Abstract

Headband (1) comprises peripheral pockets (11, 12) on the inner side for receiving sun protection parts.

Description

The invention relates to a headband, in particular for sporting activities, are provided on the sunscreen in the form of a neck guard and a hood and on the inside of the headband at least one circumferential pocket for receiving the sunscreen is arranged.

The headband fulfills various tasks during sports activities such as jogging, skiing or inline skating: First, the headband is used for sweat absorption. Furthermore, it protects the sensitive forehead and ear area from hypothermia due to evaporating sweat or cold wind. Compared to a cap has a headband has the advantage that there is no heat accumulation, since the increased in sporting activities increased heat dissipation of the head can escape unhindered.

Especially during activities in warmer seasons, such as tennis in midsummer, or at high altitudes, such as skiing, it is necessary to protect the head from excessive sunlight. In addition, strong sunlight can cause visual disability. For these cases, additional sunscreen is required. For example, so-called "baseball caps" are known, which have a screen which shadows the eyes and additionally protects the head from excessive UV radiation, which is essential especially in the case of sparse hair growth of unprotected scalp. A disadvantage of these baseball caps, which are often worn in addition, over the headband, since they can not absorb the sweat sufficiently, however, is that baseball caps, as well as hats can cause excessive heat accumulation on the head. Furthermore, the entrainment of such additional sunscreen a considerable part of the naturally only limited transport capacity to complete.

From the FR 2 837 071 A1 For example, a cap with a headband is known, which has a hood with neck protection, which are stowed together in a arranged on the headband bag. Head cover and neck protection are therefore only to be used together or stowed.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention is based on the object to provide a headband, especially for sporting activities that allows entrainment of sunscreen without stressing additional transport capacity. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that two pockets are sandwiched over each other and that the neck guard in one pocket and the hood are stowed in the other pocket.

With the invention, a headband, especially for sporting activities created that allows entrainment of sunscreen without claiming additional transport capacity. Preferably, the bag is designed to be closed, for example by a zip or Velcro.

In a further development of the invention, a privacy screen is provided on the headband, which is stowable in the bag. As a result, a visual impairment is counteracted by strong sunlight.

The privacy screen preferably consists essentially of a knitted fabric. This makes it evenly stowable in the bag without causing local pressure points on the head.

In an embodiment of the invention, the screen has a neoprene inlay. As a result, a rigidity of the screen is guaranteed while maintaining good flexibility and stowability.

Advantageously, the privacy screen on the inside of the headband is detachably arranged. As a result, a removal of the screen protector for care reasons or the replacement of a defective screen is possible.

In a further development of the invention, a head cover is provided on the headband, which can be stowed in the pocket. As a result, the protection of the head from excessive sunlight is guaranteed.

Preferably, the hood is formed like a tube, wherein the central opening is closed by a preferably elastic tension band. As a result, the hood is easy to stow and at the same time optimally adapted to the head size of the headband wearer. In addition, the opening is not completely closed even when adjusting the hood to the head, so that the heat occurring on the head side can escape. Advantageously, the drawstring is provided with a stopper.

In an embodiment of the invention, the hood on the inside of the headband with this releasably connected. As a result, a simple removal of the hood from the headband care reasons or to replace a defective hood is possible.

Preferably, the neck protector has at least one ventilation region of Jaquard fabric. As a result, a heat accumulation in the neck is counteracted.

Screen protection, hood and / or neck protection are advantageously made from a UV barrier fiber. As a result, the protection of the head against excessive UV radiation is further increased.

The selected as an example headband 1 is equipped with a screen 2, a neck guard 3 and a hood 4.

The headband 1 is made of absorbent terry material. On its inner side of the headband 1, two approximately equally sized pockets 11, 12 are formed circumferentially, which are positioned one above the other like a sandwich, with their bottom of the bag opposite one another. The respectively outwardly facing openings of the pockets 11, 12 are closed by a zipper 111, 121. Alternatively, other types of closure are possible, for example, a hook and loop fastener, snaps o.

The screen 2 is formed in the manner of the screen of a cap. It consists essentially of a neoprene inlay, which is covered by a knitted fabric. The privacy shield 2 is sewn to the inside of the headband 1 within the pocket 11 such that the outer row of teeth of the zipper 111 of the pocket 11 rests on the screen 2, hidden by the lower edge of the headband. 1

On the side opposite the blinds 2 side of the headband 1 a neck guard 3 is sewn in the same manner on the inside of the headband 1 within the pocket 11. The neck guard 3 is a cloth made of UV barrier fiber (UV cut) fabric. Approximately in the center of the neck guard 3, a ventilation area 31 is arranged, which is formed from Jaquard fabric. The ventilation area may, for example, have the design of a manufacturer's brand. On its side facing away from the headband 1 neck protector 3 is rounded.

On its side opposite the screen 2, a hood 4 is arranged on the inside of the headband 1. The hood 4 is formed hose-like and sewn on the inside of the headband 1 within the pocket 12 circumferentially with this, that the outer row of teeth of the zipper 121 of the bag 12 rests on the hood 4 and is covered by the upper edge of the headband 1. At its edge facing away from the headband 1 an elastic drawstring 41 is sewn in the hood 4, which is provided with a stopper 42. The hood 4 can be changed in shape via the drawstring 41, so that the hood 4 can be adapted to the head of the wearer. By contraction of the drawstring 41 is the central opening, which results when rolling out the hood 4 from the headband ( FIG. 4 ), lockable; it results in a substantially closed headgear ( FIG. 2 ). The hood 4 is also made of UV-cut fabric.

If no sunscreen is required, the privacy shield 2 and the neck protection 3 can be stowed in the pocket 11 on the inside of the headband 1, which is then closed by the zip 111. The operating part of the zipper 111 may be concealed on the inside of the headband 1 in a hem fold (not shown). For stowing the hood 4, this is by loosening the drawstring 41 in their tubular Basic shape and then stowed in the pocket 12 on the inside of the headband 1, which is subsequently closed by means of zipper 121. Also, the operating part of the zipper 121 may be concealed in a - not shown - Hem fold.

In another embodiment, which is not part of the invention, a design with only one arranged on the inside of the headband 1 bag is conceivable in which the screen 2 and the neck guard 3 can be stowed. The hood 4 can, for example, in rolled-up form on the edge facing her headband 1 in circulation and by means of loops o. be fixable.
