Definitions
- Forming agent for remodeling forms of keratinous fibers
- the invention relates to the technical field of temporary transformation keratin inconveniencer fibers, especially human hair. It relates in particular to hair treatment compositions containing at least one setting polymer in combination with other specific ingredients, the use of these agents for temporary deformation and remodeling of keratin-containing fibers and furthermore sprays or foams based on these agents.
- the first most important property of a composition for the temporary deformation of keratinic fibers is to give the treated fibers in the produced form the strongest possible hold.
- styling agents must meet a whole range of other requirements. These may be broad in properties on the hair, properties of the particular formulation, e.g. Properties of the foam, the gel or the sprayed aerosol, and properties that affect the handling of the styling agent, are subdivided, with the properties of the hair is of particular importance. Particularly noteworthy are moisture resistance, low tackiness and a balanced conditioning effect.
- a styling agent should be universally applicable as possible for all hair types. In recent years, an increasing attempt is being made to develop means for temporary deformation which, in addition to the abovementioned requirements, should additionally make possible a remodelable shape.
- the polymers can be subdivided into cationic, anionic, nonionic and amphoteric setting polymers.
- the polymers yield a polymer film even when used on a small amount on the hair, which on the one hand gives the hairstyle a strong hold, but on the other hand is sufficiently flexible so as not to break under stress. If the polymer film is too brittle, it results in the formation of so-called Filmpiaken, that is residues that detach during the movement of the hair and give the impression that the user of the corresponding styling agent would dandruff.
- the hair coated with a firming polymer often feels harsh.
- Object of the present invention was therefore to provide means for the temporary deformation of keratin fibers, especially human hair, available, which are characterized by a high degree of retention, and preferably without the use of heat, a good remodeling of the fixed by this means form (eg Hairstyle). It was also an object of the invention to produce a correspondingly durable volume of the fiber collective without the hair feeling dull. In addition, the styling agents should not have the abuses mentioned above.
- a first aspect of the present invention is therefore an agent for treating keratin-containing fibers, in particular human hair, containing
- step (iv) without the fixation according to step (iii), the application of a further cosmetic agent containing at least one setting polymer takes place.
- a dry, polymer-fixed form / hairstyle which can be reshaped and fixed without the aid of a further cosmetic agent containing at least one setting polymer, is accordingly a "remodelable form” / "remodelable hairstyle”.
- dry is in no way meant to be “dripping wet”, but the state in which the liquid residues adhering to the fibers (eg water, organic solvents) have evaporated to such an extent that the moisture content of the fiber is substantially in equilibrium with the moisture of the air or the fiber Absorbs moisture from the air of the environment.
- liquid residues adhering to the fibers eg water, organic solvents
- “Firming polymers” contribute to the maintenance and / or build-up of the hair volume and hair fullness of the hairstyle. These polymers are at the same time also film-forming polymers and therefore generally typical substances for shaping hair treatment agents such as hair setting agents, Hair mousses, hair waxes, hair sprays. The film formation can be quite selective and connect only a few fibers. According to the invention, “film-forming polymers” are understood as meaning those polymers which, when used in 0.01 to 20% strength by weight aqueous, alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic solution, are capable of depositing a transparent polymer film on the hair the firming effect of a polymer is often the so-called curl retention test applied.
- keratin-containing fibers in particular human hair
- the mold has a strong hold and can be used without the use of heat or wetting, e.g. Remodeling with your hands or a comb.
- the agent according to the invention allows to apply heat and / or moisture in moderation in the shaping of a mold impressed by said agent ,
- the application form of remodeling is particularly suitable for an increase in volume of a fiber collective (such as a volume styling for hair on the head).
- the agent according to the invention contains as compelling component (a) at least one setting polymer.
- said setting polymer be selected from one or more of the group consisting of anionic setting polymers, amphoteric setting polymers, temporary cationic setting polymers and nonionic setting polymers.
- Temporarily cationic polymers contain as a temporary cationic group usually at least one amino substituent, which is present in cosmetic use conditions in water as a protonated ammonium group and thus cationic. The degree of cationization depends on the pH. Said polymers are free of permanently cationic groups such as e.g. Ammonium substituents and free of structural units with anionic groups, which must be compensated by counterions while maintaining the electroneutrality.
- the setting polymers are in the agent according to the invention preferably in an amount of 0.1 wt .-% to 20.0 wt .-%, particularly preferably from 0.2 wt .-% to 15.0 wt .-%, very particularly preferably from 0.5 wt .-% to 10.0 wt .-%, each based on the weight of the inventive composition.

Description

Butyl, sec-Butyl, Isobutyl, tert-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Neopentyl, Isopentyl, n-Hexyl.
