Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention has a greater length than width, wherein a longitudinal side and a narrow side results. It is formed by two bag walls, which are circumferentially connected to each other, so that an interior space is formed between the two bag walls.
- a bag wall in this case has an inlet opening through which air to be purified can flow into the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is characterized in that the bag wall, in which the inlet opening is introduced, opposite to a bag wall, which has a folding extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- Such 3D filter bags are understood to mean filter bags which, in addition to an upper side and a lower side, also have additional sides of the bag.
- vacuum cleaners as they are common in Europe, are used almost exclusively non-woven filter bags as flat bags and flat bags with gussets.
- vacuum cleaner types of the so-called upright design are mainly used, for which mainly block bottom bags made of filter paper are used.
- Upright vacuum cleaners are characterized by the fact that they have a cleaning head, in which the motor is integrated. On this cleaning head a collecting vessel is mounted, in which the appropriate vacuum cleaner filter bag for the Upright vacuum cleaner is used.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bags for upright vacuum cleaners are characterized by a greater length-to-width ratio.
- An upright vacuum cleaner is eg from the EP 2 030 552 A2 known.
- the DE 20 2005 000 918 U1 a vacuum cleaner filter bag having a wall made of weldable flexible filter material, which has foldings on two opposite sides, wherein in the operating state of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, an enlargement of the volume of the filter bag by protuberance of this folding is achieved.
- a comparable vacuum cleaner filter bag, in which these foldings are present on all four sides, is from the DE 20 2005 000 917 U1 known.
- a particularly effective enlargement of the vacuum cleaner filter bag volume is from the EP 2 366 321 A1 known.
- the specialized bag presented there has a plurality of folds of the bag walls, so that the vacuum cleaner filter bag volume and the dust storage capacity are effectively increased.
- vacuum cleaner filter bags are chosen from a large volume, so it does not primarily depend on the enlargement of the already enormous volume of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- a non-woven fabric flat filter bag sized for the volume of the Upright vacuum cleaner can only be used to a limited extent in a Upright vacuum cleaner.
- Such a filter bag unfolds - depending on the installation situation in the filter bag receiving space of a Upright vacuum cleaner not or only partially.
- the main problem is that a corresponding flat bag made of nonwoven fabric does not unfold completely from the storage condition.
- the invention thus relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner having a length and a width in a ratio of> 1.5, so that the vacuum cleaner filter bag has a longitudinal side and a narrow side, with a first bag wall comprising a filter material, a second one Filter bag material comprising bag wall, wherein the first and second bag wall peripherally connected circumferentially, so that the vacuum cleaner filter bag is completely closed and between the first and the second bag wall an interior is formed, introduced into the second bag wall inlet opening, through the air to be cleaned in the Vacuum cleaner filter bag can flow as well as an inlet opening enclosing the holding plate, wherein at least the first bag wall comprises at least a first and a second gusset, extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag folding, wherein the first and second Se Itenfalte parallel or substantially parallel to each other, the first gusset has two legs, and the aspect ratio of the leg to the leg of 0.1 to 0.8.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bag Due to the length-to-width ratio of> 1.5, the vacuum cleaner filter bag has a longitudinal side and a narrow side.
- the first bag wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag has the fold.
- the second bag wall which lies opposite the first bag wall, has the holding plate together with the inlet opening.
- the first bag wall has an enlarged surface compared to the surface formed by the outlines of the filter bag.
- the folding is involved at the edge in the two bag walls circumferential fixation, i. the superposed legs are in this case connected to each other in the fixation. In the bag wall itself, however, the folding is loose and flexible.
- a vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is now inserted into the filter space of the upright vacuum cleaner provided for this purpose, the nozzle of the upright vacuum cleaner is introduced into the inlet opening of the vacuum cleaner filter bag and the holding plate is fixed to a catch provided in the upright vacuum cleaner.
- the holding plate may be e.g. be moved from its storage position, for example, be tilted by 90 °. If air is now blown into the vacuum cleaner filter bag through the inlet opening, an air flow strikes directly on the first bag wall, which is designed to be extremely flexible due to the folding.
- the fold in the first bag wall provides more filter material compared to the nominal contour defined above, the first time the vacuum cleaner filter bag is put into service, full deployment occurs because the incoming air flow directly onto the flexibly configured one first bag wall occurs and thus partially or completely unfolded.
- the initially described problem of possibly incomplete deployment of the vacuum cleaner filter bag is effectively prevented.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bag is put into operation for the first time, it can thus be ensured that it is completely unfolded in the upright vacuum cleaner and thus a maximum filling volume is available.
- Each pleat includes two pleat legs and a pleat hinge. Under a fold hinge, the point of a fold becomes the least Curvature radius understood. Through the imaginary connection of the fold hinges a so-called fold axis is obtained.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention has a greater length than width, wherein a longitudinal side and a narrow side results. It is formed by two bag walls, which are circumferentially connected to each other, so that an interior space is formed between the two bag walls. A bag wall in this case has an inlet opening through which air to be purified can flow into the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is characterized in that the bag wall, in which the inlet opening is introduced, opposite to a bag wall, which has a folding extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The folding gives this bag wall increased flexibility, whereby the vacuum cleaner filter bag, for example, at the onset or by a first entering through the inlet opening airflow can be fully opened because the air can flow into the filter bag substantially unhindered.
Description

In vacuum cleaner filter bags made of nonwovens for Upright vacuum cleaner, however, in principle, another problem.
These vacuum cleaner filter bags are chosen from a large volume, so it does not primarily depend on the enlargement of the already enormous volume of the vacuum cleaner filter bag. A non-woven fabric flat filter bag sized for the volume of the Upright vacuum cleaner can only be used to a limited extent in a Upright vacuum cleaner. Such a filter bag unfolds - depending on the installation situation in the filter bag receiving space of a Upright vacuum cleaner not or only partially. The main problem is that a corresponding flat bag made of nonwoven fabric does not unfold completely from the storage condition. In addition, there is the problem that it comes to inserting a flat filter bag in the upright vacuum cleaner kinks in the filter bag, so that the actual geometry of the filter bag is permanently distorted. This further enhances the above-mentioned unfolding problem, as well as the theoretical filling volume and the homogeneous distribution of the absorbed dust in the filter bag are permanently impaired. Prolonged operation can thus lead to clogging of the not yet fully unfolded vacuum cleaner filter bag, thereby resulting in a significant reduction in volume and a loss of volume to be filled is observed. The lifetime of such Upright filter bag can thereby significantly reduce.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to further develop the specific type of upright vacuum cleaner filter bags and, in particular, to ensure that full deployment is enabled before or at the first start-up of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
It is likewise an object of the present invention to specify uses of the upright vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention, as well as to specify a method for its production.
This object is achieved with respect to a vacuum cleaner filter bag with the features of
The invention thus relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner having a length and a width in a ratio of> 1.5, so that the vacuum cleaner filter bag has a longitudinal side and a narrow side, with a first bag wall comprising a filter material, a second one Filter bag material comprising bag wall, wherein the first and second bag wall peripherally connected circumferentially, so that the vacuum cleaner filter bag is completely closed and between the first and the second bag wall an interior is formed, introduced into the second bag wall inlet opening, through the air to be cleaned in the Vacuum cleaner filter bag can flow as well as an inlet opening enclosing the holding plate, wherein at least the first bag wall comprises at least a first and a second gusset, extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag folding, wherein the first and second Se Itenfalte parallel or substantially parallel to each other, the first gusset has two legs, and the aspect ratio of the leg to the leg of 0.1 to 0.8.
Due to the length-to-width ratio of> 1.5, the vacuum cleaner filter bag has a longitudinal side and a narrow side. The first bag wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag has the fold. The second bag wall, which lies opposite the first bag wall, has the holding plate together with the inlet opening. As a result of the present folding on the first bag wall according to the invention, the first bag wall has an enlarged surface compared to the surface formed by the outlines of the filter bag. The folding is involved at the edge in the two bag walls circumferential fixation, i. the superposed legs are in this case connected to each other in the fixation. In the bag wall itself, however, the folding is loose and flexible. If a vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is now inserted into the filter space of the upright vacuum cleaner provided for this purpose, the nozzle of the upright vacuum cleaner is introduced into the inlet opening of the vacuum cleaner filter bag and the holding plate is fixed to a catch provided in the upright vacuum cleaner. In this case, the holding plate may be e.g. be moved from its storage position, for example, be tilted by 90 °. If air is now blown into the vacuum cleaner filter bag through the inlet opening, an air flow strikes directly on the first bag wall, which is designed to be extremely flexible due to the folding. Due to the fact that the fold in the first bag wall provides more filter material compared to the nominal contour defined above, the first time the vacuum cleaner filter bag is put into service, full deployment occurs because the incoming air flow directly onto the flexibly configured one first bag wall occurs and thus partially or completely unfolded. Thus, the initially described problem of possibly incomplete deployment of the vacuum cleaner filter bag is effectively prevented. Already when the vacuum cleaner filter bag is put into operation for the first time, it can thus be ensured that it is completely unfolded in the upright vacuum cleaner and thus a maximum filling volume is available.
Each pleat, as the term is used in the context of the present invention, includes two pleat legs and a pleat hinge. Under a fold hinge, the point of a fold becomes the least Curvature radius understood. Through the imaginary connection of the fold hinges a so-called fold axis is obtained. The fold axis is also called pleat back. The fold axis may correspond to the longitudinal axis of a fold. The area of a fold having a radius of curvature greater than the minimum radius of curvature of the fold is referred to as a fold leg. The area lying between the pleat legs of a fold is referred to as a pleated core. The pleat legs of a pleat can thus in particular also have a curvature. Wrinkles can also have turning points. Turning points are those points of a fold, in particular the pleat lobes, at which the curvature of the fold changes from concave to convex. A connecting line connecting several turning points of a fold is called inflexion line (turning line). Two adjacent folds can also share a fold leg. The sequence of multiple folds is referred to as folding in the context of the present invention. In particular, folds can have legs that run parallel to the bag wall. In particular, the pleat legs of the pleats may be smooth. By "smooth" is meant here that the pleat legs have no densifications and / or structuring, in particular to stabilize the shape of the wrinkles. One or more pleat legs of one or more pleats may include one or more embossed structures, particularly where the embossed structures are not used to stabilize the shape of the pleats. As a result, a further enlargement of the area available for filtration can optionally be achieved.
In the invention, it is now essential that the leg of the first fold, which is formed by the portion of the wall extending from the lateral connecting edge of the vacuum cleaner filter bag to the first fold, is longer than the second leg of the first fold, ie the leg formed by the connection of the first and second folds and thus common to first and second folds. Thus, it is ensured that the first fold, but also the second fold in the region between the two lateral connecting lines of the first and second walls of the vacuum cleaner filter bag are arranged in the longitudinal direction. As a result, optimal deployment is ensured when inserting the vacuum cleaner filter bag in the upright vacuum cleaner.
The inventive arrangement or dimensioning of the respective legs of the first fold the fold is formed lying in the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention. By this is meant that the pleat legs of the fold are arranged substantially parallel to the bag wall and come to rest one above the other.
According to a preferred embodiment, the retaining plate is arranged with the inlet opening near a narrow side edge (i.e., a narrow side) of the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The holding plate is thereby fully accommodated in the second bag wall, i. the support plate does not protrude at any point the sizing of the vacuum cleaner bag finalizing the filter bag, generated by the peripheral connection. In this case, preferably the ratio of the minimum distance of the holding plate to a narrow-side connection of the vacuum cleaner filter bag with respect to a dimensioning of the holding plate in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag <0.5, preferably <0.2, particularly preferably from 0.1 to 0.
Bevorzugt beträgt das Verhältnis des Überstandes der Halteplatte zu einer schmalseitigen Verbindung des Staubsaugerfilterbeutels bezogen auf eine Dimensionierung der Halteplatte in Längsrichtung des Staubsaugerfilterbeutels < 0,5, bevorzugt < 0,2, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 0,01.Alternatively and also preferably, it is arranged that the holding plate with inlet opening in the second wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag is that the holding plate projects beyond the narrow side of the vacuum cleaner filter bag or projects on this narrow side. It should be noted, however, that the supernatant is to be dimensioned so that the inlet opening is still formed over the entire surface in the wall. Preferably, the ratio of the supernatant of the holding plate to a narrow-side connection of the vacuum cleaner filter bag based on a dimensioning of the holding plate in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag <0.5, preferably <0.2, more preferably from 0.1 to 0.01.
Both preferred embodiments described above allow an excellent way of unfolding the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention during insertion and / or the initial start-up in an upright vacuum cleaner provided for this purpose. Due to the attachment of the holding plate as close to the edge as possible, the vacuum cleaner filter bag only has to be slightly curved at this end or distorted by the folding over of the holding plate.
It is further preferred that the folding of the first bag wall of the filter material has a maximum of eight, preferably a maximum of four side folds.
In particular and according to the invention particularly preferred, at least the folding of the first bag wall has four side folds, wherein the fold with respect to the first bag wall is preferably symmetrical.
This embodiment may for example provide that the first bag wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag has only four folds, which is formed according to the general embodiments described above. The four side folds are attached, at least in the first wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag. In this case, the symmetry is mirror-inverted with respect to a longitudinal axis of the vacuum cleaner filter bag that extends in the middle so that the first fold is mirror-symmetrical to the third fold and the second fold is mirror-symmetrical to the fourth fold. The fold thus includes a leg connecting the second and fourth folds which forms the front of the wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
A preferred development of this embodiment provides that the first and second fold connecting legs on the side facing away from the interior of the leg, which connects the edge-side connection of the longitudinal side and the first fold, is arranged and comes to rest in a storage state on this. At the same time, the third gusset has two legs, wherein the first leg of the third gusset connects the other edge-side connection of the longitudinal side and the third fold and the second leg connects the third and fourth fold, wherein the leg arranged on the side facing away from the interior of the leg is and comes to rest in a stored condition on this.
The holding plate is preferably arranged in the second bag wall in such a way that it comes to rest in projection onto the first bag wall on the leg connecting the second fold side and a fourth fold side. In other words, this means that the holding plate is arranged relatively centrally with regard to the width dimensioning of the second wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
Furthermore, it may be advantageous in the aforementioned embodiment, when the connecting the second and fourth gusset legs is at least as wide as the width of the holding plate. Preferably, the width of the leg connecting the second and fourth gussets is 1.1 to 5 times the width of the retaining plate.
An alternative embodiment of the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention provides that at least the folding of the first bag wall has eight side folds, the fold being symmetrical with respect to the first bag wall.
This embodiment is similar to the four-fold preferred embodiment described above, the only difference being that there are two more folds in the wall. Thus, the flexibility of the vacuum cleaner filter bag can be further increased.
In this embodiment, it is preferred that the fold is designed such that the respective legs of the respective gussets come to rest in the storage state. The holding plate can then on the Folding opposite second bag wall may be arranged so that it faces in projection of an outermost leg, said leg is preferably at least as wide as the width of the holding plate, more preferably, the width of the leg 1.1 to 5 times the width having the holding plate.
In all embodiments of the vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention described above, it is advantageous if the ratio of length to width is greater than 2, preferably greater than 3.
In principle, the second bag wall, i. the bag wall, which comprises the holding plate and which lies opposite the first bag wall with folding, also have a fold. In this case, the fold in the second wall may be formed identically as in the first wall. However, it is preferred that the second bag wall has no folding.
In particular, the filter material of the first and second bag walls is a nonwoven material.
The nonwoven material may comprise one or more layers of nonwoven material. In particular, multiple layers of nonwoven material may be folded together. The bag wall may in particular also comprise or consist of a laminate of several layers, in particular two or more layers. For example, the laminate may be a spunbonded filament spunbonded microfiber spunbonded nonwoven spunbonded nonwoven laminate (SMS laminate). Also, two or more meltblown nonwoven layers may be used (SMMS laminate, SnxMS laminate).
In addition, the present invention relates to the use of a previously described vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention as a vacuum cleaner filter bag for an upright vacuum cleaner.
- a) providing a web of filter material for a first bag wall and a web of filter material for a second bag wall, wherein the web of the filter material for the first bag wall is made wider than the web of filter material for the second bag wall,
- b) in at least the web of the filter material for the first bag wall is at least a first and a second gusset folding comprehensive, so that the gussets parallel or substantially parallel to each other, wherein two legs arise
- c) the web of the filter material for the first bag wall and the web of the filter material for a second bag wall are superimposed and peripherally connected circumferentially, so that a completely closed vacuum cleaner filter bag is formed, the one between the interior of the first and the second bag wall has formed interior, so that the aspect ratio of connecting the first and second gusset leg to the leg connecting the edge-side connection with the first gusset is from 0.1 to 0.8
- d) an inlet opening and a holding plate are introduced into the path of the filter material for the second bag wall,
In the method according to the invention, therefore, in principle two webs of a filter material are welded together circumferentially. At the same time, when the web for the first wall and the second wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag are brought together, a fold is simultaneously introduced into at least the first wall, preferably only into the first wall, and then the webs are joined together to form the finished vacuum cleaner filter bag, e.g. welded.
It is advantageous here if the web of the filter material for the first bag wall is dimensioned at least 20%, preferably at least 30%, particularly preferably at least 40% wider than the web of the filter material for the second bag wall.
In particular, the process can be carried out continuously, in which the web of the filter material for the first bag wall and the web of the filter material for the second bag wall are dimensioned longitudinally in the longitudinal direction and the ratio of length L to width B is generated by introducing the edge-side connection in the longitudinal direction, after which a single vacuum cleaner filter bag is cut to length.
In addition, it is advantageous if the filter material for the first and second bag wall is a nonwoven material and the edge-side connection is produced by welding, in particular by ultrasonic welding.
