres Quadrat mit der Abmessung 15 x 15 Zentimeter vollständig beinhaltet; wobei das erste Nahrungsmittelkühlfach (2) eine Nahrungsmittelauftauzone (27) umfasst, die mindestens teilweise den elektrischen Heizwiderstand (9) überdeckt, und eine Zone (28) für die Nahrungsmittelkonservierung in einer gekühlten Umgebung, die mindestens teilweise das imaginäre Quadrat überdeckt; wobei die Auftauzone (27) und die Zone (28) zur Nahrungsmittelkonservierung seitlich stehen;
    wobei die Kühlungsvorrichtung (1) visuelle Referenzmittel umfasst, die anzeigen, welcher Abschnitt des ersten Nahrungsmittelkühlfachs (2) von der Nahrungsmittelauftauzone (27) und welcher Abschnitt des ersten Nahrungsmittelkühlfachs (2) von der Konservierungszone (28) betroffen ist.
  2. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein drittes Nahrungsmittelproduktekühlfach (4) umfasst, das über dem ersten und dem zweiten Kühlfach (2, 3) gestapelt ist; wobei das erste Kühlfach (2) zwischen dem zweiten und dem dritten Kühlfach (3, 4) eingesetzt ist; wobei das dritte Kühlfach (4) Nahrungsmittelprodukte bei einer Temperatur konserviert, die höher ist als 0 °C, und das zweite Kühlfach (3) ein Tiefkühlfach ist.
  3. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schublade (5) umfasst, die in das erste Nahrungsmittelkühlfach (2) eingesetzt und daraus herausgenommen werden kann; wobei die Schublade (5), wenn sie vollständig in das erste Fach (2) eingesetzt ist, mindestens teilweise den ersten Abschnitt (212) und den elektrischen Heizwiderstand (9) überdeckt.
  4. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der elektrische Heizwiderstand (9) in einer Spirale windet.
  5. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am weitesten außen gelegene Windung (90) des elektrischen Widerstands (9), der in einer Spirale gewunden ist, eine Fläche identifiziert, die um ¼ größer ist als die Fläche des vertikalen Vorsprungs der unteren Wand (21) auf der horizontalen Ebene.
  6. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralwindung des elektrischen Heizwiderstands (9) durch eine Abfolge von geraden Strecken, die in einer zentralen Zone zusammenlaufen, vorgegeben ist.
  7. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - einen Temperatursensor (6), der in der Nahrungsmittelauftauzone (27) positioniert ist;
    - Wärmeregulierungsmittel (7), die betriebsfähig mit dem Temperatursensor (6) verbunden sind und Korrekturmaßnahen umsetzen, um die vom Sensor (6) erfasste Temperatur um einen voreingestellten Temperaturwert herum zu stabilisieren; wobei die Wärmeregulierungsmittel (7) den elektrischem Heizwiderstand (9) umfassen.
  8. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen benutzergesteuerten Schalter umfasst, der die Funktion des Wärmeregulierungssystems (7) zwischen mindestens einer ersten, einer zweiten und einer dritten Betriebsart umschaltet, wobei jede Betriebsart einer jeweils unterschiedlichen Konservierungsbedingung der im ersten Nahrungsmittelkühlfach (2) enthaltenen Nahrungsmittelprodukte zugeordnet ist; wobei der voreingestellte Temperaturwert in der ersten Betriebsart höher oder gleich -1°C und niedriger oder gleich +3 °C ist; wobei der voreingestellte Temperaturwert in der zweiten Betriebsart höher oder gleich -35 °C und niedriger oder gleich -15 °C ist; wobei der voreingestellte Temperaturwert in der dritten Betriebsart zwischen +3 und +6 °C beträgt.
  9. Kühlungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche; wobei das kleines imaginäre Parallelepipedon, das die Kühlungsvorrichtung integriert, definiert ist; wobei das Parallelepipedon eine erste Seite umfasst, die zu der beweglichen Öffnung und dem Schließelement (26) zeigt; wobei eine imaginäre Oberfläche definiert ist, die vertikal, orthogonal zu der ersten Seite, parallel zu einer zweiten und einer dritten Seite des Parallelepipedons ist; wobei der Abstand zwischen der imaginären vertikalen Ebene und der zweiten Seite gleich 60 % des Anstands zwischen der zweiten und der dritten Seite ist; wobei der elektrische Heizwiderstand (9) vollständig zwischen der imaginären vertikalen Ebene und der zweite Seite eingesetzt ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Verwenden der Kühlungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Legen eines ersten Nahrungsmittels, das aufgetaut werden muss, in die Nahrungsmittelauftauzone (27);
    - Legen eines zweiten, nicht tiefgefrorenen, zu kühlenden Nahrungsmittels in die Konservierungszone (28);
    - Auftauen des ersten Nahrungsmittels, wobei der Schritt des Auftauens des Nahrungsmittels den Schritt des Aktivierens des elektrischen Heizwiderstands (9) umfasst.
