Denn gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren besteht die Möglichkeit entsprechend die Quer- oder Längsprofilelemente auf Distanz auszurichten und diese über die Türblattfläche abschnittsweise anzuordnen. An diese parallel ausgerichteten Profilelemente werden dann zur Vervollständigung eines so genannten Innenskelettes für das Türblatt die Längsoder Querprofile einfach angesetzt, so dass dadurch ein stabiles Skelett durch Verbund bereit gestellt wird. In die sich ergebenden Hohlräume zwischen den Querprofilelementen oder Längsprofilelementen können dann zur Dämmung und/oder zur Stabilisierung optional Materialien eingebracht werden wie Wolle, Papier, Holzfaserplatten, Schaum oder dergleichen. Das so erstellte Skelett wird dann beidseitig kalibriert, so dass auf beiden Seiten des Skelettes eine auf exaktem Maß kalibrierte Fläche vorhanden ist. Das kalibrierte Skelett wird dann einer Leim- oder Kleberauftragsvorrichtung zugeführt, in der die Flächen des Skelettes mit Leim oder Kleber beschichtet werden. Auf dieses geschliffene, kalibrierte und mit Leim oder Kleber versehene Skelett werden dann mit oder ohne Füllung in einem weiteren Schritt die Türdeckplatten vorne und rückseitig aufgebracht, wobei diese beispielsweise Vlies oder Papier umfassen können. Auf diese Flächen werden dann mittels aufgetragener Leimbänder oder Klebebändern Dekorapplikationen aufgetragen. Bei den Dekoren können nun steinartige oder aber auch holzartige oder auch lackartige Dekore mittels der Leimbänder oder Klebebänder auf der Vorder- und der Rückseite des Skeletts befestigt werden.
