In Fig.1 ist eine Sturmhaube 1 für Motorradfahrer dargestellt, die jis auf eine Sichtöffnung 2 und eine Zugangsöffnung 4 den gesamten Kopf des Motorradfahrers umgibt. Diese Teile 7,8 erstrecken sich über eine solche Länge, daß der Streifen 5, insbesondere bei Ausbildung des einen Endes 6 in Form von Laschen 9,10 an mehrere Durchmesser bzw Halsweiten ohne besondere , zusätzliche Verstellmittel anpaßbar ist. Der Streifen 5 ist aus einem windundurchlässigem Material gefertigt, insbesondere aus Waschleder, Wildleder oder ähnlichen, auch künstlich erzeugten Materialien. Vorzugsweise soll dieses Material wasserabweisend sein und atmungsaktiv. Das Grundmaterial des Streifens 5 kann auch so bemessen sein, daß es geringfügig winddurchlässig ist und dann mit Seide oder dergl gefüttert sein, um insgesamt störende Windbeeinflussung des zu schützenden Halsbereiches zu vermeiden. Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind Sturmhaube 1 und Streifen 5 miteinander vernäht, versteppt oder in anderer unlösbarer Weise verbunden.
