Claims (10)

  1. Stützeinheit für Walzen (2) einer Etikettiermaschine für Behälter, insbesondere Flaschen, wobei die Stützeinheit eine Stützfläche (P) für eine Walze (2); einen aus der Stützfläche (P) ragenden zentralen Stift (4) zum Aufnehmen der Walze (2) und einen am zentralen Stift (4) angebrachten Sicherungsring (7) zum axialen Sichern der Walze (2) gegen die Stützfläche (P) umfasst und eine in einer gleitenden Weise mit dem zentralen Stift (4) gekoppelte Hülse (8) und zumindest zwei Kopplungsblöcke (16), die in Bezug auf die Hülse (8) zwischen einer ausgezogenen Betriebsposition, in der die Kopplungsblöcke (16) am zentralen Stift (4) befestigt sind, und einer eingezogenen Ruheposition, in der sich die Kopplungsblöcke (16) vom zentralen Stift (4) selbst lösen, bewegbar sind; wobei die Kopplungsblöcke (16) in einer gleitenden Weise mit der Hülse (8) gekoppelt sind, um sich quer zu einer Längsachse (5) des zentralen Stifts (4) zwischen der Betriebs- und der Ruheposition zu bewegen;
    wobei die Hülse (8) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der einen Außendurchmesser des zentralen Stifts (4) von oben approximiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (8) für jeden Kopplungsblock (16) eine jeweilige Begrenzungsstoppvorrichtung (19) zum Stoppen des Kopplungsblocks (16) selbst in seiner Betriebsposition aufweist; und wobei jeder Kopplungsblock (16) im Wesentlichen die Form eines zylindrischen Segments aufweist und die Hülse (8) für jeden Kopplungsblock (16) einen jeweiligen Hohlraum (15) aufweist, der durch zwei laterale Seiten (19) begrenzt ist, die zu einer Längsachse (5) des zentralen Stifts (4) hin konvergieren, um die Begrenzungsstoppvorrichtung (19) zu definieren.
  2. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Betriebsvorrichtung (20, 23) zum Bewegen der Kopplungsblöcke (16) zwischen der Betriebs- und der Ruheposition.
  3. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Betriebsvorrichtung (20, 23) erste Betätigungsmittel (23) zum Bewegen der Kopplungsblöcke (16) aus ihrer Betriebsposition in ihre Ruheposition und zweite Betätigungsmittel (20) zum Bewegen der Kopplungsblöcke (16) aus ihrer Ruheposition in ihre Betriebsposition umfasst.
  4. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zweiten Betätigungsmittel (20) elastische Schubmittel umfassen, die dazu angepasst sind, die Kopplungsblöcke (16) in ihre Betriebsposition zu bewegen und im Allgemeinen dort zu halten.
  5. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die zweiten Betätigungsmittel (20) zumindest eine Ringfeder (20) umfassen, die um die Kopplungsblöcke (16) koaxial zu einer Längsachse (5) des zentralen Stifts (4) montiert ist.
  6. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 5, ferner umfassend ein Paar zentrierender Stifte (22), wovon jeder zwischen den beiden Kopplungsblöcken (16) montiert ist; wobei sich jede Ringfeder (20) um die zentrierenden Stifte (22) erstreckt.
  7. Stützeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei die ersten Betätigungsmittel (23) für jeden Kopplungsblock (16) eine jeweilige Zugstange (24) umfassen, die am Kopplungsblock (16) selbst befestigt und in einer gleitenden Weise mit der Hülse (8) gekoppelt ist.
  8. Stützeinheit nach Anspruch 7, wobei die ersten Betätigungsmittel (23) ferner für jede Zugstange (24) eine jeweilige Betätigungskurbel (29) umfassen, die an der Hülse (8) angelenkt und drehbar mit der Zugstange (24) selbst gekoppelt ist.
  9. Stützeinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zentrale Stift (4) durch eine Außengewindefläche (6) begrenzt ist, und wobei die Kopplungsblöcke (16) durch jeweilige Innengewindeflächen (18) begrenzt sind, die dazu angepasst sind, nach einer Bewegung der Kopplungsblöcke (16) in ihre Betriebsposition mit der Außengewindefläche (6) des zentralen Stifts (4) gekoppelt zu sein.
  10. Stützeinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hülse (8) durch eine untere Fläche (10), die im Wesentlichen die Form eines Kegelstumpfs aufweist, axial begrenzt ist.
