Definitions
- This invention relates to a sports jacket having a device for improved regulation of the heat balance of the wearer.
- the jacket is particularly suitable for skiing, but also for all other outdoor activities in which the wearer is more or less intensely physical and strenuous, and where wind or otherwise wind is available.
- ventilation slots which can be opened and closed with snaps or zippers. If necessary, these ventilation slots should supply cool air to the upper body, where the heat is generated effectively, if possible while avoiding drafts.
- ventilation slots are usually arranged in the lateral area of the torso, or even near the armpit area.
- the cooling usually remains too less effective and, above all, too inefficiently regulated.
- cool air reaches the torso very locally and cools it down locally, which is detrimental to balanced cooling.
- WO 03/006234 A1 is a motorcycle jacket known in which the sleeves can be opened on virtually their entire length from top to bottom. Motorcycle jackets have the function to protect the wearer from moisture and cold, and to protect him from falls. For this purpose, they are made of abrasion-resistant, waterproof upper material, and the lining is also made of waterproof material, preferably made of polymer-coated nylon.
- DE 102 61 359 A1 shows a garment that is equipped with a ventilation device. After the apprenticeship of EP 1 518 472 the disadvantages of a local cooling, which is realized in known functional clothing with continuous ventilation openings should be avoided.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a sports jacket, which offers a much improved demand-dependent cooling, the cooling is firstly far body-friendly producible, and on the other hand from the wearer of the sports jacket just need-based quickly and easily controlled in a wide range fine.
- a sports jacket in the form of a ski jacket is shown in a view from the front. It has all the usual elements of a conventional ski jacket, so a central zipper, a collar and two sleeves.
- the special feature of this jacket is how the cooling, ie the heat dissipation from the wearer of the jacket, is accomplished.
- the inner forearm of the jacket is specially designed, namely in here designated by a circle 1 part.
- FIG. 2 this area 1 is shown in an enlarged view.
- a zipper 9 with tab 3 extends along the upper, inner side of the lower arm.
- This zip belongs to a compartment in which a ski pass can be accommodated.
- the essential element for the cooling is now the openable and re-closable cooling opening 2, and this cooling opening 2 extends along the inner side of the lower sleeve of the jacket, which covers the inside of the forearm of the wearer.
- the cooling hole comes so and should also come to lie exactly opposite this inside of the forearm of the jacket wearer, where just the heat removal from the body is most efficient.
- the cooling hole here consists of a zipper, which is easily actuated by the hand of the other arm.
- FIG. 3 is the cooling hole 2 on the right sleeve of the jacket shown in the closed state. It has a zipper, and the tab 3 for operating this zipper is shown here at the top. To open the cooling hole, the tab 3 is pulled down, that is towards the mouth of the sleeve out.
- cooling holes 2 are realized by at least one slot in the lower region 1 of the sleeve - that is, against the insides of the lower arms of the jacket wearer - is provided.
- This slot can be opened and closed again by means of a zipper. When opened, it releases a window filled with an air-permeable fabric 4 in the inner lining of the sleeve, so that drafts can flow to this air-permeable fabric 4.
- the zipper is opened, more or less such air-permeable fabric 4 is exposed to the flow.
- FIG. 5 the lower region of a sleeve of such a sports jacket is shown, with the cooling opening 2 extending at an angle to the general running direction of the sleeve of the jacket.
- the tab 3 of the associated zip fastener with which this cooling opening 2 can be opened.
- the tab 3 is in the closed state of the cooling opening 2 close to the sleeve mouth.
- To open the tab 3 is pulled backwards, away from the sleeve mouth.
- FIG. 6 shows the same sleeve in the lower area 1 with now open cooling hole 2.
- the zipper is fully open, and the tab 3 of the zipper rider is at the top of the zipper.
- the open cooling hole 2 gives the view of the free Inner lining 7 of the sleeve.
- a window is embedded, which is filled by an air-permeable, elastic fabric 4.
- the wind - as in the case of a ski jacket - can now flow to this fabric 4 and heat can be derived via this window as needed.
- the regulation is made very simple, by more or less wide opening the zipper with the hand of the opposite arm.
- the tabs 3 are designed sufficiently large, so that they are easy to grasp even with thick gloves, and the zipper with such gloves is simple, easy and quick to operate.
- FIG. 7 An even further solution is in FIG. 7 shown.
- a screw cap 5 is installed in the window, with traction cables 6, which lead to the two ends of the zipper.
- Such screw caps 5 have previously been mainly used in bicycle helmets.
- elastic fabric 4 is ever sewn an elastic, straight profile, such as a spring steel or a plastic profile, similar to a cedar hem.
- the two profiles run in the closed state of the cooling opening practically parallel to each other and are then relaxed. Conversely, as previously described, these elastic profiles hold the window in place relaxed state so closed.
- the pull cords 6 are pulled on both sides against the rotary closure 5 out and they pull the ends of the window, which is merely slot-shaped in the initial state together. Accordingly, the window will transition from a slit-like shape by elastic curvature of the sewn profiles in a slender oval and then in a wider oval and finally in a nearly circular shape, and its exposed surface is increased accordingly.
- To reduce the window area of the rotary closure 5 is again rotated in the opposite direction, ie counterclockwise, whereby the traction cables 6 are extended by the spring force of the sewn profiles again and closes the window.
- FIGS. 8 to 10 show this opening and closing process shown schematically.
- the zipper is closed and the cooling opening 2 is closed accordingly.
- the tab 3 of the zipper tab is located at the lower end of the cooling opening 2.
- the tab 3 has reached the upper end of the cooling opening 2.
- the zipper is fully open.
- the window with the air-permeable fabric 4 is only slightly opened.
- the elastic spring profiles along the edge 8 of the window want to keep the edge 8 straight and here are only slightly curved, because about the screw cap 5 its traction cables 6 were pulled together slightly.
- the area outside the window belongs to the inner lining 7 of the sleeve of the sports jacket.
- the rotary closure has been further rotated and the traction cables 6 have been further contracted.

Description
This invention relates to a sports jacket having a device for improved regulation of the heat balance of the wearer. The jacket is particularly suitable for skiing, but also for all other outdoor activities in which the wearer is more or less intensely physical and strenuous, and where wind or otherwise wind is available.
Conventional sports jackets usually have no special devices for a variable dissipation of body heat. They are designed to simply warm you and also to repel the wind and water. A sports jacket, however, is used to play sports, and while exercising, you make a physical effort, and the body has a different heat balance than during periods of rest. For the heat dissipation the athlete transpires. Badly designed and constructed jackets then quickly lead to heat accumulation. The moisture, the sweat accumulates in the inner lining of the jacket, and in physical Inaktiviät you freeze in such a jacket soon, because the stored moisture to evaporate heat absorbs, which is removed from the body. To regulate heat dissipation, in such jackets, only the central zipper, which extends forward from bottom to top over the torso area, can be more or less opened from above or sometimes also from below. However, this immediately leads to draft and a local excessive cooling on the front of the upper body, which is uncomfortable and inefficient as it cool in the wrong place.
Currently, no jacket is known which provides a truly efficient and finely adjustable body-friendly cooling, especially for sports with a high degree of physical activity on the timeline. Especially when skiing, the athlete sits on the one hand on a chairlift, often exposed to the cold wind, without any physical activity, and then immediately generate much more body heat in a demanding descent with many turns and correspondingly high physical activity. For the necessary cooling it transpires, and the sweat is given to his underwear, which absorbs it and becomes moist. Finally, the lining of the sports jacket is damp. During the subsequent ascent on the chair pulls the evaporation cold of the Sweat heat from the upper body of the skier, in addition to the heat dissipation due to the cold outside temperature and the wind, and without heat supply due to lack of physical activity. As a result of such effects, the conventional sports jackets can not convince properly. Their cooling and the thermal regulation they provide is inadequate and proves to be less fit for the body.
The object of the present invention is to provide a sports jacket, which offers a much improved demand-dependent cooling, the cooling is firstly far body-friendly producible, and on the other hand from the wearer of the sports jacket just need-based quickly and easily controlled in a wide range fine.
This object is achieved by a sports jacket, designed as a ski jacket according to the preamble and the characterizing features of
In the drawings, embodiments of this sports jacket are shown and they are described with reference to these drawings and their function for the adjustable cooling is explained.

The design of these cooling holes, that is whether round or square or oval or elongated can be realized in many ways, as well as the way in which these
