Claims (14)
- Procédé de détection d'un colmatage d'un filtre de lave-vaisselle dans un fond de cuve au fond d'un compartiment de lavage, comprenant les étapes de :le drainage (S101) de l'eau de traitement du lave-vaisselle ;la mesure (S102) d'un courant de fonctionnement d'un moteur entraînant une pompe de drainage de lave-vaisselle située en aval du fond de cuve ; etla détermination (S103) du fait que le filtre de lave-vaisselle est colmaté ou non sur la base du courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage en comparant de façon relativement instantanée le courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage à une première valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant, dans lequel le filtre est considéré être colmaté si le courant mesuré est inférieur à la première valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre l'étape de :
la comparaison du courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage à une seconde valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant inférieure à la première valeur de seuil lorsqu'une période prédéterminée a expiré à partir du commencement du drainage, dans lequel le filtre est considéré être colmaté si le courant mesuré est supérieur à la seconde valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant après la période prédéterminée a expiré. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre l'étape de :
l'établissement d'une moyenne d'un nombre de valeurs de courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage durant une période d'établissement de moyenne prédéterminée, dans lequel le filtre est considéré être colmaté si le courant de fonctionnement moyen est inférieur à une valeur de seuil moyenne prédéterminée de courant. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre l'étape de :
l'indication, par l'intermédiaire d'un indicateur du lave-vaisselle, que le filtre est colmaté. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre l'étape de :
la commande d'une vitesse de rotation du moteur entraînant la pompe de drainage de telle sorte que la vitesse de rotation soit réduite d'une valeur nominale à une valeur de seuil de vitesse de rotation lorsque l'eau de traitement du lave-vaisselle est drainée. - Dispositif (40) pour détecter un colmatage d'un filtre de lave-vaisselle (19) dans un fond de cuve (17) au fond d'un compartiment de lavage (11), ledit dispositif étant agencé pour :drainer l'eau de traitement (18) du lave-vaisselle ;mesurer un courant de fonctionnement d'un moteur (30) entraînant une pompe de drainage de lave-vaisselle (29) située en aval du fond de cuve (17) ; etdéterminer le fait que le filtre de lave-vaisselle est ou non colmaté sur la base du courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage en comparant de façon relativement instantanée le courant de fonctionnement mesuré de moteur de pompe de drainage à une première valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant, dans lequel le filtre est considéré être colmaté si le courant mesuré est inférieur à la première valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant.
- Dispositif (40) selon la revendication 7, étant en outre agencé pour :
comparer le courant de fonctionnement mesuré du moteur (30) de pompage de drainage à une seconde valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant inférieure à la première valeur de seuil lorsqu'une période prédéterminée a expiré à partir du commencement du drainage, dans lequel le filtre (19) est considéré être colmaté si le courant mesuré est supérieur à la seconde valeur de seuil prédéterminée de courant après la période prédéterminée a expiré. - Dispositif (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, étant en outre agencé pour :
établir la moyenne d'un nombre de valeurs de courant de fonctionnement mesuré du moteur (30) de pompage de drainage durant une période d'établissement de moyenne prédéterminée, dans lequel le filtre (19) est considéré être colmaté si le courant de fonctionnement moyen est inférieur à une valeur de seuil moyenne prédéterminée de courant. - Dispositif (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, étant en outre agencé pour :
indiquer, par l'intermédiaire d'un indicateur (32) du lave-vaisselle (10), que le filtre (19) est colmaté. - Dispositif (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, étant en outre agencé pour :
commander la vitesse de rotation du moteur (30) entraînant la pompe de drainage (29) de telle sorte que la vitesse de rotation soit réduite d'une valeur nominale à une valeur de seuil de vitesse de rotation lorsque l'eau de traitement (18) est drainée du lave-vaisselle (10). - Dispositif (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, ledit dispositif étant une unité de traitement connectée en communication au moteur (30) de la pompe de drainage (29) pour mesurer le courant de fonctionnement de moteur de pompe de drainage et commander le drainage du lave-vaisselle.
- Lave-vaisselle (10) comprenant un dispositif (40) pour détecter un colmatage du filtre de lave-vaisselle (19) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11.
- Programme d'ordinateur (42) comprenant des composants exécutables par ordinateur pour faire en sorte qu'un dispositif (10) réalise les étapes décrites dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 lorsque les composants exécutables par ordinateur sont exécutés sur une unité de traitement (40) incluse dans le dispositif.
- Produit programme d'ordinateur (41) comprenant un support lisible par ordinateur, le support lisible par ordinateur ayant le programme d'ordinateur (42) selon la revendication 13 incorporé dans celui-ci.
