Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication d'un papier de sécurité, cependant que
    - une première partie humide d'une machine à papier (1) constitue une première bande de papier et la dote éventuellement de caractéristiques d'individualisation telles qu'une ouverture, qu'un élément de sécurité sans fin ou qu'un filigrane,
    - une deuxième partie humide d'une machine à papier (2) constitue une deuxième bande de papier,
    - un dispositif d'aspiration enlève de la première et/ou de la deuxième bande de papier, à l'état encore mouillé, à au moins un endroit, des fibres de papier, de préférence en registre par rapport aux caractéristiques d'individualisation éventuellement existantes de la première bande de papier,
    - par l'intermédiaire, d'un ruban d'enlèvement (8), la deuxième bande de papier est accolée et fermement jointe à la première bande de papier,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le dispositif d'aspiration comporte un ruban sans fin (9) consistant en un tissu de type tamis ou ayant une surface imperméable,
    - le ruban sans fin (9) comporte au moins un évidement (10) dans le registre avec le au moins un endroit auquel les fibres de papier doivent être enlevées de la bande de papier à l'état encore mouillé,
    - le ruban sans fin (9) est tendu sur au moins deux rouleaux conducteurs (3) dont la position est ajustable,
    - un rouleau aspirant (4) ou une caisse aspirante (7) est agencé(e) du côté du ruban sans fin (9) opposé à la bande de papier,
    le rouleau aspirant (4) ou la caisse aspirante (7) génère une pression négative et aspire les fibres de papier.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une lance d'aspersion (5) est agencée du côté du ruban sans fin (9) auquel se trouve la bande de papier, la lance d'aspersion (5) pulvérisant du liquide sur la bande de papier.
  3. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ruban sans fin (9) consiste en un tissu de type tamis par exemple en matière plastique, en cuivre, en bronze ou en d'autres matériaux adaptés, ou en un matériau ayant une surface imperméable, par exemple en caoutchouc, en matière plastique ou en d'autres matériaux adaptés.
  4. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fibres individuelles du tissu de type tamis sont jointes entre elles au bord de chaque évidement (10) individuel, par exemple soudées, collées ou brasées.
  5. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des évidements (10) est pourvu de types E et/ou d'alvéoles de moulage par injection.
